Stephen and the rest of the team are fantastic. We ran into an unexpected problem with a used boat we purchased. Lakeshore didn t really need to help, but they went out of their way to do what was right & fair.Situations like these are rare, but it certainly demonstrated the good values and customer satisfaction that they strive for.

Stephen (the Owner) is just WONDERFUL to work with. He's VERY NICE and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He sold me a high quality docking system which assembles SUPER EASILY (2 pins)....and they're *made in Michigan*. He was patient with me when I miscalculated the docks I needed. His prices are very fair. His Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Young men loaded everything for me. And, they have 2 wonderful Store *pets* that are just as friendly as the Staff. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company. If there were 10 Stars available, I'd give this Company 10 Stars!

My 1 year old boat was running rough, they took the time on Saturday to try to find me a spark plug and to diagnose it. Very helpful and good people.

I bought a used pontoon boat this year from this place, so far so good.Out fishing and swimming with my family.Good and helpful salesman too!

Andy and his team did a wonderful job on my pontoon boat. Although they had it for over 5 weeks while Andy was trying to find a used part to save me some money on repairing an old motor, the result was awesome. My motor has never run so good. Thanks Andy and your whole team.

My wife and I shopped for a new Pontoon boat all over the state. We ended up buying one in our home town of Ludington at Lake Shore Motor Sports. Andy and his team did a perfect job helping us pick out the right boat at the right price. The whole experience could not have been better! It really helps to have someone know what options and things are offered for the product there selling like Andy does. He took all the time we needed to make us feel confident in what we were buying. We ordered a boat that was exactly the model, size, color and powered the way we wanted with the extras we wanted. The boat was delivered exactly when Andy said it would be. The boat was spotless when we took delivery and his mechanic went over everything with us. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. Kind of rare in today s world. I could go on and on about this experience. Bottom line is I would not hesitate to recommend Lake Shore Motor Sports of Ludington to anyone looking for a new or used boat or service for their current boat. Great Job and thank you!

The team at Lakeshore Motor Sports did a great job working with me to purchase a boat lift that met our needs. Andy was especially helpful in working with the manufacturer to get our questions answered in a timely manner.

Sometimes a diamond in the rough are hard to find. Our family has had a summer home in the Ludington area for over 50 yrs. We live on a penisula on private lake and have been going to Andy and his wife's marina since they opened. He's never steered us wrong and everyone I send him raves about his service. It's a family owned and opperated business with genuine honest service. Be patient he can get busy but their worth it !!! He's worth more than 5 stars

Thank you so much Andy TrappLast fall 2016 Andy Trapp from Lakeshore Marine in Ludington, Michigan met with my wife and I at the Avalon factory in Alma, Michigan for a tour. I just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our new Avalon LSZ 2480 QL. I have 38 hours on the boat and motor (Mercury 150hp Fourstroke long shaft) and we just love the boat. We have it on Lake Hamlin in Ludington and everywhere we go with it we get so many compliments on our boat. The boat exceeded everything I had hoped for. It is very easy to maintain and performs beautifully on the water. My wife and I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you meeting with us for our tour of the factory and working and guiding us in ordering our boat back at your office in Ludington. You were very receptive to all our needs to help us build our boat the way we wanted it. You really went out of your way to personalize our boat for us. Andy Trapp at Lakeshore Motorsports did a excellent job of preparation of our boat and made our experience of buying a Avalon Pontoon Boat wonderful. Lakeshore Motorsports Service Department is excellent and very knowledgeable of the Avalon boats and Mercury Motors they service. They took the time to explain how everything works on the boat and motor and answer any question we had. Andy represents the Avalon PontoonBoats and Mercury motors in a very professional and very knowledgeable way. He is a great person and now a good friend. High prices. Had boat there 3 times to fix same problem. Argued with me about the cause, finally fixed what I said it was and no more problems.
