Went and bought my first car ever and I highly recommend coming here. I worked with Anthony Thomsen and I could be happier with the experience. He was so helpful and walked me through everything and made the process much easier for me. Everyone here has great customer service and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a good car come talk to Anthony!

Writing this review for my dad. He just purchased a Maverick at Betten Baker in Ludington. We were so impressed with sales consultant Kelly Maher. He went out of his way to make sure dad got just the car he wanted. Kelly is always available to help as we learn to use the features on this new truck. Dad also gives a 5 star rating for the after-market heated seats!

Rick Whitaker was amazing. He took us right in as soon as we walked in. I don't him there may be struggles with my credit gave him a price range down payment info. He still running around trying to do all he can for us. He got us figured out.

I ordered and purchased a new 2023 F-150 specifically for trailer towing. I was impressed by the dealership's overall operation and received what I consider a fair trade in value for my older F-150. I was particularly impressed with Sales Manager Pam Sniegowski who helped guide me through the process and during the wait time for the order to be build and shipped to their dealership. The closing on the deal with Finance Manager Josh Greene went very smoothly, I even purchased a two year extended service program. Love the new truck!

We purchased a 2024 Ford edge sel. Sonny and Pam both helped me with the sale . Pam worked very hard to get the vehicle picked up from another dealership and delivered to us on the same day . Sonny helped us with final delivery and getting all set for financing . The gentleman who helped me in financing did a great job with explaining all options for warranties . Had the BEST and the easiest time getting this new to me vehicle from them! Brian Carey, although not being at the dealership long, knew what he was doing! Justin worked hard to get us in the right truck. He wasn't pushy, yet, he was very informative. He answered our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he sought out someone who did. In the end, we drove off in a terrific 2020 F-150 Sport - Black Widow model. He provided a walk around to show us the Ford app and its features before we drove off the lot. Would recommend Justin for anyone looking for a vehicle.Pam was friendly and helpful, also. She talked about the truck, because she had been driving. She made us feel very comfortable.Josh worked hard to get us a good deal with financing. He took time trying. We didn't go with any of those, but appreciate his effort. He was able to get us some great add-on insurance items, though, for a cost we could afford. He came in on his day off to finalize the deal, get us all set and into our new truck!Sonny helped work out the nuances of the electric features so we could get the Ford app to link with our phones.It was a friendly place. I would not hesitate to recommend Betten Baker Ford of Ludington.

Last weekend I got into a bit of trouble with my new 21 Ford Bronco on the sand dunes. Long story short, I saturated the engine trying to cross some water.I live about 3.5 hours from this dealership. Since it was the closest to my incident , I had it towed to Betten Baker Friday. To say I was nervous about having a dealership that I knew nothing about service my brand new car that I waited 1.5 years to be built would be an understatement.Richard and the service team were excellent. They kept me informed about the status of my repair while also keeping a good sense of humor about the whole thing.They we re able to repair my Bronco quickly and economically. In fact, Richard and team waited after hours to meet me so I could meet them to pick up my car. The Bronco drove the 3.5 hours home with no issue.I owe all these guys a beer - it s too bad I don t live closer or they would be my go to guys!

Came here to buy a new vehicle and Kelly sold me this brand new 2021 Ford bronco sport! He knew exactly what he was talking about and he was very helpful! Josh was also very helpful and He helped me get the lowest interest rate possible so I wouldn t be stuck with high interest! I definitely recommend Betten baker out of Ludington for your next vehicle purchase.

In my life I have been blessed to purchase a wide variety of vehicles, from many different dealerships. I have never had the high quality, customer driven service from top to bottom that you see at Betten Baker Ludington. If you are buying a new or used vehicle, call Sonny. If you need someone from service, talk to anyone they are all excellent. Thank you to the team for all that you for your customers.

Selena Dewitt recently helped me build and order a 2022 F250. She is very knowledgeable on the truck and never once pressured me into adding something that I didn t want. She is one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Will definitely use her in the future for my fianc� s vehicle also.

