In September when I set my reservation I was told my monthly payment would be 73$/month. I was supposed to get 1st and 2nd month 1/2 off. I moved to town on October 18th and on November 1st I got a bill for 84$. If you don't pay online/early she will slowly up your payment I now pay 85$ and have the last couple months because I don't giver her a chance to send out the bill I just go out and pay it as soon as I have it. When I called customer service through a hotline the guy I talked to told me my bill should be the flat rate of 73$/month and then she told me I was misinformed. Crooks. If I had the means I wouldn't have my things in their units but unfortunately I am stuck where I'm at. I don't and wont recommend. I do however recommend recording/documenting every interaction with her, I wish I had. Also I was late with my payment one time, I'm not usually late but it took a minute for me to get situated in the state, and the late fee was 30$ so be very aware of that.Updated response to owner. The quote I was given said nothing about other fees so I was unaware and highly misled. When I made my initial payment for two months and over 90$ to pay the 2 months at half off plus a third month because I was so pleased with how cheap I was mislead it was. she verbally told me I was paid for 3 months moving in on October 18th I should not have had to pay anything until the end of January going into February which is why I now urge people to record all interactions. You might not be crooks but are definitely misleading people when withholding all information. And she definitely misled me verbally. And as for the payment receipt I didn t even look at it because I put too much trust in the interaction and I just moved from Arkansas and had so much else on my mind. I admit this was my own stupidity but the mistake will never happen again. As far as coming into your office, I will always do Whatever I can to not have to do that again.

I have reached out to them multiple times about the rodent, mice problem. I have Zero food, or anything food related in my unit. They said it could be a unit close by causing the mice. Regardless... I am not paying another month for my things to keep being destroyed. Would give them zero stars if i could!!!Stay away!!!

Update: The company reached out to me with an explanation and resolved some of the issues. I've changed my rating and withdrew some of my review with respect to the consideration given to me. It's nice to know that there are companies still around that listen to the customer's voice.The units are clean, secure with no leaks, NO MICE, and cameras are in place to monitor for storage safety._______________________________Brianna is amazing. However, my unit was $80 a month, and starting in February, it will be $108.You would think that they would give customers a discount that have been with them for years and have never missed a payment.I'm moving all my stuff out of National Storage and finding another storage company.

Very thankful to Brianna who answered all my questions. I live in another state and I am trying to coordinate the storage of a recently passed loved one's belongings until I can get there to sort through everything. She was able to get me quotes for units that would be sufficient in size, and made sure I didn't miss out on the first month free for the unit size I picked. She even recommended a moving company that has been super helpful through it all. Thanks again!

Had a great opportunity to speak with a young lady at the front desk regarding the storage fees of this facility. She very quickly answered all my questions and was very professional over the phone. This was regarding an out-of-state move to Michigan. Brianna was very helpful at recommending different solutions to my move. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Terrible! Awful! My stuff got ruined , and they wouldn't even give me a partial refund after I'd been paying them for a year to keep my things from getting ruined!My storage unit leaked for long enough to cause massive corrosion on metal and mold, and after spending more than $250 to store my stuff they would not give me any refund at all!They offered me one free month of rent... even though all of my stuff had already been ruined! When I said that didn't help me they offered to move my stuff to a more secure Locker at the same price.... but remember it had already been ruined! I understand that they don't insure your items when you store them there, but reason and decency would dictate that they give me a complete refund since they violated their part of the deal. The whole idea is that you store your stuff and it's safe there, that it won't get stolen or ruined... I paid on time every month and they did not live up to their end of the contract, they ruined all of my things!Do not give these people your business they don't care if your things aget ruined! Guy didn't even say he was sorry!!!!!

Went there to pick up a enclosed U Haul trailer that my daughter had reserved,the person working says" I really don't know what to tell you we don't have it" My daughter needed it for moving that day. Asked her about the trucks outside she says we can do something. Gets off the phone to manager or somebody and says "Trucks are reserved but we can give you a $50 credit for future use" Really!!! Another gentleman was in there at the same time to pick up a furniture dolly that he had reserved and they didn't have. Sorry that I can't give them 0 stars or I would.STAY AWAY!!!

The manager, Dave, is very accommodating. He took care of our needs for a moving truck and temporary storage in their units, both for a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Reserved a storage room online. Went to Gold Coast Storage to sign paperwork. Was told they did not have any of the size I reserved. Was offered larger size for nearly twice the money per month. Did not get a room with them in the end.

I was told I would get my $100 deposit back when I returned the truck!!! The said they had to mail me my deposit back!!! Even though I paid in cash!!! Very unhappy! I needed that money today!

Got to U-Haul here and ended up being pretty expensive didn't get checked in when they said they was going to get it checked in though so I ended up getting an email stating that I still had the vehicle even though I had returned it on time
