After scoping out many different shops to have my car looked at, a quick conversation with these guys was all I needed to trust them with my vehicle. They were clear and honest from the beginning & made the diagnostic and repair process as easy as it should be.If you re looking for an auto shop, this is the one to go to. I ll be trusting Doug s for all my future auto repairs.

Brought in my 2012 impala for bearing work. Joe greeted me and went over everything thoroughly and even took me home as I had no ride.It set the stage for a good experience.Next day car was ready and so far everything seems smooth.I have numerous repair shops in my area but I will make the 15 mile trip up to Doug's every time. Great service is not so common these day's, so kudos to the team at Doug's for making this guy's experience the best.

I was very impressed with the helpfulness, timely detailed work for a very fair price. I highly recommend Doug's MOBILE although I had to have my vehicle towed to the shop because I started a wheel bearing replacement and could not get the wheel bearing off. Once the vehicle arrived at their shop, they went to work on it right away and turns out both rear bearings were bad. The mechanic who did the work took the vehicle with my wife for a road test to explain a noise he heard which we did not ask them to do, but was please with how thorough he was to identify the noise issue which the dealer could not. We highly recommend!!

Doug's is our go to now. We lost our long time mechanic who had to retire due to cancer. We were so unsure of who to use after trusting him for so long. We found Doug's through a referral and have been using them for a year. Fair/value pricing. Great customer service. Referrable.

My husband and I found Doug s mobile auto nearly a year ago and have refused to use any other mechanic service ever since! Any issues that we ve had with our vehicles have been taken care of in such a timely matter, for the fairest of pricing, from truly honest, great people. We ll never have to deal with leaving our car in a shop for a week or more with poor communication, or leaving a shop hoping the work was done right only for the problem to reoccur soon after because they used a quick fix but charged an arm and a leg. These guys do thorough, professional, honest work for us every time we have an issue with our cars. No matter how big or small! They re the first people we recommend to anyone who needs any kind of work done on their vehicles! 10/10 service every time.

Doug's Mobile Auto Repair, LLC, namely Doug and Joe, go above and beyond. They inspect and research the issue and make recommendations for needed work. They are efficient and honest and their prices are very fair. They take the time to explain what is needed and being mobile and on your site, will show you where the problems are. As with all mechanics and the human addition, there are variables that can cause a repair to need further follow up. We had just that happen with a repair that ended up needing follow up work. They responded immediately, assisted us quickly and fairly in fixing the problem. Again, we appreciated their willingness to work with us to make the repair right.I wish both of them the best in their continued efforts to assist people with their auto repairs. We will not turn to anyone else for future repairs and appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Joe and Doug are both professional, honest and provide excellent service! I have taken my vehicle there a couple times and moving forward this will be the only place I will have work done! I highly recommend them if you need service done on your vehicle!

Dougs Auto Repair did a splendid job on fixing the repairs that were needed on my car, and I couldn t be more happier with their service! They came out and looked at the problem I was having with my car, and they found the parts needed to fix the car, drove my car to their shop, fixed all what needed fixing, and when they completed the job, brought my car back to me, all in one day! I couldn t be more pleased with their over all service! They are very reliable, give honest prices, and are very courteous! I found my go to mechanic service for all future mechanic needs with Dougs Mobile Auto Service!

Called Doug's Mobile Auto Repair to discuss a problem with my 2013 Dodge Dart. I agreed to stop by his new shop to have problem diagnosed. The shop was able to repair as I waited, which is unusual today. Joe was great. I will refer other's for sure.

I ve had nothing but great experiences from Doug s. They are professional, they communicate and they do great work! I ve been to them 3 times for front and back breaks and recently my transmission. I had warranty coverage and everything went so smoothly! Highly recommended!!

This place is great!! My heater went out on one of the coldest days this year. They squeezed me in the same day and fixed my car. The price was fair, and the people were friendly. I highly recommend bringing your car here. I will definitely be coming here for any issues I have in the future.

We're a low income family, and our VW Passat had issues making it undriveable. We figured we would have to replace so I started searching for used cars within our price range, the wife went to FB and got contacted by this place. Their understanding, pricing, and service were unbelievably great. The car runs better than when I first got it. Thank you for the great work that saved me a lot in the long run!

Highly recommend! My daughter s battery in her car died in this very cold weather and they came right out. Replaced battery and got car running in no time. They came right to her so it was very convenient. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. The gentleman were very polite and detailed about everything and the pricing was fair. They were able to come out, give me an estimate, order my parts and fix my car within 2 days. The honesty, service, price and timing is unmatched.

Doug and Joe saved the day again. Took my car in at 9am for an oil housing leak, had it back by 330 that day. I love that they offer shuttle for drop off and pick up when your vehicle is ready! Thanks again guys! Keep up that awesome work!

I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service with their mobile service. I called late in the day, scheduled an appointment for noon the next day, he was there on time and had everything needed to do the work. Doug was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain what he was doing and the warranty information.

These people were all courteous and attentive they were honest about what needed to be done and were thorough in explaining everything to me. Joe also called back a few days later to see how things were going with the vehicle, definitely felt heard as a customer I only wish many other places adopted this great style of communication and honesty.

Great people, top notch mechanics, just had brakes n rotors , thermostat n all hoses replaced on my 2005 Chrysler 300, heating and braking as it should. Job well done! Definitely recommend them

WORST Experience!! Totally INCOMPETENT, a total of 4 BAD parts they installed in my vehicle. I ended up taking my vehicle to Midas in Shelby Twp. and Brad made it a priority to get my vehicle fixed correctly!!!

Needed brakes done fast on my 2008 Ford Ranger. These guys took the time to go over all the reasons for the repairs they made and were extremely friendly and accommodating with both repair time and pricing. They even did some minor adjustments for free to help with my budget. I could not recommend Doug's enough!
