One pane of mom's patio door was breached by water and cloudy, she was unable to sit and look out at her backyard which she loves to do! We worked with Glass Doctor from another state and they never failed to communicate every time they said they would! They were very respectful and friendly at install and made mom feel right at ease! She absolutely loves her pretty new window! Thanks for everything!

Glass Doctor on 8 mile is outstanding!!I highly recommend Glass Doctor in Livonia on 8 Mile Road.After a rock struck my windshield on my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, I visited their shop for an evaluation. This decision proved to be excellent.The staff displayed profound knowledge regarding the distinction between windshield replacement and repair. They were notably honest, offering both options in my case. They efficiently assisted in getting my insurance claim approved for windshield replacement, which I had wanted but was unsure about the cost.Impressively, they were well-versed in recalibrating my advanced collision detection system on my new Bronco, with the necessary equipment and on-site staff. These professionals are local and part of our community. They managed to complete everything without glass backorders or excessive wait times. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day, at my convenience, and they completed the job on time, directly billing Progressive, who recognizes them as a preferred supplier.

The crew was very professional and work done was superior. They even too care of a spot that was left unattended by the window cleaning service just couple of weeks before. There was a paint spot on the window high up where we could not have reached and the person who came to give me the quote assured me that they will scrape it off when they come to install the new window. That was great that I did not have to call the window people again

We called other places and they said about 3 months out to replace our door walls. Glass Doctor came out the same week I called for an estimate and within 2 weeks replaced both glass doors. They are way more reasonable than other companies. Very professional and prompt service. Thanks Glass Doctor!

Had the mobile repair service replace my windshield as part of a State Farm claim. Good communication and results. Several other companies in the area, which I had tried before glass doctor did not have a good experience with. I would definitely use glass doc again in the future.

Walked in to potentially get an estimate on a broken car window. The building was dark and dingy. I stood at the reception desk for about two minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. The receptionist was on a customer call but looked at me then turned back around without acknowledging me. So I turned around and walked out. There bad customer service cost them a potential customer on any future glass services I may need.

Good overall service. Two windshield replacements on separate vehicles both replaced in about 3 hours. They have a small lobby with coffee if you prefer to wait for repair

SCAM SCAM SCAM. BE SURE TO READ.Booked a mobile windshieldreplacement appointment for 4/6. Confirmed morning of at 8amAppointment was canceled due to someone calling off around 8:40amTook time off work to bring it to their onsite location around 11am and was promised same day install.I get a call back stating this would need a $900 seal on top of the windshield price and if I wanted my keys back I would have to make it back by 4:30pm.. meaning another hour off of work due to their errors.I have confirmed there is not a $900 metal seal that needs to be replaced with many sources. If you can not provide the part number to this so called "metal seal" I will be lowering this review to a 1 star.With that said the windshield has now been replaced by clear view auto glass without any extra $900 seal.Don't be fooled by the typical reply of how long they have been in business.

We had 2 windows that had moisture between the glass. We called and got a quote and came out and fixed the windows. They were seriously only here for around 10 minutes. It was like magic how fast they fixed it. They were on time, didn t make any mess and were reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 for service, price, and turn around time.

Only needed 3 windows and screens replaced. The technician measured, came back and installed when the glass was ready.I am very pleased with the work and the technician was polite and efficient.I can see clearly now .

Excellent experience with these guys. Called this morning for a windshield replacement on my Wrangler. From the phone call in for a price and appointment, to the install. 5 star all the way. They did a house call same day. Talked to Mark at the shop and got pricing and appt. set. He was awesome. And the install that came to house was fast, professional, friendly, and did a clean job. Will give them a call again. Great job guys!!!!

Had my windshield replaced. Everyone was very nice and the installer did a good job on the actual windshield, but scratched up my truck pretty bad. I did call them out on it, they offered to look at it, but I knew they Ultimately would not pay to have both of my fenders wet sanded. I have professional quality buffers and products. They wouldn't touch these scratches. Be careful.Funny part is the installer made a comment on how nice my truck was and you don't see them like this anymore.Service: Glass installation

I received nothing but great customer service with my recent windshield replacement. The technician came out to my office and installed my new windshield in about a half hour for about $100 cheaper than any competitor price I could find. When I discovered a defect in the piece of glass a couple of weeks later (not the fault of Glass Doctor - just a manufacturing defect), these guys replaced the windshield again for no charge without any questions asked. During the second install, an accident occurred where a small part of the interior of my car was damaged, and everything was quickly repaired, good as new. These guys really stand behind their work and their technicians, and they gave me such a great level of service throughout this process. I really appreciate their commitment to making every customer happy (even if that means putting in a little extra work for free), and I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor to anyone who needs a windshield repair or replacement.

I needed a replacement glass coffee table made to order. The price was very good, the service was quick, and the order was delivered in perfect condition, and I was helped with putting the table top on the pedestal.I would recommend this company highly, and would be sure to use them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEA representative from The Glass Doctor came to my house to give me an estimate for a glass shower door. While there, he damaged two walls and chipped the woodwork with a tool. Owner Ron agreed to repair damage. After months of stalling and no follow-up by Ron, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. The Glass Doctor did not even respond to the Better Business Bureau s attempts. The Owner does not stand by his word and demonstrated very poor business ethics.

Great service. Had to get a new windshield for my car. Called on a Wednesday and had it installed by Saturday. Install only took about a 1/2 hour in my driveway. Very competitive prices. Thanks!

I called on a Friday 5 minutes before closing; the man who answered was very polite, didn't try to hurry me off the phone. They had to order the windshield but they fit me in first thing Monday morning. Great service!
