I called very close to closing time looking for an oil change and Alex and his team were able to fit me in with no problem. Their prices are better than a lot of other oil change places, even with synthetic oil. I even ended up purchasing tires here because the pricing was so reasonable and the customer service is awesome. I ll definitely be back for all of my oil changes and tire needs. Highly recommend!

Woke up to a dead battery. I called Midas in Livonia and spoke with Alex. He was friendly to work with and let me know that they had my battery in stock. I was able to have the battery replaced, as well as a few maintenance items that needed to be done. Rob was excellent to work with as well. Highly recommend this shop for straight forward answers and timely service.

Sam and Bill were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my car. They called me and told me all that needed to be done they also understood that I had a specific budget I had to work with and they did everything to keep in that budget. They were kind, curious and helpful. I would recommend taking you car there for any service, you will not be disappointed. Plus they have credit options available so if you were like me you couldn't pay everything up front. Great service. 5 stars across the board

I took my car in today for what turned out to be a pretty big job, and Nick and the entire team at Midas were so helpful. They explained what I needed, and even offered financing if I needed it. The repair took a few hours, and when I went back to pay and pick my car up, everything was fast and easy. Dealing with car repairs can be difficult, but just know this team is courteous and efficient. Thank you so much for all your help, Midas Livonia

They did a great job. My check engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it while I waited in the showroom. I can t believe how much better my car is running and definitely see a difference in my gas mileage. Will definitely be back

I love these guys I was leaving for a kinda long road trip and the night before it hit me that I needed an oil change. I was super stressed out so I called them first thing in the morning.They got me in right at 9 am, and were done within an hour. Everyone there was super nice and the workers were zipping around working hard on all the cars to get people in and out as fast as they could.So thankful for them!Edit: will absolutely be visiting them for the weird sound my car is making

My exhaust pipe cracked during an unexpected snowstorm. In a panic I pulled into Midas in Livonia hoping for some help despite not having an appointment. The staff was friendly, the waiting space was clean and most importantly they were able to repair my car in a timely manner. I always associated Midas with exhaust systems and didn t realize they perform oil changes as well. After the job they did on my exhaust repair I will definitely be returning here for future oil changes.

Man these guys are absolutely amazing at what they do. I needed front pads/rotors replaced and these guys got me in and out within an hour. And I'm running on month 5 with no issues. Awesome job guys!!

My experience at Midas was wonderful, Bill took good care of me and explained to me how bad my tires were and all 4 needed to be replaced instead of patching the one tire with the nail. He gave me a good price and I was out the door in no time. I would recommend this Midas on Plymouth in Livonia, Bill was very polite and provided great customer service, I will be back

The tail pipe rusted off the muffler on my car. So I went to Midas to have it repaired. After an inspection by the shop I was informed I would need a new muffler and tail pipe. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the time it took to get the car repaired. My car was taken in at 3:00 pm and the work was done before they closed at 6:00 pm. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend taking your car to Midas if you need exhaust or suspension work done.

Great service, showed up without an appointment and dropped the vehicle off for two rear tires. No sellingcpressure or "add ons" pressure. Knowledge the previous work done by different mechanics. Loved it, I will be back.

I just want to express my gratitude for the people at this location. I'm sorry if I mixed up your name it was either Ray or Roy, he was so incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable. I had a horrible experience at Mission Ford of Dearborn and they were able to point out something that had been overlooked at that dealership as well as take care of the issues that I actually came in there for which were my tires! Thanks again

It took them 2 days to get a new rear axle assembly and install it and my car runs like it did 10 years ago these guys do all the work on my car now they are great.

The A-1 customer service this location is top notch! They make you feel like family and take care of your vehicle like they take care of their own. I received a text, let me type that again so you don t miss it, A TEXT to check on my vehicle. It s good to see some businesses continue to take time to check on their service they gave to their customers. We, customers, appreciate it. It definitely don t go unnoticed! Great place and service! ANNUAL UBER INSPECTIONS STAY AWAYIf I could give this place a lower rating then I absolutely would. I came here for an annual uber inspection on my 2018 jeep and was told it would take about 2 and a half hours, which I would ve been fine with. Except they called me 15 minutes after leaving the shop to tell me I d have to pay $2200+ in repairs in order to get a passing inspection with them. I took my car to Tire Stop the NEXT DAY, (who took about an hour to actually do the inspection unlike MIDAS) was charged half of what MIDAS was charging for the inspection AND my car passed funny how that works. MIDAS employees are scam artists, they know people who uber need a passing score to continue driving so they come up with as many unnecessary repairs as possible to try and back them into a corner to pay for things they dont need. Absolutely disgusting. I ll never go to another MIDAS shop again.

Rude, dishonest. Service rep stated he couldn't pass my vehicle for Uber. This Midas store also charges $80 for Uber inspection. I went to another Uber authorization facility. My vehicle passed inspection and no charge! This is where I get my vehicle's oil changes. So very thankful for kind, honest service guys at Jiffy Lube in Commerce.

I am new to the area and was looking for a good mechanic. I found the shop to be very clean the staff very helpful kind and courteous. They were also HONEST and FAIRLY PRICED. I had front brakes and rotors an oil change and my rear brake lights and turn signals fixed I got in and out of there same day in a few hours. Manny and Joe were awesome thanks guys Vanna White is in tip top shape... she's my town and country.I also met someone in the waiting room who is a lifetime nuclear engineer and inspector for quality. I asked him if I had brought my car to the right shop since he went there he said "oh yes you will see many repeat customers here." The confidence of an inspector for quality on nukes is a pretty good endorsement.at least that was enough for me!this shop is my mechanic for as long as I live here. thanks guys!

I went there to ask A question about some wiring issue's I have with my front headlight & told Manny ( manager ) my issue & he said he would take a look at the problem . He gave it the old collage try but I have to take it to my dealer to do a more in depth dig to find the problems . I also asked for an oil change while I was there & everything was just perfect . He called me a few times to let me know how he was doing. That goes a long way with me ( a single phone call ) . We have been going there for at least 20 years & always GREAT service .

I needed an oil change and my brakes looked at due to some pulsating and Manny and his crew took care of everything! He was thorough with his explanation and efficient. They were all extremely personable and kind. It only took a few hours to have everything taken care of. I d recommend this place to anyone who needs to have any car work done.

I visited the Midas in Livonia for a concern about my brakes. They were able to work on my vehicle immediately, no wait time at all. Within 5 minutes of the diagnostic, they told me exactly what was wrong and how much to fix the problem. We ran into a mishap with getting the rim off of one of my tires due to not having the key. The manager Alex was kind enough to drive me to the store I got the rim placed to get the key. The mechanics were very informative with explaining all the work they did. Due to a minor inconvenience, I was given a discount without even having to ask. Overall experience was 10/10. Serah s bubbly personality was the perfect touch to make all the customers feel welcomed and heard when expressing their concerns. She even offered me food during the time I was there! No better shop out there!Service: Brakes

I cannot say enough about this Livonia Midas shop. Manny is excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and he shows he cares. Got my sons 2018 Spark back from another shop that repaired a trans leak and it had a noisy leak in the exhaust that wasn t there when he took it in. Manny looked at it fixed it in a couple hours, verified my thoughts on how it happened and saved me enough money to take the missus out to dinner and buy the boys dinner later. I will be taking my car and the boys will take their cars there from now on for all their services.

A great staff. Always nice and honest with me. I have been going here for years. Quality service and get the job done quickly. I've had minor and major work done on my vehicle.
