Went through this car wash with my truck 2 days ago and it broke off my factory installed antenna. The attendant said it was not covered as well as the sign did. I tried calling to cancel my membership so I could find a less evasive car wash but no one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. How can you run a respectable business when you don't have a way for people to reach out to you?

Vacuums are a bit pricy in my opinion but I will say the car wash its self was pretty decent and was able to remove all of the bugs from my car. I think their hours are 8am to 8pm but not positive.

4.3/5 StarsThis car wash does a decent job. Better then most of the washes around. But I still did notice there was spots I had some mud of the vehicle (Mostly on the back of the car). But other then that the car shined and looked extremely clean.

Great wash! Clean and modern site with a mobile app that makes things super easy. Employees did a really solid job with bug prep before we entered the tunnel. Well worth the $18.

Best was quite disappointing. $18.50 for a reminder to wash your own car. Did find that the sunroof drain was plugged, hats off for the diagnostic work.

This place damaged my car. I will never go there again. Oner is try to say it was damaged before I went through the car wash. Will not pay for damage

This is what the rear of my car looked like after paying them $15 to wash it. I have a leet of vehicles and 4 of them go to that car wash regularly. I have talked with them several times about the rear end of the vehicles not getting washed. At first they said they would do a better job. Next I heard that I was pulling out of the car wash too soon. After that I was told it was soap residue. This picture was taken after it came out of the car wash and had a chance to dry fully. The finger marks on the tailgate from closing it were from before that car was washed. I am a local business owner and I hate giving out bad reviews. I would prefer this issue be resolved. That's why I talked to them so a number of times about it. I even have a monthly subscription for one of my vehicles but that is going to end. I realize I can't be the only one who experiences this.

Truck dirty the drive system failed and wrecked the fro t bumper of thr truck and the back end of the mini van in front of us as we were helpless to do anything but push them ahead of us

Bugs on my car after 2 washes. Prep not what it should be. Nice car wash facility but needs better service.

Wash is decent but every time I have gone through, soap is left on my vehicle. The rinse definitely needs to be improved and that seems like it should be a simple enough thing.Update 3/7/22Rinse was corrected and car is coming out pretty clean now. It would be nice if vacuums were included in wash price like most car washes in West Michigan.

The attendants are friendly and helpful. I was just denied access because my credit card had expired and I needed to update the account. The person working was new and alone and couldn t help me. I do like the car wash except the car comes out wet and soapy. It is not a big deal in warmer weather but is a big deal in freezing weather.

Did the $18 wash which did a good job. The second vacuum from beginning tooktwo quarters then didn't take a third but kept all three, so moved too a different vacuum.

Car looked pretty good after wash, but did have a few spots that didn't get clean. A bit pricey!

Consistently clean, helpful, and fast. Has a billing issue once and they were wonderful handling it.

Definitely quite pricey. Friendly employees and fancy equipment though. It's not clear to me as to whether or not an underbody flush is being done, which is the main reason why I even patronize car washes during the winter. On top of all of that, the dryer is so weak that it barely works.

Best car wash in town. Quick efficient automated service with pre spray wash to get started. Good soaps dispensed.

Just doesn't get car clean. Water spots all over. Not a spot free rinse. Only high point is great guy that preps cars.

LOVE the new redesign and upgraded car wash! Ran one car thru it then decided to run my other car thru it the next day. For this Detroit area native, it's like getting a car wash in "the big city!" Good job, Speedy Wash

Really enjoyed the professional service and the staff being willing to help. Were also very friendly and even made a joke of hands in the air before the wash started. Really good experience! Highly recommend. Car even looks great!

They weren't having a good day waited in line had to go back through and after two washes still wasn't that happy they were kind enough to offer to wash again. But 45 minutes already had to go. Would have only been two stars but they were kind and courteous

Good service and the wash did the job. However, there was only one person working when I pulled through on a Wednesday, mid-morning. He was working hard and doing a good job, but it took a long time to get through the line of cars.

This is my favorite drive-through car wash. The car is always very clean and the wash seems to be very gentle.

My vehichle got stuck inside and I never got half of my 18.00 wash. I left my info over a week ago for either a wash or a refund and never recieved either. Over priced & under impressed.

Best car wash in ludington. My trailer hitch is just rusted into the receiver. The other car wash requires you to remove the hitch prior to entering. Speedy's doesn't.

Good car wash. Like it better than their other one by DQ. I like to tip them cause they are hard working and like to think they work a little harder because they are appreciative.
