Been here a couple times over the last two years. They've consistently gotten the job done and I have had no complaints. Replaced a fuel line on 2010 Car and general maintenance items.

When I first arrived, Ron seemed to be very friendly but that changed. First Ron assisted me in having the AC Compressor installed by his team. The AC Compressor broke causing my belt to come off losing power steering and overheating. Ron ordered another ac compressor and had his team install it on my Jeep. I asked Ron was the part brand new because I couldn t understand how it broke so easily. He assured me that it was a new part in which I had no reason not to trust Ron at this time. I noticed on my receipt that it stated the part was REMANUFACTURED and not a new part. Ron claimed that they can only get the remanufactured part and not a new one. When I confronted Ron about this dreadful lie he insisted that the part was a brand-new. I informed him what a remanufactured part is since he seemed to not understand that he did not install a new part. He also had his team install brake pads and rotors. Ron claims the pads were correct and only the rotors were wrong. My question is why his team is installing parts opposite of what he told me to my face he would be installing. Poor communication between the employees and Ron apparently. So I drive off the lot and I notice that the rotors seem to be warped VERY BAD. Why did they not test the breaks before allowing me to drive off the lot? Doesn't make any sense. That's when I came in the following day and Ron had the proper rotors installed. He claims he didn't need to replace the pads because they were the correct ones. Which didn't make sense because I could've sworn those pads came in the same box as the warped rotors, but who knows. Ron also was in the process of fixing my rear taillight. He ordered a used one and offered to give it to me and install it for about $75 dollars if I'm not mistaken. Ron was nice enough to hold it at the shop until I could afford to pay for it over the next couple weeks. But given the other delays with the vehicle parts and having to come back and forth to the shop multiple days I couldn t work and acquire the funds for the light. Ron also had his team install a new wiring harness. The person who installed it didn't check that the latch was CLAMPED on to the harness so after driving for while my headlight went out again. I checked under the hood and noticed the clamp/harness was disconnected from the bulb. I tried to reconnect it, but it wouldn't clamp properly. I gave it a little more force and the clamp ended up breaking very easily. Another cheap part, figures. I've never broken a headlight harness clamp in over 13 years of driving and changing my own bulbs. The last time I was at the shop speaking with Ron expressing my troubled situation about everything and how I believed that he should replace the light harness because the clamp would've never snapped if his team installed it properly to begin with. Instead of just replacing the part free of charge Ron tried to charge me an additional $35 dollars to install a new one. I was not accepting of that offer at first. Ron then tries to show me that the harness will stay connected with friction by replacing the bulb and that they shouldn't slip off while driving. I was not happy with this because I paid full price to have it installed correctly by "professionals" in which that did not happen. Ron cuts me off mid-sentence as I m speaking to him about my troubles with his shop then begins to change the subject and walks over to open the chain gate. I'm confused because I thought he was trying to show me something on my jeep, but he was opening the gate so he could pull my jeep out so that I could leave. HOW RUDE!!! It's been months now since this all happened so my story is a little all over the place, my apologies for that. Ron never responded to my final email from Sept 14th, 2023. He was responding and very friendly until I started to speak up about the MULTIPLE ERROR's happening at his shop. **I couldn't explain the full situation because google doesn't allow for it.

On Thursday, June 30th at 3:33pm, I made an Appointment for the next day at noon for 2 new tires with Ron. When I arrived he told me I didn t. Which was an audacious lie. Through these reviews it can be seen this is a chronic habit of his. If you lie about that, what else are you going to lie about after touching my car?I found someone down the road who could do the same job at a better price and faster. When I told Ron, he tried to claim corporate would be unreachable for 4 days before I could request a refund. Which was also a lie (unsurprised), I was able to immediately receive full refund. I will warn all of my friends and family to avoid Ron at Goodyear Tire. Now, I am very satisfied with the friendly, honest, fast, and affordable service I received elsewhere.

The Goodyear location in Livonia, MI saved my family's holiday trip! They were able to complete my entire online order in 1 day. It normally takes 1 week. The store manager, Earl Sides, called me personally to confirm my order details. When I asked if he could pull off a holiday miracle so we would not have to cancel our holiday trip, he said no problem. Bring in your truck asap. I took my truck in at lunch time. They took care of everything before they closed that day. The assistant service manager, DJ Guth, finished my order with the same pleasant attitude and professionalism as the store manager. The whole team went over and beyond. My family and I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service.

