Awesome service! Everyone was so professional and courteous. The intake gal, the fluid checker, and oil changer even the old guy and his corny jokes (sorry forgot names ) the employees here rock! Shout out to Nick for installing headlight bulb. So impressed by his knowledge and finesse. Thank you Performance Plus.

Went in for an oil change, paid too much, and they lost my radiator cap. Were very angry with me when I brought the issue to their attention. Do not patronize this business, they are not interested in doing good business. You are better off changing your own oil (would take just about as long as my oil change took nearly 30 minutes) or going just down the road to Avenue and Tire service, they have good people there and it doesn't cost as much.

I came in for a quick oil change during my lunch break. The staff was very thorough and respectful. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I have never gotten my oil changed by myself, but the guys were very kind and happy to explain things to me. The manager was polite and took the time to chat with me a bit. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Their $89 oil change cost over $100! This was due to a $5 shop charge (?) and a $25 labor charge!! What is an $89 oil change without the labor?! A bucket of oil and a filter?? How can you honestly post the price for a premium oil change at $89, and then add $25 for labor?!? By definition, an oil CHANGE includes labor, not a sneaky fine print $25 add on!! Never again!!

Honestly I wish I would have read the reviews before calling. Pauline was extremely unprofessional. She was very combative and argued with me the entire conversation. At one point I heard her either put me on hold or put the phone down so she didn't have to listen to me then as soon as we spoke again she wouldn't stop talking over me. When I asked to speak with a manager she claimed she was the manager and hung up on me. Very disappointed in this terrible service. All I wanted to know is how much for a standard oil change simple as that and she couldn't tell me claims it was because she doesn't know what my car will take but said you pay for 5 quarts of oil no matter what. So why is it impossible to tell me what I'll be charged. I will never do business with these people and feel bad for the others that have.

Mr Nick refused to give me a refund after my oil leaked all over my car after an oil change from them and they even didn t replace the washer gasket during the change. Don t go here. They don t have integrity and they don t care if their performance fails you.

Always happy with my service from here. Guys- and gals are happy to answer questions and I like that they explain things to me in a way I understand, being someone with very little knowledge of cars. Plus they offer extras like changing my wipers, which I never got asked when having my oil changed at Walmart!

Service in the moment was quick and courteous but I'm sitting here getting my next oil changed in a different town and am disappointed to find out my vehicle's oil drain plug was threaded wrong and stripped. My car now needs to go to a shop and have the oil pan rethreaded. Thanks guys.

Great place for a quick oil change. My tech today was Steve and he was super, very friendly and efficient! There is a car wash attached to their building and it looks as though it's high enough for a motorhome. I'll definitely return!

There was no waiting for our oil change today, so we had our Jeep Wrangler brought in. They explained it all first, topped off all fluids, aired the tires, etc. It only took 20 minutes & we were on our way. This place is convenient & they were very friendly too.

$159.99 Oil changeI came in to see if they would be able to do a transmission fluid flush and filter, they explained that they weren t capable of doing that on my 2011 Volvo. The mechanic asked if they could do anything else for me and as I was already here I figured I wouldn t waste time and go ahead for a oil change. I was asked if I would like new wipers or to upgrade to premium wiper fluid other than the standard, which I politely decline. After all was said and done they came back with my receipt and my charge JUST for an OIL CHANGE was $159.99.Beware they will charge you for whatever a Full service is? I have never ever heard of a oil change $159.99.All in all, Very nice people. But $159.99 isn t nice.Service: Oil change

Pauline was exceptional. Not only did she manage to finagle a new back wiper on my broken wiper arm but she patiently trained a new employee and provided oversight for the services he performed. I went in to get an oil change. They tried to get me to purchase a package I didn't need. I declined it. About a week later, I start getting a message to add oil. I go to check my oil, cap is off and gone. I have to buy a new cap. And when I called and complained, they told me the guy that did it was no longer employed they. Ok?? Then the MANAGER hangs up on me! I call back, and he says, "listen he's no longer here, what do you want me to do?" Then hands up on me again. WTH? Not a good way to do business. I'll never go back to this place ever.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went here for an oil change, they said we needed a belt changed. It was supposed to cost $70. Fine, we are taking a trip soon and can t lose a belt while driving. They couldn t get the belt off, so being worried this belt is bad we ran to a mechanic directly from there. Mechanic says the belt is fine and doesn t need changed, don t worry about it!!!! THEY WERE STRAIGHT UP SCAMMING US! Also mechanic would have charged $10 less for the oil change we got and these people aren t even certified mechanics. We are locals and will never never NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!Service: Oil change

Expert service at a very reasonable price and the most important thing of all the staff is super amazing. I've recently started being a customer last year and I make all my kin go here when I can. You have got a loyal customer out of me. Love the atmosphere and the employees alot I hope they are all well compensated for their passion effort and time they put into their jobs they show true professionalism!

Great please to get an oil change, Matt, Geoff and Jesse are nice and professional. They looked over my whole truck and told me of a few things that need attention, not immediate but In the near future. They didn t try and sell my anything I didn t need. I would highly recommend them.

We were getting our Oil changed were ever we picked to go at the time but we picked Perfomance Quick Lube and we are happy with the 20 minutes to 30 minutes service we got and the friendly service and to say we will be going back were we can get a full Lube check with our Oil change and more.Thank you Quick Lube for your service

We've been coming here for a few years for quick lube service on our vehicles. Staff is friendly and efficient and their pricing is right in line with what you'd expect. Lots of services are offered. Highly recommend.
