Great place to get your car fixed! I received excellent service for my flex pipe and the price is right, especially for a single parent! This location is willing to provide a full diagnostic report on your with pictures of the problems with your car. I really appreciated this extra mile. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I see and come back to get service again.

We had a great experience here. Our 2014 Ford Edge had a broken flex pipe.....the problem was diagnosed and fixed within two days at a very fair price. The shop was clean, and the shop manager Jeff was friendly and professional. Kevin was our tech and he did a great job on the weld....the car sounds like new again. I will use this shop again if the need arises.

I have been a customer here for years, as they ve done various repairs on my vehicle. The guys are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff, the manager, is incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to describe the issues with my vehicle. They have accommodated for me several times and I am very grateful!

From making the appointment for my Jeep to be serviced to picking it up was so easy. I loved that they texted me all the information about my car before any work was done ( the text even had pictures of my car). Jeff, at the front desk made me feel like I was very important. GreatWater will be my first call foe any work I need done in the future

Today was the first time I ve ever been to a mechanic and was told that I did NOT need work done! Honest and truthful mechanics are worth more than their weight in gold. Highly recommended not only for this experience but for previous experiences in which I did need work and they did a great job.

Got my F-150 air and heat system fixed here. And not only did they call me later to say they re saving me about $300, but later I found out they fixed this nasty rattling sound coming from one of my manifold covers on the engine, for free, without even asking! Every time I accelerated, I d (and my surroundings) would hear this nasty rattling noise, which completely made the pleasure and enjoyment of the V8 engine a displeasure. what a great surprise to have that fixed! Like finding an Easter Egg. I highly recommend Great Lakes AutoCare360: legit and very helpful, you don t even know it. Plus my truck was washed : five stars!!

The Kozak brothers and their ENTIRE Crew Are the most professional HONEST and dedicated people that you will ever come acoss! They have been servicing my car for the last 15 years for various things from brakes, Electrcal issues, tires, new batteries, Sensor chips, and oil lubes. They always fix my car RIGHT the first time and thats why I will not go Anywhere else for my car needs. They are indeed a gem!!!

I made visit to Mr. Muffler to have my oil checked and to get a new headlight. I was assisted by Jeff and he was very friendly, helpful, and professional! I always have a good visit when getting help with my vehicle and definitely give Mr. Muffler my well deserved 5 star rating! I needed a new battery but Autozone wouldn't install it due to the location. Came here and for some reason their price for the same battery was much higher. They were very transparent about it and said I could go buy it at Autozone and bring it back and they would install it free of charge. I did that, and they installed it quickly and gave me the old battery so I could get the core charge refund from Autozone. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness Mr Muffler provided for no charge and will be back for any future issues.

These guys are amazing do not take your car anywhere else this is the best auto shop in town these guys have amazing customer service from the time I walked in from the time that it was time for me to pick my car up they work a miracle on my car, an brought it back to life and I appreciate them so much� they work very very hard to make sure they meet your needs. Their prices are reasonable they worked with me during a very hard time� and have gained a lifetime customer. They don't try to get over you they make sure that provide the best service thank you guys!!

My husband and I were incredibly impressed by Kozak s Mr. Muffler. We dropped our car off on a Wednesday evening after hours, heard back from the shop early the next day and picked up the car before they closed that day. They have some cool technology that sends a text with the estimate and photos that was really helpful! My car is running great and it was a very fair price. On top of all of that, my unlock button on my key fob wasn t working when I dropped it off and now it does! I really appreciate the fix on that! We will definitely be using this shop for all of our future needs. I wish we would have found them sooner!Service: Exhaust

I have been going to Kozaks for a long time. I started going there when my catalytic converted was stolen off my van. Today I had them check my brakes I was gettinga sqeaky noise from the brakes. These guys do a good job. They explain what needs to be done on my car. I have never been disappointed in their workmanship.

I had a appointment for over a week for my car to be seen. On the day of my appointment they inform me that their tech took the next few days off and won t be in so I can t have my car seen. I had arranged a ride and everything. Highly recommended going somewhere else as they waste time.

A two day job took a week, they kept lying about what was going on. They charged me nearly $2,000 and things are still not working. Besides this the inside of car was trashed. It seemed very disrespectful. They ALSO cracked the the side panel on the passenger's side of vehicle. Not happy at all. Ready to sue. Don't go here whatever you do.

It is impossible to find trust worthy mechanics you entrust to keep your family safe. I got a good feeling after 1st talking to Justin and Billy but they go beyond with pictures, video and cost inch by inch to prove what they were saying was true. The price was one of best in state and I will go nowhere but here from now on. I even paid to replace parts at previous shops they proved were not or original. Thank you for being great human beings and I tell everyone to go here for repairs. I feel safe for 1st time leaving a shop.

Bad work. Beware of this place. Took car in after accident to fix told them do whatever they need to do. 2,000 later they did two things to my car and I almost died on hall road because they forgot to put a screw to the ball joint. Went there and they fixed the issue I think they got upset and messed with my car. Didn t snap break line into place, breaks could have went. Dangerous and they don t care about your safety. Went in a third time to request a refund after taking it to a more equipped mechanic, and Justin the manager was blaming everything on us and said we were lying about multiple things. I had to call the general manager Nick about the situation, and I called the bureau of automotive repair. Please beware of this place. Also has the control arm falling off as I was getting off freeway. Very bad service and customer service. Never will go here again.

EDIT after their reply.Please, just stop. I have the paperwork showing how you overcharge for the same part. No misleading? Why wasn't I informed of an inspection fee? Why was I quoted for a bunch of other stuff that I did NOT need nor request? Just stop. Take the bad review and move on. Don't lie about stuff... I have the proof.*EDIT* GET A SECOND OPINION.I was quoted $1577.85 for an exhaust manifold replacement. Turns out the manifolds didn't need to be replaced and a more respectable shop fixed what was needed for $424.89. They inflate their prices and I don't want to hear about the part quality. Same part from different shop: 03309 manifold bolt and stud kit. This place charged 84.63 per unit when the other shop charges 49.98. For the SAME part. Buyer beware. Not only will they attempt to repair stuff that doesn't need it, they inflate their prices for parts. Get a second quote. $30 well spent because now I know NEVER to come here.Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I was told the wrong information about this shops availability. I called Thursday, explained that one shop already wasted my time and I needed an exhaust manifold replaced. Whomever I spoke with said no problem, drop it off and we can look at it first thing and get it back same day. I dropped it off last night and they didn't reach out to me until 3:20pm today.. So I had to pay for an inspection, which I was never told about, and didn't have use of my vehicle for most of the day and its still not fixed. I understand you want everyone's business, but be open and honest about how long it will take. I would have taken it somewhere else if I had known. Plus, they quote me for a bunch of stuff I don't need or didn't ask for, maybe that has something to do with liability purposes, i don't know. Either way, my time was wasted and I gave y'all $30 for nothing.

I would avoid using this place...I needed a pretty simple muffler repair. Two bolts that held mating flanges had rusted thru causing the muffler pipe to separate. They quoted over $400!I brought the car to another shop and got the job done for $40.Service: Auto exhaust system repairService: Auto exhaust system repair