Pulled into the parking lot and saw they had a combat wounded reserved parking spot which is extremely rare in Michigan. I stopped in for a tire repair and was greeted by Jeff at the front desk. This guy is probably the most friendly person I have ever talked to. Not just to me but the other 3 customers I heard him speaking with as well. I didn t have an appointment but he checked the schedule and with the service manager and they were able to squeeze me in. The service manager came out to inform me that I had a screw in my tire and said it was repairable. When the service was done the service manager came out and thanked me for my service. The three employees I had conversations with were all really nice and easy to deal with. I would suggest making an appointment so they can get you in and out of there faster. The waiting room was nice and they had a TV in there so I was content with the small amount of time I did wait. They must have hired new people in here because the negative reviews I just read before posting this don t match up to the employees that helped me. I don t need new tires now but when I do I know where I ll be going. Thanks again for the repair and the kind words.

If you ever need to buy tires, this is the place to go. I'm an old geezer so I'm surprised I did this online . I ordered tires online and paid for them online and made an appointment for 1:00 p.m.. I had four tires put on my vehicle. DJ, the store manager was working alone and on his lunch break when I arrived. I felt bad because I was early. Well DJ was the most courteous and well-mannered person I ever worked with. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Well people started coming in and he was still alone. His coworkers were still at lunch. And this guy handled everybody with nothing but the best attitude you could wish for. He told me that Wednesdays were kind of slow, well it started picking up after lunch and people we're coming in pretty much one after another. And he treated EVERY person with the most laid-back and nice attitude you could hope for. You could not ask for a better visit. I highly recommend going to Goodyear off of Middlebelt next to Menards and buy a tire or tires when you need. I wish all customer service people were as kind and easy going as DJ was. I think this young man really needs to be recognized by Goodyear for the service he is giving people. It's hard to find good service nowadays. DJ reminded me that there is good people out there that really want to help somebody still. I give Goodyear, off of Middlebelt five stars. All the way around. Thank you DJ for your great help. My SUV drives like a new vehicle...I really give these guys credit for an outstanding visit! I don't know the other guy's name that was helping DJ but thankyou to you also if you happen across this note. More like a BOOK huh? OK I'm done. Have a great day. Go buy a tire. What the hay!!!!!!!! Big flat screenTV, free coffee and tea if that's your jam? Nice big waiting room. Kick your feet up. Sit awhile. Your car comes out looking awesome with the new rubber. Can't go wrong with this place....ask for DJ.....

I will be coming back for any and all of my car needs in the future. Jeff was one of the kindest most helpful people I ve ever met. I kept getting quoted close to $1K for a set of new tires and he got me the exact same ones for a GREAT deal. I called Friday evening and they were ordered and on my car Saturday afternoon! Waiting area is clean and the rest of the staff made nice conversation with me as well. Overall great atmosphere and service

Goodyear has a 3-year wheel alignment special you guys need to check into it

The store manager did me a real solid. I came in for a wheel balance as my vehicle was shaking while driving on I-96. They completed the wheel balancing service but the manager didn't charge me because they were not certain the balancing was going to remedy the problem. They were kind to tell me that two of my tires were feathering and would need to be replaced soon. There was no pressure to buy tires on the spot either. I recommened this shop based on the store manager's honesty.

I delivered for these people they did not tip and they expected me to do extra work for them. I am not employee for them or DoorDash. Why are you expecting me to do extra labor for free will never recommend this company ever and they re going to try and rip off independent contractors.

This is a great place to do business. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them for about four years, and each experience is a great one. Earl, one of the front counter employees and is a great guy to do business with. Always very polite, personable, knowledgeable, and is up front and honest about what to expect. I've been to other Good year stores, but the great customer service with Earl is worth the extra driving distance.

Talk about great service! Had a bolt stuck in my tire, came in and Dominic and his team did a great job and even picked me up when my truck was done. If you're looking for great service at reasonable prices, this is the place to go.

This store is awesome. Earl the manager treats you with courtesy and friendliness. Their prices are on par with other repair facilities and they don't try to hustle you to have things done to your vehicle it doesn't need. This is a new store and it is clean and inviting. There is coffee and cable TV in the waiting room. I won't go anywhere else

Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for tire repair, (had a flat tire the night prior) they tried very hard to repair it with a patch but whatever puncture the tire made the hole too big to repair it. So I had to buy a new tire, and they gave me a good deal on it. Staff and repair personnel was very friendly and courteous, waiting room is very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for any repairs on your vehicles. Keep up the good work guys!

