I've been coming to Mike's shop for years, he always gives me fair prices and fixes things the same day most of the time, save for one large issue I had with my car's electric work.Can't recommend this shop enough! Great, friendly service and immaculate work.

Rotten service, rotten owner and employee. First experience - owner guaranteed that if they fixed one thing it would take care of the problem and it didn't. Cost me hundreds more to get it fixed properly at another repair shop. Second experience (emergency breakdown in area) even worse - employee lied and treated me poorly, had to get car towed to another repair facility, cost me hundreds more for diagnostic and more towing. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So I have been going to this man for some yrs. So I take my truck to Mike yet again he tell me I need a fuel pump which will be 680bucks in total. Well he fix that only to say some other thing was going on which adds up to 1200. Get that done he tells me I need to take to a dealer ship to have looked at. Well when I got there. He didnt charge me the 1200 bc that still wasn't the problem. But he still charge me the 680 for the fuel pump so whatthe dealership said was saying was way to much, so the driver that Mike sent me with was telling him everything that they did the dealership that's a flag and it probably won't be worth fixing since Mike did all that and it still wasn't fixed. So at this point I have to purchase a new vehicle . Mike is a total scam he still had the nerves to charge me 170bucks to have my truck towed back home after yrs of going to him I can't believe he did that. And then had the nerve to call me twice for the 170 bucks after he took my 680 for nothing!! When I took my truck there fore services he said I needed a fuel pumpService: Auto engine diagnostic

Great service. Dropped our Escape off for brake service & oil change and they did excellent work. Highly recommend if you are looking for a mechanic. The guy mike is a complete scam. Honestly I think I m going to report him. From 3 different people I hear now that they went to get their brakes changed just the rotors and pads and charged them $1,300 to change them. Looked online only costs $300 for all the parts so he charged $1,000 in labor. On top of that the next day the abs light kicks on and wants to charge another $150 to fix the abs. Even though I believe he broke it.

I had my truck towed there for a $65 diagnostic. The Mechanic Mike came up with fuel pump failure.. l told him l just had the fuel pump replaced two weeks ago.. He placed the fuel pump again for $550. My truck still not fixed. Guessing Game Autp Repair Shop... Don't go here they scam people with their special rules and are very aggressive over the phone. Any place else is a better choice

I had my Serpentine belt replaced they Charged me 150 dollars. I asked Mike why 150 he said the belt was 60 dollars and the rest for Labor. When I asked him to let me think about it he said he already started working on it. Who does that? The belt cost 18 dollars from AutoZone. This place is a rip off, it was close to my house so i went there. I asked another mechanic after this service he said labor is 50 dollars to replace and the belt does not cost 60 dollars. Stay away they will take advantage. Specially MIKE i believe is he the owner. If you have less knowledge about cars DO NOT GO THERE. They start working on your cars without your authorization so your stuck with them.I didn't want to leave any additional Review since last time when the owner called me three times and try to harass me on the phone for leaving the review above. What changed my mind were the 2 disgusting Voicemails he left me on Jan 14. I saved the voicemail and passed it on to the Livonia Police Department. I could have pressed charges but i didn't. However, if he contacts me or harass me again i will go ahead with it this time.In these voicemails he said I am a low class, Trash, and was not raised as a human. He also stated that he will make me and my family pay. Then he goes on and added he will pray to God my life gets destroyed. He also made a racist comment on the second voicemail stating that people coming from Indian/Pakistani descent are damn cheap and they want everything for free.This should tell you what kind of person he is. I have warned everyone about this place. This is how the owner is running his business.Service: Engine repair

Mike is awesome! He's fixed everything from my windshield wipers to a full engine replacement of my Subaru. Extremely friendly and great service. Highly recommend. Trusted. Can fix anything. Fast service. Overnight drop off.

Mike and his employees are fairly priced, friendly, quick, and flexable. They have done service on my moms car, and she reccomended them to me. I drive a Fiat, so I often have a hard time finding a mechanic able to do the job in a timely manner, but he sticks to his word, and I had my car back the next day! I highly recommend!

