Absolutely fantastic! I got a flat tire and they put a new one on quickly! Very impressed! Such a nice gentleman at the front checking in as well. I know where I will be getting tires done from now on!

Was in town just running errands and had a tire showing dangerous wear on my van. Called and got Bill on the phone. Explained what I had going on and that I didn't trust driving it much further. I confirmed that he had some used tires in the size I needed. Drove to the shop and he checked it over. He was quite busy with scheduled repairs but was able to fit me in. Got a used tire mounted and balanced for an awesome price. The tire he sold me was in excellent condition and actually matched my other tires. Super respectful and helped me out of a bind. Would do business there again.

We're were camping in Manistee over the weekend. On the way down we had a blowout on one of our fifth wheel tires. On Saturday no one was open in Manistee. We called Tire It Wholesale. Bill told they were closing in 15 minutes. But Thankfully Bill said he would wait for us. What Awesome customer service!! He did wait and we were able to get a new tire!!

We were on a driving vacation in Michigan and pulled into our hotel and found our rear tire completely blown. Bill got us in first thing Saturday morning, replaced all 4 tires and got us back out in an hour! Terrific service, great price and friendly atmosphere - I couldn't ask for anything better!

I bought & had tires put on there within the last because it was the closest shop to my home. Experience went ok. I recently picked up a nail in one of the tires & needed to make a 500 mile trip for a funeral.They couldnt get me in until the next week. I had the tire repaired at Eonderland & will not get tires from Tire it Wholesale again because of that poor customer service experience.

We were on vacation and needed some tires due to an unexpected flat and the general condition of the tires we had at the time. Bill & the crew got us some good tires installed at a decent price and with a quick turn around. If you need tires stop in and see Bill or give Tire-it Wholesale a call, I bet they'll be able to help you out with the same kind, quality, service we received.

We had an unexpected flat after pulling in to camp. Another camper told us to head to Tire It, and we did. They were helpful, and very prompt. The gentleman was so nice, even making sure we had what we needed for our pup while we waited! Their price was reasonable, and even if it had t, it would have been worth it to support local business!

We have been doing business with them for several years now and I am extremely pleased with their work, service, courtesy, and reasonable prices! They treat their customers like family and friends. Ask for Bill or Mark, they are good people.

I was quoted a price after the owner came out an inspected my tires. I ask for the same thing that was on the vehicle. He quoted me $480.00 out the door. I agreed and returned the next day to find out the price did not include tax. I paid 507.00 now out the door. He then came back and told me that the valves were bad and needed to be replaced or the tires would leak air, and for an additional $20.00 they should be fixed. 10 minutes later he informed me that the tires ( that are now off the truck and rim) are not the same as the ones on the truck and he quoted me for the wrong tire. The price for the tires that I asked for would be an additional $100.00 for two. I declined that because I feel at this point I am being robbed. I had a friend pick me up so they could work and before getting out of the parking lot he chased me down to tell me the sensors were bad and if I did not replace them ( at $80.00 each) my tires would not hold air pressure. As a fellow business owner I would never treat a customer in this regard. Not only will I not return I would not recommend this establishment.

Cannot say enough good about this place. The times I have been there, I've been trying to leave town and get something done very quickly and they have got me in and fixed everything. The staff is kind and ready to help.

My mother went there to have a tire replaced. And when she came back to pick up her car ,it was jacked up and and a different tire was off the car. She asked what was going on. She was told that they had broken the stem to the tire on a different tire. So they changed her for them braking it. $70.00 extra.Was told by this place it's very common for this to happen. That they corrode , but I still have the one they broke and it's not corroded.They broke it they should have replaced it.Here is a photo. Look the Treads are still good and they would be the first to corrode.

Bill, Mark and Brad took the seconds that count to take care of my emergency tire needs. On a recent trip, went experienced a flat while towing. After multiple exhausting trips (200 miles) during the covid 19 restrictions, and being jacked around by discount tire who swore up and down that the tire couldn t be fixed, these guy got it done in MINUTES! There was no hem-haw around like the others, these guy went straight to work on the problem and with obvious expertise and experience, had us out and on the road safely without hesitation. When I m in NW Michigan and need tire care again, these will be the guys I would be loyal to for my needs. Thanks guys for your fast and friendly solution to my problem.Big D

At 445pm after dining in downtown Ludington we found our car had a flat rear tire. Every where that could fix it was closing & couldn't help until next day. Bill the owner got Christian his employee to stay over & help us. I had just booked a non refundable B&B in Saugatuck & we live in Missouri. All businesses talk service but Bill & Christian delivered for strangers in trouble.

Waited in Lobby for 5 minutes. Looking for 4 tires and 4 rims. Too busy in the shop talking to customer to even say I will be right with you. I guess our business wasn't needed. 2 employees looked right at us through the window. So looking elsewhere for tires and rim .

Made a trip to ludington got a flat... they were able to repair it and I was able to go home at the end of the weekend thanks to Bill.