I haven't purchased tires from here so I can't speak to their quality of being tire salesmen. However I did go here for an oil change. I normally go to the Goodyear Auto Service center in Plymouth, MI on Main Street which is what I recommend you do if you want good service. My experience here was poor from the begging to the end. After the oil change I received my car back with a big oily hand print on the back door. I let the salesmen know I was upset so their service person came out with a dirty shop rag and "cleaned " it. Rather he just rubbed the oil around leaving a mess. I called to speak to the manager Earl from which I just asked that they pay for a car wash which is $3 just around the corner. He said the only way they would fix the problem is if I dropped my car off for the day to have the outside detailed. The only option given by him was to inconvenience me as much as possible.IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.IF YOU WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GO TO THE GOODYEAR IN PLYMOUTH, MI ON MAIN ST!

Good Year is AWESOME AND HONEST ! I took my car here to get breaks because belle tire in Livonia on middle belt and 7 mile told me I needed back breaks and rotors back in Sept. so I decided to wait because at the time I was getting other work done from them so I didn't have the extra $385.00 that day. Come to find out on 12/1/2020 when I took my car in to good year since there price was a BETTER price. I was there for about 1 hour and they asked me who told me I needed breaks and rotors because they said I didn't need them at all they said I can go another 25,000 miles. I really appreciate there honesty because they could of just taken my money since I told them Belle Tire inform me what I needed. So sad everyone CAN'T be trusted these days but moving forward I will make sure Good year gets my business and I will most definitely refer them to other people. I been doing business with Belle tire for SO MANY YEARS I'm wondering if everything was true that I needed SMDH........... That's why I called corporate and things are being handle. I would like to Thank Earl and Troy for being the honest person they are Thanks again Good Year!!

We asked them to do oil change and tire rotation only. Around noon time, the service manage Tamara said we need to change the brake rotor/pad with 3mm thick and also the air filter was really dirty. We came back to the store and saw the air filter and the brake pads/rotor and agreed to do that. 5:17pm same day, Tamara said her printer didn't work and she asked to send me a soft copy, we thought things happen sometimes and agreed. She did send to me. But when I got in the car my son and I got ear hurt with the noise which was never there before their service. Then we came back to the store Monday morning, dropped the car key to the store manager Earl Sides asking them if they installed the air filter correctly or any other reason that could cause the noise. In the afternoon, he said they didn't find the noise. I drove back to home and the low frequency noise was with me again and made my ears painful. So I was trying to see what else could cause the noise and thought of the oil quality. Then I tried to take a look what kind of oil they were using for me. I found the soft copy from Tamara, it says the oil cost me $54.95 which was the most expensive oil in that store. Then I noticed something new to me: transmission fluid exchange and fuel system cleaning which cost me $239.95. OMG, they never told me they would do that to me and I didn't ask them to do that either. I WAS CHEATED BY TAMARA WHO SAID HER PRINTER DIDN'T WORK.Tuesday morning, I came to the store again, and asked the store manager to print out the receipt. He said his printer still not working. He needed to write down for his customers, so I asked him to do the handwriting for me, he refused. I knew something must be very wrong. I thought of the folder that my car key was put into on Monday. I asked him to show me the folder because all the paperwork should be there, the store manager was nervous enough and he put the folder in his arm saying 'this is mine'. I asked him if he trusts in Jesus, he yelled at me saying his beliefs is nothing with his business. So I asked if he wanna me call 911, then he threw that folder to me. I TOOK pictures because it says 9/17/2016. He has the hard copies but lie. One more thing, there was another lady in the store when the story happened. Then I had the technician in my car and he heard the noise; then I had the store manager in my car and he heard the noise again. I said it could be because of the oil quality. Later the store manager agreed to change the oil and see if they could fix the noise. Same day, he called me saying he sent my car to his associate and they couldn't hear the noise. Then I had to leave the car in his store because I couldn't drive a car which makes my ears painful.Saturday morning, I went to the store again. He said there's no that kind of noise after he changed the oil for me. Then I asked him about the transmission fluid and fuel system cost, he agreed to get me refund. I checked my car, it's no that annoying noise any more. I was planning to sue them if not refund but still want to and would be able to do that recently because of their dishonest. To conclude: 1) the $54.95 oil from the first time couldn't be the real $54.95 one but could be less expensive one. Or the oil quality is really poor for this kind of brand. 2) Not honest at all but with cheat in the whole service. 3) poor attitude from the service manager and store manager. So if you don't wanna get these poor serviceand save your time and money, get away from this store. I won't recommend this place.

