After one visit to Metro25 in Livonia, I'll never go to another service station again for tires and service. Top notch professionalism and the prices were great compared to others I've been to. I was happy when I phoned and was told that I could come right now, no wait. It was equally impressive that they had my tires in stock. I had been in contact with two other Firestones and felt as if they were overwhelmed with work and had to squeeze me in. Both also stated that they would have to see the vehicle, it might take a day to get the tires and couldn t give me an estimated cost.They did take my vehicle back immediately but it turned into so much more than the small job that I went in for. Was it all necessary? Probably. But it felt like a bad oil change appointment, reason after reason to add another cost on.Would I return? Yes, overall good service.

Best place ever !!!! This is the 2nd time I came in for tires lately. Today was a repair turned in to a new tire. They are so nice and friendly. Very affordable and don t rip you off. Got me right in on my day off on a Monday morning. I will always come back here !!!Service: TiresService: Tires

My Firestone visit was good. Purchased a set of 4 Firestone brand tires. I was happy with the service but the price seemed somewhat high.

I really like Firestone on Middlebelt and 7 Mile. Its hard to find a mechanic that you feel comfortable with. I heard about Firestone from a friend who had went there for repairs. I started going there for oil changes. Chris is great and honest about repairs that need to be done.

Went here last week to get a valve stem replaced. They found more damage to the tire and said they couldn't help me but no charge. Sweet, no big deal, I ordered a new set of wheels and figured I'd give them a call to see if they were able to mount them. They were so kind and helpful the first time around. $20 a tire to balance and mount, very reasonable. Called back again because my new wheels were already balanced, just to double check price. By the end of the call the tech on the phone was screaming profanities at me about how they don't mount my size tires(even though they clearly dismounted and remounted for the stem and tire damage). Some of the service techs here are super kind and helpful. Some of them scream and curse you out on the phone. Use at your own risk.

We have gone here for 25 years. They are truly excellent at what they do. They have diagnosed difficult issues, and they always do a great job fixing these issues. They also back what they do. I would never go anywhere else. The prices are great and the work is excellent. In addition....they are great guys who are super friendly and professional. Recently, one of my sons had an issue with a car many miles away....didn't matter....we still got that car into Metro 25 in Livonia because we know we can trust them for great service at an excellent price! A complete disappointment Chris is as unprofessional as they come I came in last week because my car was making a noise as if I was driving on a flat. It was loud. Chris and his team drove it and said it s your tires and brakes that s the noise which was incorrect. I picked up the car from the repairs paying $1800 the car made the same Noise Chris said drive it a little bit and easy on the brakes well I took it back this morning only to find out it s the rear wheel bearing and being a trained professional he said he didn t hear it when he drove the car once I had the brakes and the new tires on which was another story. how is it as soon as I picked it up I heard it but a mechanic didn t and he wanted me to pay an additional 500 are you crazy he argued with me in the lobby just rude and incompetent.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

Ladies BEWAREI went to determine a noise I was hearing on my vehicle. While waiting I was listening to the guy and how he was speaking to customers. He had a phone call with someone that had a tow for a alternator and battery, he quoted a price of $775. My ears perked up, I got up and noticed my car was on the rack with one tire removed. When it was my turn he told me he wasn t sure what was wrong with my car but I probably needed rotors, calipers and brakes all around. I m not sure how he knew that with only one tire removed off the vehicle. He then went on to tell me how he would discount everything to bring the total to $1230, when I refused that he said he could just do the front for $860. I asked him to put the wheel back on my car and I left. I went a couple miles away and got brakes pads front and back for $350 and was told my rotors were fine and no mention of the calipers. Ladies draw your own conclusion, but this was my experienceService: Brakes

Honesty and direct communication deserves +5-stars! I took my truck in asking for new bearings. They called me back and assured me the bearings were fine and the reason for the mind-numbing cabin noise was because the truck has the wrong tires on (I bought it as is). I wasn t ready for new tires but they rotated the tires and things improved.What I appreciate the most is that they informed me my brakes were about to grind - they were 100% right and even though I changed the pads myself later, I can not express how grateful I am for their honesty and communication that saved me time, money, and unnecessary headaches.I will be coming back with any and all car concerns I have. Awesome place to go! Vacation bound I took my family vehicle in for some new tires before we hit the road. When tires were being changed I noticed one of the guys walking around my truck doing a check of everything WITHOUT me even having to ask. I never told them I was a Mechanic to see if they do what most shops do and just try to up sell and sell people things they don't need. The sales guy Chris asked me to come out and see how low my brakes were and to my amazement they were almost grinding. My family was ready and waiting for me to get home to leave for Vacation and I had no time to do the brakes at home. Chris tells me he can have it all done in under 2 hours. I'm thinking it's going to be more like 3 hours I give him the ok he has my truck all done with Front brake pads, front brake rotors, 4 tires and an Alignment just over an hour from me telling him to do it. I had to give this store a shout out for being great on price and very fast service. Thanks guys.

