I highly recommend!!They are very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I sent my vehicle down for one thing and they did a free inspection and I ended up getting several emergency things fixed and the vehicle now is running so much better!

My car suddenly quit. The car has low mileage and I ve never had any issues with it.Anyway the dealer couldn t even look at it for 4 or 5 days. I called Kirks and they said they d have it done in 2 days.I thought the repair was well done and at a very reasonable price. And I don t think anything was done that I didn t need.I thought Paul (whom I talked to) was thoughtful and professional.I ll recommend Kirks to my friends.

They took my car promptly at my scheduled service time, completed the work and explained every item on the billing. Paul also showed me a few things on my vehicle that I was unaware of, which were completely separate from the work performed.I highly recommend Kirk s to all of my friends, and anyone else that wants honest, knowledgeable staff, and great work done at a fair price.

Kirk s Auto Care is friendly and knowledgeable. Being a young woman who comes by herself, I always feel like I m getting a fair price and informed with the proper information. Kirk s gives you a choice on the work you want done and lets you know the severity of each problem. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Paul and his team were absolutely incredible. I can t thank them enough for getting my vehicle in. The dealership had a 3 week wait to even look at my car, no other shop would touch my car because it a Volvo but Paul and his team took my car in, looked at it in a reasonable amount of time, fixed it at a very fair price and if that wasn t enough they were above and beyond, my head liner was falling and I was having trouble fixing it so they fixed that for me! It was a pleasant surprise! I ll definitely be returning! Very happy with the service we received from Kirk s Auto. We dropped off my van after hours and before 9:30 am the following morning we had received a phone call with an estimate and then my van was done and ready for pickup before noon. They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors and also fixed a leaking tire that we mentioned and as well as flushed my power steering fluid which they recommended (but also did not push us to do, just told us it would need to be done soon). When I picked my car up, Paul was very busy manning the phones but got to me quickly and had me out the door and back in my van. in just a few minutes all while having a friendly attitude. The price also seemed reasonable as compared to other area shops that we have used. Kirk s has earned our business and we will definitely be back for any automotive needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First time taking my car to somewhere other than the dealership, and I had a great service experience! Aaron, my Service Advisor, walked me through the whole process and I ended up spending half what the dealership quoted for the same job. Plus, they stand behind their work with an unheard of 3 year warranty! Do yourself a favor and give them a call next time you need something done to your car!

Awesome experience, great customer service from Paul. These guys, hands down, are the best in the area. My family and I always have excellent experiences and leave feeling confident. The last time my wife's car broke done they gave here a loaner until we could get everything squared away. I'd highly recommend this shop.

Awesome customer service and great mechanics. Really got that local, small business feeling when I walked in. They fixed my sunroof, brakes and a few other miscellaneous problems, which have been working great since, in a single day. Chris was super polite, friendly, and walked me through every step of the way and contacted me personally. Will definitely be back if I get car troubles in the future.EDIT: I forgot to mention that when I had to drop off my car they paid for an Uber to take me home!

Took my Cruz in for repair last week. There was an issue with my stabilizers and parts were ordered. There were several delays in the shipping, but i was kept in contact daily about the status.Once the part was delivered, the repair was done very quickly and i was able to pick my car up right away.Jeff and Paul were very professional and friendly.

Always a great experience! They are pleasant and honest and, as a woman, I feel I can trust what they tell me, which is a big deal. They are also never condescending when speaking to me, which I highly appreciate. I had my oil changed with them recently and when I said I would be waiting they pulled my car right into a bay and got me out of there in about a half an hour. My fianc� has also gotten a loaner car from them before and had a great experience.

I recently went to Kirk's for the first time. They changed my oil and things went smoothly as expected. Upon finishing, I was notified that my front struts needed replacing sooner rather than later. So, I asked them if they had the parts to do it and they said yes. I asked if it could be done in a single day if I come in the following Thursday or Friday. They said yes. So, I showed up the following Friday at 8am and had my ride follow me to take me back home...only to find out that they didn't have the parts on site so they couldn't do it that day. Naturally, I was frustrated because it took some work for me to set up a ride and get the time off to have this done. The guy at the desk eventually apologized before I left, but I felt a bit undervalued as a customer nonetheless. I have a wife, a two year-old, and a two-month old (both kids were sick with the flu at the time too). I'm in grad school for anesthesia, not allowed to work or get paid during the three-year program, and I am required to required to drive all over the metro area to work long hours in the operating room. I don't get free days. No complaints about it, as all this is my responsibility and choice. However, I'm clearly a busy guy and I value my time and resources. All things considered, I scheduled to have my struts done the next week with them, as the original guy (on my oil change day) who helped me, gave me great customer service (aside from whatever miscommunication that followed). Everyone makes mistakes, right? So I had them change my struts the following week. Turns out they fixed my struts in a timely manner, with no upselling at the counter. I'm still rating 5 stars, because in the end things worked out well and I truly appreciate the $20 off on the bill for leaving a Google review. I think Kirk's is going to be my new place for auto needs. I highly value integrity and honesty and so far, while not perfect, these guys give me good vibes.My takeaway: Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but Kirk's genuinely seems like a good auto repair place and I plan to give them my business in the future.

We have been using Kirks Auto Care for years and have been pleased with their work and prices.We have used them to repair several of our cars and have never had an issue with the worked they performed.Recently we took one of our vehicles in for brake work. Despite having a lot full of cars they fit us in and got the job done. In addition, they honored a military discount coupon, even though I did not present it when I brought in the car.Service: Brakes

I moved to this area in May of 2019. Kirks was recommended to me by a friend for some car troubles I had been experiencing. EVERY time i have gone to Kirks for service, it has been EXCEPTIONAL. In a day and time when everything is moving so fast-they slow it down for you, they explain things clearly...there is never an 'UP CHARGE' for something you didnt expect, they go the extra mile for you and their prices for any repair work i have had done has been the BEST DEAL AROUND!! Paul is excellent at keeping things simple when you are stressed about your car repairs etc and i cant thank the crew at Kirks enough for always taking good care of me!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair

I use Kirk's for all my auto repair needs. I have been using their services since 2015 and have never been disappointed. They are professional, thorough, courteous and friendly. Another excellent experience at Kirk s Auto Care. They diagnosed and repaired my brakes in less than a day with no appointment. The service was excellent, and everyone I spoke to was kind and respectful (shoutout to Paul and Justin). On top of that, they gave me two discounts (make sure you check the whiteboard in their office for deals!). I'd like to start by saying, Jaclyn (the receptionist) was absolutely wonderful!! She was kind, understanding, patient and kept me informed the whole time my vehicle was in the shop!! These guys not only care about what they're doing but more importantly they care about their customers! They went above and beyond to help me get the best price to fix my vehicle! The mechanic that work on my vehicle even took the time to help me understand what was going on as well as give me other possible options that may of meant me having to fix the issue myself! The fact that they are willing to do that just proves they are more committed to the customers best interests. That meant a lot to me because not a lot of auto repair companies would do that for their customers!! I will definitely use them again in the future!