This past Wednesday, I took my 2017 F-150 to Betten Baker Ford in Ludington for an engine coolant issue. A coolant hose had disconnected and the vehicle lost fluid.When I initially arrived at the service center, I was told they were completely booked and would have to come back another day. When I explained that we were in the area on vacation and needed the truck they looked to see what could be done.The service team (Mike, Michael, Nate and Sarah) reviewed their schedule and were able to immediately work on my truck. In my opinion, they went over and above taking care of me and my truck knowing I was stuck without it. They flushed and pressure tested the cooling system and performed an oil change. The team even directed me to the best donut shop in Ludington, Wesco (which, by the way, was AMAZING!)As I waited for my truck to be serviced, Josh even explained the Co-Pilot360 features on the new Edge ST as well as provided some friendly local guidance.Needless to say, if I lived in the area, I would only have Betten Baker Ford service my truck. When I am back in Ludington and need work done on my vehicle, I know where to go! Do not hesitate to use this dealership for all your car repair needs!

This was our third time traveling 500 miles round trip to do business with Sonny at Betten Baker Ford. Everyone there treated us with respect. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure to make a decision. It is the only place I would ever go to buy a vehicle.

Worked with Pam Sniegowski on getting my new truck. Above and beyond service to get the vehicle tranfered from another Betten Baker the same day and also took care of some issues with the vehicle before it drove off the lot and into my possession. Highly recommend working with Pam and the betten baker staff. Thank you!

I worked with Sonny and he helped through every hurdle to get me into my new bronco. He got me some extra cash on my trade on and even haggled a bit in the purchase price of my 2022 bronco. I highly recommend asking for him if you have any questions or are looking into a new car. He will give you so much information before you even arrive. Thanks again Sonny. I m loving my new ride.

Super hard to get a service appointment. I first left a message to call me to arrange and now called and stayed on hold for a long time. I like the actual service but will get someone else to do my oil change.

I had a heating issue right before a holiday weekend in which I was traveling out of state long distance. Better Baker listened to my concerns and squeezed me in to a Get the repair done the same day they got the part despite being booked 3 weeks in advance. They knew the importance of my trip and went above and beyond to make our trip happen. 10/10 would recommend them to family and friends.

Very long story. Went in wanting a truck as it has always been my dream to own a nice truck, I was looked and told trucks are very hard to finance so I was shown some other vehicles. Long story short I was told I would never get sold a piece of junk and never get sold something I could not afford. I ended up getting a 14 focus and I have had it almost 2 years and it has been in their shop for 5 to 6 months at a time this last time and has been in their shop more than I have drove it. And nothing is ever covered under the warranty. Long story short my dream was busted and I ended up with a car that is in the shop more than it is on the road. The service department has been outstanding and very helpful. I recommend the service department at the dealership as they completely go through hoops to make sure the car gets repaired and done right.

It s been a little over two weeks since I purchased my Jeep Wrangler and well, I never thought I would LOVE a vehicle so much! Josh Helminiak made my first dealership experience wonderful and super easy. He explained everything wonderfully and made sure I left happy with all of my questions and concerns answered! He definitely enjoys his job and cares about customer interaction more than anything. Will definitely be back.

I was on my way home to Mount Pleasant from Ludington and my car showed a low tire light. I went to another tire shop in town and was told they repair tires but can't get me in until the next day. Not workable so I left for Betten Baker Ford of Ludington where I met Laura M., Service Advisor for Betten Baker. What a difference. She listened, understood my situation, and pushed the red easy button for me. She is very professional, and a straight shooter. I highly recommend Betten Baker Ford in Ludington MI because of her. She exemplifies all the Core Values Betten Baker plainly displays to their customers. Within 45 minutes I was on my way home. Betten Baker is fortunate to have Laura as a Service Advisor. This was my first meeting with her and very glad she was there. Jim

Josh h was awesome! He made sure that I was happy with my purchase, and more importantly, made sure I knew it was MY decision. Every other drawer I went to, I felt kinda forced into something I didn t want. Josh was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. I ended up choosing a new escape, and I love it! Josh is A++++. He ll have you cracking up too. Definitely recommend Josh h at better!