I needed a brake job more than I knew on a Saturday of my wedding aniversary and it was terrible metal to metal. I called Livonia Auto Repair and they squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday and gave me a good price. It was too late to rent a vehicle so this shop saved my special day !!!!

Trustworthy place. I've been taking my 2005 Honda Civic here for years. Owner gives fair prices and he's all around a great guy to do business with. My dad and friend also use this shop.

I've been a repeat customer since they were in Westland. I have an 02 Jeep Liberty so it's always needing some kind of fix. The owner Mike is always looking out and has his customers in his best interest. They are fast, cost effective, and the best around.

I needed a engine replaced for my dodge charger . I was skeptical about doing such a big repair on my vehicle but I decided to do it. When the job was finish I must say I was pleasantly impressed .JOB WELL DONE . and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend this shop

The owner is personal. They quickly repair your vehicle. Had a radiator installed in one day. Also drained diesel from the gas tank. Cost 650 more than the dealer ; the was done in one day. I'm moonwalking.

Mike and his staff are amazing. Cheaper than what most places are, honest and gets things done in a timely manner. We have been going to Mike since 2011ish and even tho we recently moved to Dearborn, he is our go to guy!!!! I will always suggest him and his business. He really treats his customers like family!!!!

Livonia Car & Truck Repair did a GREAT job working on my Subaru. I had major work done and it took a lot less time and cost a lot less than the dealer wanted to charge. The owner/manager was a pleasure to work with and very honest. I would highly recommend this shop and would definitely take my business there in the future (though after all this work, I will hopefully not need more for a while!).

Absolutely would not recommend. I came in looking for exhaust repair, and the main guy started cussing at me when I asked questions. He then got very abusive, and started yelling and spitting at me. Yes, spitting at me and cussing. Rather than call the police, I simply left. This type of behavior and experience no one should ever have to endure. I'm not sure if it was racially motivated, but I wasn't staying around to find out. I see all these other reviews on here, and I'm like, seriously? There is nothing good about this place. This has to be the worst customer experience I have ever received from any "legitimate" business.

Took my 92 cadillac deville to this gentleman as was recommended by my sister. We asked him to look over the entire car and get it up to par to run through the winter. We were already told the alternator was bad by another mechanic and told him we needed a new one and that our turn signals weren't working.He said it would be done the next day. We didnt hear from him and had to phone him to be told he didn't get to it. Next day, we waited and waited and called him again to be told that it would be $460 to fix the signals, but claimed the alternator was fine. The alternator is what absolutely needed to be done first and foremost. This was about 2 weeks ago. Just went to start my car for a big move and the steering wheel is locked with the charge battery light on, this has to do with...the alternator! We had just purchased a brand new battery dont think the gentleman even took the time to fully look over the car cos the heating system doesnt even work correctly and had very low power steering fluid when we picked it up. The alternator isnt working and has destroyed the serpentine belt at this point. I feel he went to work on the alternator and messed with the belt as with all cadillac devilles 90's versions, the belt must be replaced when switching alternators because ir becomes ripped or stripped.Not only disappointed, but thinking of taking up litigation as he flat out lied about it being safe to drive. He did not do as we asked and give the car a complete look over. We wanted a full estimate of what it needed to last us.This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I could have been seriously harmed on the road if I was driving when this happened.He did not do what we asked. Period.

Terrible service. Asked to have my belt checked. Mentioned it could be it and IF it is the problem to replace it. I asked him to call me before he does anything. He goes ahead and replaces it then calls me and says it's installed and charges me $150, but the problem is still there. Ridiculous! Other guy that works there is a real piece of work, too. Don't go to this place. He pretends he's your friend but is a crook. Don't trust him.

Horrible. Got angry because refused service after spending $300 for previous repair. Also the owner bragged about how "honest" he was and how he loved to help people but then talked to us about other customers and their poor payment history, VERY unprofessional.
