These guys know there stuff, they got me in and out. Mickey was very knowledgeable about my dodge journey. Repaired my wire harness so now my back up cam works and my back wipers are working as well. The price was fair and reasonable. I definitely will be recommending to friends and family. 5 star service

The climate control system in my 2014 Ford Fiesta went out. I took it to Top Value and not only was I informed of the repairs needed I had the repairs done at a great price. I would have had to pay double if I took it to the dealer and so glad Top Value was recommended by a co-worker who referred me to them.Great honest business with Top Value. Thank you Mickey it's good to have mechanic I can trust.Top Value now has a regular customer.

Had my 2007 Jetta in for a cat back system. Very pleased with the performance and looks of the system! Dropped it off last night, and it was finished tonight. Thanks guys! It really enhances my driving, having much better power. Runs better than I could have hoped.

Top Value Car and Truck Service Center is definitely top notch. I just moved to the area and was looking for a local car shop with good reviews. Read through the majority and it seems I'm not alone in suggesting this is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. Anthony, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and authentic. I will certainly be returning for future service needs.

This is only place I will take my truck they do excellent work. Prices are good very nice guys they will answer any questions u got. They will go out of there way to help you. I recommend this place.

Really the only place I go for all my auto repairs. Staff is friendly and to the point. Bring a car here with an issue and they will fix it and tell you about other issues you re going to have that you won t want to spend the money on at the time and will break making you wish you would of listened to them and fixed it when they first told you. A++ Good price and typically pretty quick service depending on parts needed.

I was in from out of town today and happened to end up at Top Value. Anthony and Mickey were fantastic. Honest and open about what was done on the car, fair price, and made me feel safe to have my daughter drive away with the vehicle. Very happy with these guys and would definitely bring any car there for repair.

RUN, DON T WALK FROM THIS SHOP. We dropped off our vehicle June 29th with assurance that the work would be done by July 10th when we returned from our vacation. On the 6th we were called and told that someone attempted to steal our vehicle, but that they would cover the repairs ASAP and that the planned repairs would still be done ASAP. July 18th (almost two weeks later) I got a text that they finally pulled out the window frame to send it in for a new window to be made, and that all the other repairs would be done along with that by the end of the month, guaranteed. On July 28th I received another text that everything was completely finished except for the window and was assured I could pick the vehicle up on August 2nd or 3rd. On the 2nd I was told that they were still waiting on only the window and I was given a quote nearly double over what I was quoted for the original work. I went up to see the vehicle on the 3rd and found that the door panel was still disassembled as was the center console, there was stuff disconnected under the hood and on the floor of the shop, and the carpet in the bedroom was covered with dark black grease after again being told everything was finished and cleaned up (I have photos of all of this). I expressed confusion to the manager Mickey who up until that point had been polite. He got defensive and argumentative with me in front of the other staff, yelling at me (which I then recorded) and told me that the locks weren t even back from being re-keyed (again, after being told the RV was completely finished other than the window). I was promised stuff by another employee Anthony who said he was the manager (and wasn t), and he just talked in circles. I called the glass shop who stated that they never promised a two-week time frame due to the nature of the special glass and curation. The owner of the shop, Tony, was beyond condescending and rudely told me to come up and get my vehicle (still taken apart and without locks or an ignition) if I wasn t happy waiting for the repairs. He gave me a total for the original repairs, but refused to take ownership of the fact that by then their shop had our vehicle for nearly SIX weeks and that their lack of action had cost us income and impacted our business.We were finally able to pick up our rig on August 16th seven weeks after we dropped it off. The carpet in the bedroom is full of black grease that is not really coming out, they ruined the light beige rug in the hall with more grease, and the new window is full of scratches (again, I have photos). Oh, and it was left outside completely unlocked on the other side of the building from any cameras when we pulled up. We paid our bill and got the heck out of there.We brought our RV here because of the reviews. While the break in was not their fault, the fact that they dragged their feet on repairs and making things right, combined with the attempt at gaslighting me (a woman) is unacceptable and unprofessional. If you are a female or know females who might be looking for auto work, don t send them here.EDIT ADDITION: Their offers to allow us to use our camper while waiting for parts were neither safe (i.e putting a piece of plexiglass into an emergency exit window frame), nor practical (as the ignition and locks were not even in our vehicle until AFTER I went in on August 3rd, and I am not sure how to drive a vehicle that was torn apart). They also went back and forth about trying to say they had to find a place to replace the glass and then saying that they used a place that they always got glass from - very wishy washy.Again, we lost income and business due to their practices, and instead of an apology I was met with gaslighting and hostility.I have tried to upload photos, but for some reason the server won't allow me to. I have been going to Top Value for years. I always feel taken care of and treated fairly. Recently had a car in for a lot of repairs. Detroit garage tried to charge me almost 7k$ for the same work that Top Value did for under 4k. This place is great. I took my wife's 2019 Ford Edge up to the shop because her acceleration was hesitating and the check engine light came on. I got a prompt call back that it was a faulty EGR valve, and the work was done same day. Highly recommended.

