I only Started my claim. However, it was estimated on Monday, and my insurance cut a check Thursday, even though it's not going in until Jan 31. They DO NOT HAVE LOANER CAR. If I'd been aware, I would have gone to Schilanders.I'll update once the job is done.These are Accident Pics..

Our vehicle was pretty beat up from a "fender bender" and getting bumped into in parking lots. We decided to get it all repaired at once. Dusty's was ready for our vehicle when it was scheduled. (Due to Dusty's being known for their quality work, we knew it would be a few weeks to get it into their shop) The frustrating issue for ANY repair facility is the inability to get needed parts, which is beyond their control. Dusty's kept us informed of the progress on our vehicle. They did an EXCELLENT REPAIR JOB! The vehicle looks brand new. The paint matches perfectly and there isn't a dent or scratch anywhere. The office staff is efficient and friendly. Again, the body shop crew is skilled and thorough. The outside of the vehicle shines and is flawless, and they even cleaned the inside. We appreciate the wonderful service and top notch job done by Dusty's Auto Body. We highly recommend Dusty's!

Dusty's Body Shop has such a professional and knowledgeable team. Their customer service is tremendous. Joni and Tammy are so helpful when you walk in the door. They have always followed through on their word and are very time efficient. They live by their motto; "where the detail makes the difference". I highly recommend them.

Dusty's did an awesome job on my Wife's 4runner! She hit a deer and damaged the front end pretty badly. Dusty's made it look brand new. I'd like to thank Shawn and everyone on the team for going above and beyond.

Thanks to the local wildlife, I've used a couple of local shops. Dusty's is great, very pleased with the quality of work. They are busy, so it will take a while, but worth the wait.

Top notch service right in our little town; both the auto body work and the detailing were all that I could have wished for. I had water coming in the back hatch of my vehicle causing all kinds of issues plus my car needed deep cleaning. Dusty's took care of both for a very reasonable price and quickly! They had my truck for more than a month went to pick it up every bolt and screw was missing from fender panel, windshield cover, they installed a cheap grill which wasn't original to my truck, the electrical was backwards wired, I found a cracked pulley they missed on the engine, my truck stunk of oil rags, they replaced my steering wheel with a different year model I told them nothing was wrong with the old one so they ended up putting it back in. Just running the bill up I'm sure. I ended up buying a new vehicle just because I couldn't wait months for them to fix it. They were$1000 to $1500 over the quote price. Detail is not their thing. My 2015 Silverado was right on that line of being totaled.The insurance company decided to go ahead and repair it.Dustys gave me a loaner vehicle and considering the extent of the damage, they repaired it quickly.Once it was returned to me, my first instinct was to trade it in while it still looks good.I'm happy to report that 18 months later I still have that truck and I have not had one issue with it..It looks as good as new..I highly recommend themThey deal with youHonestly..

I brought my Subaru Forester in because the side mirror adjusting controls had broken. The technician fixed the problem in about 5 minutes, gave me instructions on how to fix it myself should it happen again and sent me on my way. No charge. Dusty is my new best friend! He was able to locate the doors I needed for my van very fast, at a great price, and fix my van for me. I'm truly happy and highly recommending his shop for all your auto body (and detailing/cleaning) needs!

Repairs done for accident. Horrible work. First attempt to leave shop my grill was never bolted down and fell out driving down the road. Go back wait longer (2days)...leave shop notice with in 24hrs, four running paint blotches and a weird shake (wheel bearing). Bring it back, wait longer (1 week). Within two weeks the brand news tires I put on were ruined ....go to different shop because now my vehicle is really shaking worse than before they replaced wheel bearing. New shop says who ever installed wheel bearing didn't even bolt in one of the bolts. Few weeks later notice several door clips missing. 3 sensors not fixed that were NOT on before accident. It's been 1 yr since they did the work....nearly all the paint near the rear is rusting. Which wasn't before the accident. Just a word of advice....i recently had work from a deer collision done at lake shore collision, THEY are fantasic there. So glad I didn't go back to dusty. It's pretty much dusty work.

Hay dusty I had a great experience down the road having all my brake lines replaced for under Two hundred bucks I'm glad I passed on that twelve hundred dollar estament that your shop gave me. Good luck to ya. Steve

They were able to install my hitch after hours, while I was in the area, so I could tow a boat back to Colorado. Great customer service and very friendly!