Horrible experience, I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 1 hour just for them to tell me my oil level prevents them from doing an oil change because it's against company policy. Really that took an hour? We drove over an hour to get there least they could do is when I made my appointment tell me if my oil level isn't topped up they won't help. Just ridiculous I went down the street and they guy did the oil change no problems said oil level was fine.

Got an online appointment and had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change. Later the lady at the counter told me, online appointments are not aligned with the actual appointment scheduling person at the store and I have to call before I go there. Really? What's the point of making an appointment then? She further continued and told me the wait time is actually 3 hours, and if I had called they would have told me that. Come on guys, 3 hours for a simple oil change? And this is not the first time. I had the wheel alignment done here a while ago and they had broken a lug nut somehow taking the wheel off. I had to pay $100 for the damage which was because of their fault.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. "AVOID THIS STORE"!!

I really want to give them 5 Stars because some of the employees here are awesome but there also are several who should not be allowed to serve customers. Two of my experiences have been great with employees that went above and beyond expectations. The two other times I have had to deal with rude and unhelpful individuals. Another reason for only 4 stars is each time I have left my tires in both vehicles have been over inflated and they do not torque lug nuts to the correct specification. They over tighten them which could be an issue if you are on the side of the road with a flat tire. I personally just adjust the air pressures and loosen and re-torque the lug nuts to the OEM specification once I am home.

I had a flat....and was turned away at another place on a Sunday. I called Goodyear to see if they were open, and I had a new tire in less than an half an hour. The management was great...and no hard sells. I went back for the alignment deal (especially because of MI potholes) went back for 2 more new tires and another one was patched that had a slow leak. Again, no hard sells....which makes me want to keep giving them my business.

Absolutely terrible service. I had an appointment for 8am to have new tires mounted. I was the only customer there, my vehicle wasn t in the bay until 9:15. They didn t complete the job until 10:30. Took 3 workers 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. Along with scratching the paint off my wheels. Then you get the bill and that was absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back there. I plan on calling the corporate office

Made an appointment for a nail in the tire for 10 am. Short story, here I am In the store at 2pm and still have not touched the car. Maybe because it s sunday or they are understaff but not impressed. Was told one more in front of me. Not okay.I began to read the reviews while I was waiting, there must be a bias or something. As what I am experiencing is something totally different than what the reviews say.A gentleman in front was checking out so I asked him how long did he wait he said 20 minutes. I asked the rude Goodyear employee, cody, why he said the tire was not on the vehicle . If that was the 4 hour deciding factor I would have taken the tire off. Yet back to why make an appointment???I asked why make an appointment when walk in is served first. His rude response I work up here they work back there . He told me that online you are advised up to four hours . I made another appointment to verify he lied, he did, it says two.I personally will Never be back. Maybe if repair of tires are so difficult and time consuming this Goodyear location needs to have staff capable of serving tires.I really hope other don t have the experience I just had.

Called me 15 minutes before my appointment to say the mechanic is so busy today. As I didn't answer the phone while driving to hear that I may need to reschedule. However, they managed to assess my concerns at the end. They recommended that I need to change the struts and the knot and other things *~2000$) went to another place and we found I need to change different things ( ~700$).Do not know who is saying the truth but the sounds just disappeared.

First time customer, dropped my car off to have a flat tire fixed and it was fixed within 30 minutes. They also advised on other issues with my car but did not pressure me into a sale. Overall it was a great experience and i couldn't have asked for better service.

Just went in to get a new tire. Told them I needed a new tire and a tire rotation. They said it was a 2 hour wait. I said I understood. 2 hours later they said they didn't have the tire and I had to come back in a couple of days. I am really mad that I had to wait hours to be told they couldn't help me. When I checked in they knew what car I had, what tire needed to be replaced and could have looked it up instead of wasting my time. Will never come back here. Edit to add- just went to a competitor- they actually looked at my car to let me know they had to order the tire instead of making me wait 2 hours to tell me! Goodyear just lost a 20+ year customer.