.REVIEW 2: My first review doesn't do justice to how great these guys are. These guys fixed an ongoing issue with my car on a Saturday in just a few hours by replacing multiple parts for less money than a competing mechanic, who was about to charge me way more to replace one single part that wasn't at fault. More over, they contacted ME when the work was done and made everything very clear for me. Fantastic work. Mick was very friendly and the technician Dave did an amazing job. My family uses Top Value for all our mechanical needs. They go above and beyond what you would expect. I personally have been nervous to go into these kind of places but they never talk down to you and make you feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Ricky is the best! You can t beat their prices and they do a great job.

We have used Top Value for several jobs on both of our vehicles over the years since living in the area and we will never go anywhere else. They are kind, honest, and won't try to sell you services you don't need or shouldn't be considering soon to keep your vehicles in top shape. I had an oil and filter change done on this service visit. The shop accommodated my request for a Motorcraft filter and used the synthetic blend oil that I prefer in this car. I checked the car in a few minutes ahead of my appointment and was on my way home 45 minutes later, completely satisfied with the quality and speed of the job.

I have never had a better customer experience than what I have experienced at Top Value Car and Truck service. Anthony is not only great at doing his job, but is truly a wonderful human being. He s down to earth and has empathy for others. I cannot say enough good things about this company and these people that work here. They did not jerk me around in anyway and they were very fair. I liked this place so much that I will be bringing all of my car repairs here in the future. I will also be recommending to anyone and everyone I meet who has car problems, to come to this place. I am usually very critical about auto repair shops (for obvious reasons) but I cannot find one thing to be critical about this place. You guys really are the best!Btw, hope that computer is running a little faster for you, Anthony.....

I had to get a rear main replaced on my Ford, Anthony and his staff got it done quickly ( 1.5 days) and suggested a few more cheap repairs while the transmission was removed. I am very happy with the result, and I have a one year warranty should something go wrong. I have been a customer here for years and while prices are going up, I feel the folks here try their very best to save you money where possible.

This is by far the best auto repair place I ve ever been to! Anthony and his team are amazing. They re reliable, their prices are very reasonable, their work is thorough, they communicate well throughout the whole process, and most importantly, they re HONEST! I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of in any way. Also, the environment is very family friendly and Anthony makes you feel welcome right away. I d highly recommend coming here for any car repairs/service.

My heat went out a couple weeks ago and my rpm were lower than I was used to seeing them so I immediately googled Car shop in Livonia . I came across this shop and it was the first and only one I clicked on because it has the highest rating which I am not at all surprised about. Being a female, and one that has absolutely NO CLUE when it comes to cars, I was terrified to call in fear that I d be taken advantage of. I read the reviews, and finally worked up the courage to call to have my car looked at. Anthony is a total delight. He was upfront, honest and very informative. He didn t try to take advantage and got me in and out faster than I ve gotten an oil change done at previous places I ve gone to. I will always go to this shop. Thank you for everything, Top Value employees! You ve earned a lifetime customer just by being yourselves!!! A million thanks

Just took my car for service and it was another great experience. Our two cars are getting older and top value is doing a great job keeping them running and safe. One car has over 200,000 miles and the other over 300,000 miles. This is the best repair shop in the area. Thanks.

My car had an exhaust problem among other things. Anthony, the manager, explained and even showed me the various car parts he replaced. The mechanics have 20+ years of experience. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate the free coffee, granola bars, lunch boxes. I appreciate the lobby being clean and inviting. I appreciate the care and expertise that went into my car. I would recommend this place to all my friends especially those in Livonia! Joyce Sankey

I am very satisfied with Top Value - Livonia. I have only been there once, but I will definitely be returning for all my auto repair needs.Anthony was great to work with from the moment I first called. He kept me appraised of what his team had found and what the repairs would cost.Top Value was able to get my truck back on the road the same day. Since I work a strange and hectic schedule, finding a repair shop to do multiple suspension repairs in one day seemed impossible, but Anthony and his team were able to do it.I was worried that the labor costs would be excessive, but Top Value kept their labor hours well within reason. I feel that another shop performing multiple suspension repairs would have "piled on" the labor charges. They were more than fair and I am very grateful.If you live in the Livonia area, give the team at Top Value an opportunity to earn your business. I do not think you will be disappointed.
