BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!!! Bought a brand new 2024 ninja ZX 6R called the guy up told him it was low on coolant. He told me to put some tablespoons of coolant in it that he could not get to it. He s about three months out well I put it back in the shed, I put some coolant in. It took it for a ride the chains slapping to beat the bandit in the rear brakes don t work. I call the guy back up. He tell me yeah we re about three months out. after that, I asked why it s a brand new bike and it s been three months. I just haven t wrote it because I have a 400. I ve been riding and he hung up on me. So if I was closer to Ludington, I live in Muskegon I would drive right up there and demand my money back, I m gonna call Kawasaki and report him. I m calling the Better Business Bureau and all kinds of whatever I can do just make his habits change because I hope nobody else gets service like I did beware of dan and Beware of UWIN Motorsports in Ludington, Michigan. I would not let my worst enemy. Go there now time to get a hold of the Better Business Bureau. I am so glad that I found Nelsons Speed Shop in Greenville. They pretty much saved me and I 100% can t tell you enough how good they are.

1 year review of Bad Boy Mower Purchase:Bought the mower may of 2022 to upgrade from a 48 rider.I should have done it much sooner!After doing extensive research on zero turns for the terrain I have to mow the Bad Boy heavy duty drive train was what I was needing. I selected a 54 Maverick with the Kawasaki motor. After talking to Dan he also suggested to get the suspension seat because the mower can go 9 mph. That was a great suggestion after I have used it for a year because it does eat the grass as fast as you can go and my back never hurts anymore once I m done mowing. After purchasing the mower U-Winn allowed me to use there trailer to bring it home which was very nice because none of mine were wide enough.After mowing for about 20 hrs the pto clutch stopped working on the mower so I called U-Winn and they said come grab the trailer and bring it in. I dropped it off and 2 days later they had it replaced at no charge and had me mowing again. It was really great customer service. Since then the mower has worked flawless and I can now mow my 6 acres of grass and trails in less than 30% of the hours it used to take me on my rider and also with no more back pain.If your considering a zero turn don t hesitate you can enjoy so much more of your life with the saved time. Also get it from a great dealer like U-Winn that offers great customer service after the sale!!!Thanks again U-Winn for all your great service!!!

I took them my 07 raptor to have the head gasket changed, got it back , rode it a few times and smelled burning oil .seems to have the same problem with head gasket , but now is burning oil also.they stated they charge me for a carb rebuild kit also "which was never adked for " and it doesn't run any different..possibly worse. As if they tuned it incorrectly. I wish I had read reviews first .I would not have them do anything technical. And after reading the reviews idk if I'll even ask them to make it right.

Had my boat winterized and stored there with some work done through the winter. Picked it up today 06/14/2022 and it was completely trashed upholstery had rips in it that where not there before. Boards laying loose. My wife even wondered if they did winterize it and wrapped it. Not going to go back.

Had our pontoon there ALL winter for a face lift and they never touched it! Claimed they couldn't get the parts. Found someone in GR this spring who was mysteriously able to get parts in a week and did a fabulous job with a complete facelift in two weeks! We were also supposedly on a list for a Kawasaki Mule...after no call or info for 6 months, we bought one elsewhere. Stay away.

Definitely not happy with this place at all.I had new tires put on my motorcycle and they quoted me a good price front tire was 134 dollars and rear was 167 the man told me total would be 450 dollars installed well you can see where this is going when I got there they wanted 580 dollars we settled on 540 just so I could get my motorcycle back. So please be careful they will tell you one price to get you in and another when you go to pick it up . I will not recommend this place to anyone it s not a way to run a business

Last winter we took our two snowmobiles in to be repaired. After a series of delays getting parts, they told us that both machines needed new engines at a cost of about $1500 each. We declined to have them replace the engines and paid our bill. A family friend offered to take the machines back to his garage and work on them. One machine simply needed some corn sucked out of the air box. We had told U-Winn we suspected this to be the problem. After that simple fix, it has run perfectly. The 2nd machine needed a small electrical fix and a $10 part and it is now running strong. We aren't sure how they got this so wrong, but we would not recommend them.

Went into the showroom inquiring about purchasing a Kawasaki Mule....To my shock, the person who was helping me basically said we don't have any....don't know when we will get more....like I was bothering him. How it should be handled....."sir let me take your information and the model you are interested in....when I get more info I will contact you":Went on the website and filled out a request for quote on the Mule/model (twice)....ignored.....Needless to say I will be looking to spend my 10k elsewhere...

I had a clutch shaft a few weeks ago for my 2003 Kawasaki KLR. Having not heard a thing I contacted a few days ago to a part being on backordered. So I checked in with another Kawasaki dealer on the same part and they got back with me saying from Kawasaki it was discontinued. So I texted to have them cancel the order and they want to charge me a restock fee on a part that will never arrive as it was discontinued. With that said. They came off very very shady so I went ahead and had my bank dispute and change my card.I will no longer be doing business with them.Have your debit cards/ credit cards changed if you a order cancelled if you don't want a restock fee.Take your business to Babbitts or David Allen Racing. Let Uwin go out of business.

Place is terrible and sales men is a waste of time. Told us it did not have a kids side-by-side only golf carts LOL I go in a couple days later and they have a brand-new SSR that s been there the entire time!! I ended up buying a Polaris. Went back with a friend of mine and the salesman is just very short and rude acts like he totally hates his job. We all had cash no financing

I brought my banshee to these guys and put some money on it in hopes they were going to have everything to fix it for me. Two and a half weeks later they spent the money on what they thought was the problem and I call them to ask if they got it fixed yet they said no we cant even get it started.... So I decided to pick it up and they don't even have it all put back together. I asked the owner why it wasn't put back together he told me we don't put junk back together. So I was pretty mad and I took the banshee home

I should have known better as soon as they accused me of running over thier well head but by then it was to late because I already dropped it off. We discussed the situation about the age and issues with the sled before I dropped it off and they made it seem like it was something they could fix. After two weeks of waisted riding time they call and say they cant fix it.

Top rate establishment with friendly and knowledgable staff. Have done a number of high dollar purchases from Dan and have been treated fair. Even better now with them expanding their products and services to boats. Will go no where else for my ATV and boating needs. Highly recommend U-Win for new purchases, accessories, and service.

Bought a demo generator from this company. A few scratches and about 10 hours. Sold with full new warranty. A week later while winterizing unit, I found some minor concealed damage. I called Dan(owner) and described problem and requested warranty work. His first comment was " you bought a demo". I explained that buying a demo does not mean I have to except broken parts! I then asked for a disposition on my request as soon as possible. After 2 weeks and 2 phone calls, I still know nothing. I've been told that they are busy and will look into it. I will probably request assistance at another Yamaha dealer as I am getting nowhere at this place! BEWARE of doing business with this company.

My Artic Cat 650 Twin V ATV wasn't running well - at all! Tried someone else first to fix it - not good results. Dropped it off at U-Win Monday and got it back on the following Friday. Runs great now - reasonable price - helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!

Worst customer service!!! Brought a quad runner here running and they decided they cant figure out why it idals high and gave it back to us not running and torn half apart. And costed us over $400 the owner is very rude and said he doesnt put junk back together!!!
