A few weeks ago I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign. My vehicle was totaled as a result. Josh at Watson was quick, efficient and he went well above and beyond in helping me finance a new vehicle at Watson. Much appreciated. If doing any business with Watson Ludington, ask for Josh!

I purchased a vehicle earlier this month from Watson in Ludington and I had a great experience. Jake brought vehicles from other locations for me to test drive and I was able to find the perfect Jeep for me. The paperwork was also quick and painless with Aaron s help.

I have never had a better experience with service than I have had with Watson Ludington! I highly recommend them for any and all vehicle servicing! Quinton was so amazing with helping me recently and I m so very grateful. Everyone I encountered was polite and friendly and accommodating beyond what I would ever expect! Thank you does not do them justice! They are the best!!

Josh always welcomes you with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! Our family has bought 3 vehicles from him in the past 1 1/2. Denied responsibility of stripping my oil drain plug, leaving me with a leak during a routine oil change. Their response is the reason for a low rating, "due to the car being 'high mileage' there's nothing they can do" - most cars being serviced will have high mileage, shake my head... It's a poor response for a customer that's gone to them multiple times.

This is a great place to look at, and purchase a vehicle. Great inventory and will make every effort to locate the vehicle that is right for you. I've had great experiences with Matt and the sales team at Watson Ludington. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

I wasn't planning on getting a new car anytime soon but the deer had other plans and totaled my car which I still owed on. But when I seen the 2023 Jeep Renegade I wanted it but wasn't sure if I would be able to get it and afford it. Jake Perin and his financing team worked together and put me in the vehicle I wanted. I love my new Jeep Renegade. Thank you for working your magic and putting me in the vehicle I wanted. Jake was so very kind and patient with me. If you're looking for a new car go to Watson Ludington and see Jake Perin. He'll listen to what your looking for and what you can afford and put you in the vehicle of your dreams.

We didnt walk away with a vehicle,but Matt was so wonderful and helpful the entire time. We joked about deadpool and families. And he never us feel anything less than welcome. One of the best salesmen i have ever met.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the service department which makes me hesitant about purchasing a vehicle from here. I had a check transmission light come on when I was at the state park, I called them on my way back to my home and was given an appointment about 2 weeks out. I was concerned and asked if that was the soonest which he said yes. I then asked if it would be safe to drive my vehicle which he responded "I wouldn't" Fortunately I called a local place who said to have it in the next morning, which I did and they had it taken care of later that same day. I'm not sure how many people can go that long without driving their vehicle, but I told some friends as much as I loved my vehicle, I think I would look elsewhere to purchase my next vehicle if it takes that long to get in for repairs ( this occurred in September of this year and I will probably purchase a new vehicle in the next year or two)

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Ludington Watson's. When I stopped in to schedule brake work to be done on our 2500 Ram truck, Tom Williams was my first contact! We have dealt with him before when we stopped in person to schedule servicing. We always thought he was a poor PR representative for your business.This time he was rude, obnoxious & full of himself! I ended up working with another rep (Mike) & I told Tom that I was glad it wasn't him & he agreed. When I asked his name, he laughed & was PROUD to give me his business card!!!Is this really the type of person you want greeting the public? If we weren't regular customers, we wouldn't be back!

I took my car to watsons to get fixed because my jeep wasn t working properly, Quinten was so helpful and very easy to work with in the repair shop he has answered all my questions and even went above and beyond. I recommend him.

Service department is awesome. Had electronic issues with my Jeep while on a family vacation. They were able to squeeze us in for an early appointment that I had made on the wrong day. Got everything up and running within a few hours. Saved our vacation. Thank you to all the great service department staff!

I went to their service department with my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country because the battery wasn't holding a charge and the wires going to the battery were in rough shape. They replaced the battery and wires, and said that everything was covered by their warranty, and if anything went wrong with the work they did to bring it back and they would fix part or any error on their end. Ran into the same issue as before, and after closer inspection realized that they had put the wrong coupler on to connect the wires with the negative side of the battery. When I brought the van back, they confirmed this, but refused to replace the part, because they claim that their warranty only covered the battery and the actual wires themselves. So they charge me $28 for a new "smaller" coupler to replace it, and want to charge me $65 to replace it later. I took the part to swap it out myself, only to find out when I got home that it was the same size as the one already on there! Long story short, they have a bogus service department that won't honor their own work and warranties!

Excellent place to buy a car from. I usually hate car buying, but they made it easy, and fast. I was given an excellent trade in-value and provided with a great new (used) jeep. Sidney offered me great customer service and helped me find a car that fit my needs. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with without unnecessary sales pressure. The financing was clear cut and easy to follow. I ve had bad and good experiences with finance guys at dealerships and this was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. They didn t try to add anything into the sale that I didn t want and I never felt pressured. Will shop here again.

Best car shopping experience I've ever had!My 19 yr old daughter bought her car and I purchased mine a couple weeks later. Now my 19 yr old son is working on purchasing a vehicle from them.The whole Ludington Watson's team is amazing. We have worked with Sidney and she is phenomenal. Very honest and kind. She has gone above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and confident in purchasing from them. She definitely takes your needs seriously and works with you like you are family.Rick in finance is also amazing. He sat with my daughter and explained everything to her. He worked with his lenders to get her an AMAZING first time buyer loan. Rick is kind and compassionate and treats you as family. He goes above and beyond to help make your experience comfortable.I never experienced the "pushy sales person" approach from anyone at any time. The honesty and care that this team shows is amazing.I highly recommend checking them out.

Great service! They gave me a good deal on my trade in and got me into a big upgrade 2017 truck within a few hours. Salesman Matt Wood found me the exact truck I wanted and had it delivered to the Ludington branch for me. Rick Baldwin was able to get me the right payments that I needed and was straight forward about everything. Overall such a great experience and will be looking forward to doing business more down the road.

Not sure what happened. Talked to a salesman, gave him and the financing my info and I feel like they just blew me off. Last I talked to sales he said the financing guy was off for the day. Well it's been few weeks, no contact, nothing. Went down the road got a way better deal on a loan and the dealer was ready and walked me thru getting an even better deal than the first offer. So thanks alot for helping me find better.
