From the moment I called, I was warmly greeted. I was told that what I needed was in stock, and if not, new parts could be shipped by the next morning. I knew I was in good hands here. When I finally arrived, each employee was so kind towards me. But I do have to mention that Jason was especially helpful and knowledgeable. If I were his boss, I'd give him a raise! I'm very lucky to have stopped at this Autozone. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, if you're in need of any auto supplies.

A friendly worker said hello when we walked in. The store was super clean and Organized. I was looking for two 12Volt Fans. They only had one so I had to go elsewhere. But I usually shop here for my Automotive parts as they are reasonably priced.

Good location, hours could be better but considering Covid-19 has impacted everyone, everywhere, it's understandable. Most items are competitively priced but sometimes it does pay to shop around. Employees are helpful and friendly. Store is clean and organized.

I was having issues with my battery and took it here to be tested. The lady, ( I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very helpful. She tested the battery, it was good. So she cleaned off the terminals thoroughly with a spray cleaner and a wire brush. I did not have any issues after that. I was up camping from Indianapolis and I am very thankful for her service

Don t trust google hours. Multiple times I ve gone when online says open and they re closed.Staff is good for the most part aside from the occasional employee that couldn t make it more clear that they don t want to deal with you.

Chris and Jacob were amazing helps. My car blew a tire about a half hour away from this location and when I went to change it I snapped the key for my lug nut. These two did everything they could to make sure I didnt drive a half hour with the wrong parts. Thanks for the wonderful service!

Went into your store on Dec 11 to ask a question because my car door wouldn't shut because it was froze. Your staff was so helpful and very nice and sprayed the inside of my door with lubricant and got it shut. This is the only place I will go for questions about my vehicle because they are so friendly and helpful and kind. They are very smart and do there job very well.

My boyfriend just went into the Ludington store after looking online for a part. Their website showed they had several of the part he needed. He went into the store and asked for it. The female manager had an attitude immediately and told him they didn't have the part. He told her that the website showed that they have several. At that point she got even more rude with him and said 'I don't care what the website shows, I don't have any!' At that point he was pretty upset with her and told her that she may want to have somebody update the website. He was then asked to leave since he was now giving her back some of her initial attitude. We will not be going back to this store ever. Zero stars

The store manager. Is awesome and always takes the time to figure out what you need and all is always polite! Makes you feel like you're the only customer in the store! what a awesome guy!

superior auto part store with very knowledgeable staff to help you with all your needs. the manager is wonderful and goes above and beyond her duties. the prices are great and the reward program even better would definitely recommend this to all my friends

Very helpful staff. They are willing and able to install new batteries as long as they aren't in your passenger cab. They'll also go out of their way to make sure you have the tools needed Incase it is in the interior.

I have used AutoZone for years because of their great selection, prices and staff. Recently, a customer lost his wallet at the store where I work. He had an AutoZone customer card inside, so I called our local store, and the manager, Chris, went way above and beyond to help get the word out to our customer's local AutoZone store on the other side of the state. Because of Christine's care for her customers, the gentleman got his wallet back. Any store, and store manager, who goes the extra mile for their customer deserves your business. Excellent work!

We really feel well taken care of by knowledgeable and friendly staff.The store is located in a easy spot to get to with plenty of parking. Handicap accessibility.The best is the staff here. Highly recommend

My wife's car battery went dead while she was in Ludington. Chris the manager sent one of the guys from the store out to our house to replace the battery at no extra charge. I thought this was above and beyond and I will be doing my automotive business at this store.Thanks again!Brent

Had a battery go "belly up" while in town. The clerk not only sold us a battery, but installed the thing too. We had been having a lousy day and this act of kindness was precious to us. Precious enough to earn our business as long as they are open.

Great place to go if you're having Auto issues they will help you figure out what's going on with your car they will even help you go out and help you change light bulbs small little things like that the people at the desk will help you locate anything and everything you need in the store and they're very if something has to be ordered they're very quick about it and usually takes less than two days to get the part ordered and compared to the other Auto places there quite an expensive an extremely friendly staff

This store is poorly stocked. It is the closest automotive store to my house but I am usually disappointed when I stop there because they rarely have what I need.Thank you for your response, I decided to add some detail so that you maybe could address some of your inventory issues.In the past six months these are the things you did not have in stock. Battery for my lawn tractor Various spark plugs (3 occasions) boat, lawnmower, chainsaw. Red poly chassis grease grease gun limited selection of Griot's car care products brake pads (2007 Envoy) cabin air filter (2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee) inline fuel filter for lawn tractor fluid transfer hand pumpI apologise, after editing and adding to my review I realised this is the wrong store. I thought I was reviewing the Manistee store. I stopped at the Ludington store the other day and picked up the Griot's wax I wanted and the people were great.

Had a problem with my Jeep and came in to the Ludington store for some advice. The manager Tim C. took the time to help me find the right part at the right price. Highly recommend this store for anyone that needs an auto part OR help!

Need to replace the "el-cheap-o" battery I bought 2 years ago at Walmart... my mistake as I've owned a Duralast battery in the past and it was great, lasted well part it's warranty period. Now I have piece of mind but what was most helpful was it was recommended not only to buy the post terminal washer for my battery but pay get this 79 cents more and get the dialectic grease too as a kit. Made for a quality install and I know I have a "dependable" battery for many years under my hood.

I have purchase quite a few things from these guys in the past. Brought in my oil from engine oil change on my boat and they guy said there is water in there! I do all my own oil changes on all my vehicles, boats, tractor etc and I know when and if there is water and there was none! I asked him to point out the water (it does not mix with oil) and he just said no. He just didn't want to be bothered. Lazy employee. I bring in my oil to my local at home Autozone for years with no problems ever.I have not returned.

I needed a brake light bulb replaced. I stopped in, they promptly researched and found ther correct bulb. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to replace it for me. This is GREAT customer service! Kudos to the team at AutoZone!
