Rude management. Refused to open second register and help her employee while she slowly and tediously stocked and faced booze bottles. Employee nicely asked boss for a hand ringing ppl up and she shrugged him off, very very unprofessionally glared at a customer for pointing out that there were 5 people in line and it being the busiest time of the day. I'll be taking my money somewhere else and praying for that poor employee.

The rudest cashiers Ive ever seen. Dont greet you, dont thank you or even answer a direct question. They look and act miserable and in turn make a customer feel like a bother! A little customer service training is very much needed.

Staff is amazing. I dont get gas anywhere else because i enjoy them. Its always clean and fully stocked with what im looking for. Milk is way over priced though

For 1 penny more I get top tier gas with detergents & additives to keep my car running smooth. Thats about $0.15 per fill.The got about the best coffee in town.

Cant stand getting gas here. Pumps are always the slowest you will find anywhere. If i didnt get discounted gas I would never fill up here. I recomend any gas station in ludington but shell.

I worked at a shell at night alone ruined my life after being held up robbed and almost raped in 2006 in Cadillac and going to these stores and seeing another female work alone on the night shift was alarming when I stood up and lost and got manipulated into a settlement hello I was 17 and now at 29 i can still can't get a job bc it's said I sure she'll no I didn't I was told to take a few days off when I wanted to go back they wouldn't let me ...They aren't paying my bills that they created by taking my job and not letting me go back to work and they could of gave me a office job or just let me go back to the store that I was hired into and that I lost bc if thisSo shell please tell me how to support my family since you can't protect your workers and don't care who is hurt in your stores ....So please stand up for us and don't use or go to shell they don't care about anything but there money

Awesome Place gas is not that expensive they pump your gas for you you don't even have to get out of your vehicle they also have a drive-through car wash that you can pay for when you pay for your gas and they also offer full auto detailing and they do excellent work

The cashier lady in shift now Tuesday July 9 2019 at 8:30 had a line of people waiting on her to get off her phone and after about 2 long minutes waiting respectfully said Ma'am and she turned sighed, came to the cash register and with a very annoyed gesture asked WHAT and i asked for my receipt for pump 2 and she just handed it over in the most rude manner ever.

Great gas station! Also has UPS and FedX drop off boxes at back of the building.

The maintenance on this place is terrible the bathroom is better nasty of the bathroom as I've seen in a gas station

Most of the staff is friendly and this is the only place I have found that keeps some 12 pack sodas in the cooler and sells them cold!! Thank you guys!!

Easy access and return to the road. Place was clean outside and pumps were pay at pumps.
