We worked with Steve Shephard and his Mgr. Larry in purchasing a sharp 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum recently. I understand that most people do not like going to dealerships, but I just bought a new truck from Betten Baker Buick GMC in Lowell and it was a breeze. My salesman, Dean, was the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If you are looking for a vehicle, Absolutely ask for Dean Olesko. Honestly, the rest of the team I interacted with - Matt and Ryan - was a good experience. I have nothing negative to write. Only praise. Hands down, two thumbs up for this dealership! AND it's a brand new, great looking facility.

My third auto here because the people are so easy to work with and very accommodating. I test drove several different vehicles and found the right one with the help of everyone there. Di, Krista, Tim, Drew, Tom and one other whose name I can't remember. The whole crew was very very helpful. I would send other people there to buy or lease a car either new or used.

Everyone was super friendly. They explained everything that we were doing through the transaction. Matt and I had been emailing and he welcomed me on arrival. I didn't feel like I have on other car deals, Just a Woman thing. I felt that they were concerned about price and putting me in a car that was right for me.

An outstanding car buying experience. Not your typical used car buying experience. Literally no hassles. Never have experienced car buying as we did here. Very much worth the drive from Grand Rapids to Lowell. Incredibly quick, easy, and efficient process to purchase. I had been looking for a particular brand/model of a used car for about 2 months. Found one online here. Great price! Excellent communication! Emailed late on Friday afternoon and John phoned back within minutes. Made an appointment to see it the next day. John had the car all prepped and ready to test drive when we arrived. Very easy and painless process. Ryan was so very helpful with the financing totally upfront and honest, explaining every step. Both John and Ryan made us feel as though we were their number one customer. Within 2 hours we left with a new car having traded in our existing one. Definitely will go back when time to purchase another car.

Be aware as of 01/02/2024 they are no longer taking credit cards unless you pay a 3% fee. Luckily I had my debit card on me, because I did not have the cash with me. Would have been nice to know this before I went in. I guess they just aren't making enough money. Will probably seek a different establishment next time, or just go back to servicing my truck myself. .

My window would nt go up after they worked on my drivers side door, and the master switch would t work for the other windows , so I brought the car back in the next day , and I was told the window needed to be lubed and I needed a new main switch. I was told that the work on the door from the day before had nothing to do with what was going on now, even though they worked fine when I brought it in the first time. I was charged another $160 even though I was bringing it back from the previous day! Also now my driver side door lock doesn t work! I will never go back to this dealer!

Thank you Charlie Jeffrey and Dean Oleski for finding my new 2023 Blue crew cab long box Duramax! I had to sacrifice some options for the blue, but they got me what I needed and even went to Virginia to get it for me!

Betten Baker sold me a beautiful GMC1500 Sierra SLE. .I got a fabulous deal..a full tank of gas and this truck was deliveredAbsolutely spotless to me.Dean Olesko is a true sales professional and did a wonderful job explaining all the options and how to use them.All the staff were very courteous and gave me A very personal feel.I would recommend Betten Baker to any potential buyer as the go to place.

Tim McCormmick was AMAZING. This was my first vehicle purchase through a dealership. I was very particular on what I wanted and I found exactly what I was looking for. I am located in Wisconsin and with vehicles going so quickly it seemed too good to be true. I requested more information on my vehicle through the site and had sent two messages. Tim reached out to me on a Sunday, which right off the bat showed how much he cared, given dealerships are not open on Sundays. He started the whole process as soon as he got into work the next day and I had my vehicle by Thursday that same week. He worked with me so patiently as I am a nurse and was working crazy hours all week. He responded promptly and made the process so smooth and easy. I was anxious with it being my first big vehicle purchase and the whole process but Tim made it SO easy. To top it off, he even delivered my vehicle to me in Wisconsin! 12 hour round trip for him. I was amazed by the genuine kindness and how much Tim went out of his way to help me. I have had my car for a little over a month now and I absolutely love it. I have even had to text Tim a few times with questions about my car after the fact and he continues to answer promptly and kindly. I recommend the dealership and specifically Tim McCormmick 100%.

Husband and I were shopping for a while... for a CHEVY SILVERADO... something big enough for us and 2 Huskies... Had the good fortune of dealing with Michaela Harris as a salesperson... I couldn't have asked for a better partner in our search! Lots of test drives later, she sends me a text saying she has our new truck and she's on her way... SHE WAS RIGHT!2018 SILVERADO DURAMAX DIESEL CREW CAB 4X4... SOLD!!!No more test drives for us. Thank you Michaela!

Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! I would use this dealership one million times over. They made it easy, we trusted them, the communication was spectacular, they are honest, beyond nice, and thoroughly made us comfortable with our large purchase. Tim was absolutely phenomenal and I can't say enough nice things about him. If you are looking for a dealership that honestly cares and wants/values your business, GO HERE! Trust me, it is worth the extra 20 minutes to drive here from the big dealerships in GR. We will be back!

This was a life changing experience. Before I even arrived in the service department, Rex greeted me, my vehicle was in the stall being worked on immediately. I had planned to return to pick up the vehicle, but the service was so thorough and quick, I was able to leave with my vehicle, saving me the trip of coming back. I was so exited I forgot to sign my paperwork, Rex immediately sprung into action and sent Alex down to my place of employment so I would not be inconvenienced. Huge shout out to Dean Olesko. I was looking for a used car and having trouble finding one I liked. I told Dean what I wanted and a few days later he called me and said he found one. I met Dean later in the day and was presently surprised. The car was in tip top shape and at a fair price. Dean is very knowledgeable and pays attention to details. I highly recommend this dealership!

Salesman TJ Hurtman has been amazing to work with. He takes the time to listen to you and doesn t just try to sell you the most expensive thing (unless that s what you re looking for). He truly wants you to be happy in the car you re buying, because he cares for his customers like family. I would highly recommend searching for your next vehicle with Betten Baker Buick GMC of Lowell (and look for TJ while you re there!)

5 star experience with the Betten Baker GMC crew. Krista, Matt, Z, TJ, Charlie.. I think I talked to the entire dealership throughout my experience and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Multiple dealerships told me they couldn t find what I was looking for and that I would have to place an order directly through GM but the team at Betten Baker found EXACTLY the truck I was searching for, worked their magic and handed me the keys just 2 business days later. They made my first new car purchase a positive experience. Thanks to the entire BB team, you ve all earned a lifetime customer.