I've been coming here for a few years now because I'm pleased with their work. I like Metro 25 because they aren't constantly trying to upsell you or convince you you need unneccesary services. They are honest about what's going on with your car, they've taken me out to my vehicle several times while it's hoisted up to show me what's going on, they let you know what will happen if you don't take care of the issue/how much time you have to play with, etc..Any .repairs have always been made in a timely manner which I appreciate.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

This was the 2nd time using this group. Each time it was an emergency and my money's we're limited they filled both orders and the customer service was awesome.Plus, they did their best to stay in my budget.Even during this period of Covid when we are all tight on finances they worked out a plan so I would be safe in travel on the highway to care for a brother with lymphoma in Indiana.Personally, I give them 5 stars.

I really like this place! Fair prices and willing to work with your budget. Total time for walking in the door, having 4 new shocks installed, tire repair, and alignment in under 2 hours... perfect! Even offered free pizza for lunch. I wont be waiting for hours at Belle Tire anymore.

Waited 4 hours for correct diagnosis after they incorrectly told me my engine was blown, they called someone on the phone who correctly diagnosed timing belt. They quoted me a $795.00 price for belt without a water pump and when I said I would take it somewhere else an employee told me I was crazy, that the other shop didn't know how much work was involved. This coming from the same guy that told me he determined the engine was gone. I had my car towed to another shop and had the timing belt, water pump, seals and both serpentine belts changed for $510. When I reviewed my service on the owners site there was no apology given for the initial misdiagnosis or for the way his employee spoke to me when I left the shop. Make sure you check pricing at other shops before you let these folks complete repair work other than tires or basic oil changes.

I went in there to get my tire repaired from having a screw in it. The guy told me the screw was so short that it didn't do any major damage. I paid the guy anyway because he told the truth. Thanks for the good service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Got out of work a little early on a Friday and called them for a decent amount of work. They were able to fit me in that day and I was able to get my car back. Chris is very professional and easy going. Highly recommend using them.

Disappointed with my tire purchase.I called ahead, and was told they would have tires for my car in stock.When I got there, the salesman said he didn t have the same size tire but could put a smaller size on the car. I said no, I didn t want a smaller tire. He assured me it wouldn t be noticeable.It is noticeable. I m so disappointed that he pressured me into the wrong size. Also, now my speedometer is off by two miles an hour; since the tires are smaller.I feel like the tires are an $800 mistake that I m stuck with. The salesman gave bad advice.Service: Tires

I was able to get two tires and a front end alignment in roughly an hour. Chris the manager was very helpful! One piece of advice, if you call for a quote and are planning to get road hazard coverage, make sure to ask for it up front so it's included in your quote.

My senior mother choose this place to have a tire repaired. The tire had a large chunk of metal in it so unsurprisingly it needed replaced no big deal. The tech told my mother the brand she currently has (Cooper) was discontinued but that it could be replaced with a brand made by Cooper with similar tread pattern so she says go ahead and do it. After everything is complete I come to see how the work looks since they replaced tire and rebalanced. First thing I notice is they have replaced her non directional tire with a directional which is a safety hazard as both have different handling characteristics, secondly after calling around her current tires are NOT discontinued in fact the firestone down the street can get them next day. Very unprofessional as putting the directional tire on her car prevents us from being able to properly rotate the other 3 that are still good not to mention it forces us to replace the tire on the other side if we want the vehicle to handle safely in wet conditions. Owner refused to admit that he lied about the tire being discontinued would not make it right. Shouldn't have to come to the store with my mother to insure she is dealt with honestly I don't recommend this place at all who knows what else they lie about? They put the well-being of my mom at risk just to make a few bucks ordering through their supplier. We will fix the tire ourselves as for this place I won't be sending any of my family back I suggest you do the same.Service: Tires

Went there to get wheel alignment. I get back in my car, now DRL light is on. Guy says I have a headlight out. $65 for bulbs, another $50 to change them both. I tell him no. I get back home after going to Murray's to replace the bulbs, only to find out someone unplugged my headlight! These guys are scam artists! DO NOT GO THERE!! My vehicle still steers funny. I don't think they did ANYTHING to it! Ripoff Artists!!!

I bought tires from them about 18 months ago. From the very beginning the tires leaked air. I took the car in so the could check it. The put air in the tires and sent me in my way. I went back a few weeks later and they took the tires off and did something put them tires back on(without matching the sensor to the tire) put air in the tires and sent me off. I went there 5 times!!! They would not help me. I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care and within minutes they told me the brand new tires I bought had used valves in them and they were leaking! I will never use this place for anything again! The owner is a nice man...manager is an idiot!Service: Tires

I was from out of town I went in to have my u joints inspected on a 2005 Dodge three-quarter ton truck. The manager said oh you got a dodge if you had a Ford or a Chevy we would look at it Dodges are a lot of trouble he said see you later and good luck I am having a good day I don t wanna have any trouble.Luckily I made it home from Michigan to Oklahoma. I bought 2 U joints and replaced them myself I didn t have any tools in Michigan I ve never been treated like that at a business ever before.
