Will is an excellent Manager! He was honest, about my tire that had a plug already and another flat. He ordered my tires and I was very happy he called when they came in and told me I d be next in line, when I arrive, even when there were 3 other customers waiting. I only waited about an hour. Very pleased

I paid for a service and it was done incorrectly. Your employee put in an oil change for 2.0 engine when mine is 1.5 engine causing an over fill of oil. Since then my oil light has been coming on. I called the place where I originally received my oil change. And they said bring it back so they can correct it. However, I was visiting from another state. I was told I could take it to my near FIRESTONE, which I did since I happen to be visiting family in Michigan. I visited a location Livonia, MI. Located at: Firestone Complete Auto Care,29200 Plymouth Rd, Livonia, MI 48150 who told me they would correct the issue. Even redo the oil change since it was done incorrectly. However, after 5-8 minutes they returned my keys to saying it s not that bad. The other location put in oil for a 2.0 engine and I have a 1.5 engine; so it s just a little overfilled. I didn t pay for a little overfilled. I paid for the correct amount. And I would like the job to be performed correctly like I originally

Everyone was extremely nice and worked as quick as they could. I unfortunately went on a Sunday and they're the only ones open on Sundays so it took a lot longer to get 2 tires changed. I would definitely recommend getting a couple more people in there on Sundays specifically. But overall it was good. No complaints other than needing more mechanics. It was a crazy pants Sunday and there were only 2 mechanics working, that's a lot of work for just two people. Every bay was filled and the parking lot was full of others needing work as well.

First time here, I had to go over to this place foe Oil change. I called them before I went there and I asked how long its going to take? They saod between hour and hour and a half. It took them 6 hours for a damn oil change. This is the mess the mafe in the car.

This place is the absolute worst. I took my vehicle in for a simple set of new tires. My car drove perfectly before I took it there. It drove straight as an arrow. After they installed the new tires I paid and left. As soon as I stared driving away I immediately noticed the car was pulling very hard to the left. And I mean hard. I took it right back and they said I need an alignment. I reluctantly agreed and let them do an alignment and the car was worse. Now they tried telling me I had bent parts in my steering and they would have to replace them. I said your not touching my car any further and I refused to pay for the alignment. I am the only driver of my car and it has 45000 pampered miles on it. I am 100% positive I never hit anything that would bend parts and again it was perfect before taking it here. These guys are absolute scammers and have no idea what they are doing. There is no doughty in my mind they did something to my car to make the alignment go out and get extra money out of me. Also this place is so dirty and run down inside and out. You can tell they don't take any pride in what they are doing

By any means necessary DO NOT go here! My experience with them is one for the books. I told them from jump i needed an alternator. Why did they test my battery for two days? Even after telling them I just got the battery replaced. It was no need to keep testing it. Long story short they were cussed out so badly when it came to getting the quote for the alternator I was literally told it would cost 830 dollars . Pure clowns that work at this so called expert auto repair shop. I will be calling corporate and making a formal complaint. Wasted three days of my time trying to scam me. Best believe if any damages have been done because of butt hurt feelings legal action is just a phone call away. Stop playing in peoples faces! It s hard enough out here and yall trying too really scam people. God Bless them though!

My son went in for a simple tire patch, and they started work on a full service (whatever that means) and began to prep for a new tire, no one ever advised of the work just began working my son told them no thanks and had to practically beg for his tire back. Shame on you!! You never get ahead scamming people. It s unfortunate Discount Tire where normally patronized is closed on Sundays. Do better Firestone you will never EVER get our business!!!!

They scratched my whole rim and tried to say that it was glue and soap. After refusing to leave before making sure it wasnt glue nor soap, they finally agreed that it was scratched up. Said to come another day to fix it. I explained i needed it documented for my records, store manager refused and said i could call the cops if i wanted. I had to call corporate. After it escalated, store.manager gave me a business card saying they scratched my rims and they would paint it. Customer service isnt hard. We dont need to go through all this just to end up with the same results. Corporate needs to focus on training staff. I paid money to get a clean service and ended up leaving with a ruined rim that even if repaimted would not be the same. Not a good experience. Stay away!

On 10/20/2022, I took my truck into the Firestone service center on Plymouth and Middlebelt because my engine light was on. They diagnosed the situation and repaired my truck. I like for my appointments to be early, so I could sit and wait on my vehicle to be repaired so I don't have to trouble anyone to pick me up and bring me back, so I just sit and read a book. The service men here are polite, and they give you great quality service on your vehicle. I've been coming to this repair shop for years, because I love the service they provide. The price's for the repairs are kind of expensive, but sometimes quality care can get expensive. I highly recommend Firestone complete auto care for all your vehicles Maintenance needs. Might I suggest that firestone start providing a transportation service for their customers to get back home while getting their cars repaired, especially when its a 4-5 hour wait like mines usually be. Also, they should consider giving their customers a courtesy $20 gas card when their bills are over $500. My bill was $604.59 to be exact, so I asked if they provided a gas card for bills over $500, and the service man smiled and said no, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Do not ever take your vehicle here for any type of service. They are completely incompetent. Unprofessional. Understaffed of coarse. And waaaay overpriced. I needed a catalytic converter and exhaust and they quoted me $5250 dollars!!!! Are you joking????

Call before I came said I needed to tires. The wait was going to be an hr. Get here 20 mins later the wait is now a hr and 30 mins 3 hrs later still waiting. Now looking at my paperwork when it printed off at 1:15 pm it said that it will be done at 5pm, but the sale person fail to mention that to me. If you plan on coming here I just expect a 3hr wait at most.

The worst experience I have had at a firestone. I am a Bridgestone Americas employee and the guy at the front wouldn't let me use my discount because I was from out of state. I traveled to see my family for the holidays and unfortunately had to get tires. The guy was rude and didn't follow the process at all. I don't recommend going here at all

Reggie was very professional and efficient in detail about my vehicle. Firestone Complete Auto was very fast and gave outstanding customer service in getting my vehicle back on the road. I will definitely highly recommend . My vehicle was delivered on Wednesday, and I was back on the road the next day. Firestone replaced my brake boaster.

Not a reputable place to take your vehicle. Had it in for oil change said needed left front bearing and front tie rods. Took it to another place for 2nd opinion only needed front rotors and pads $400 verses what we were told by Firestone $1,300 for all the repairs that were not needed!Don't take cars there.

NEVER AGAIN! I took my vehicle in for a simple tire rotation which took them six hours despite me having a 9 AM appointment. When I picked my vehicle up I drove approximately 3 miles and stopped at the gas station when I went to start my vehicle I had no power. Then I popped the hood I noticed someone had tampered with the negative terminal on my battery lossening it. When I called and talked to the manager he flat out told me they would not have done that and when I told him I would like to speak with the person that worked on my vehicle he accuse me of being threatening instead of resolving the issue then he hung up on me. In my opinion this is bad business. This is three times now I've had problems with them the first two were simple, they did not rotate in the spare on my Jeep which I had asked. It's my belief They had notes of this and in my opinion they were being vindictive and purposely did that to my battery. If you look at the picture below you can clearly see someone messed with that terminal, the entire engine is dirty from salt except that negative terminal. This is lousy business and if I were in the corporate office I'll fire stone I would fire that manager and the employee the tampered with my battery. People like this make it hard to trust a mechanic.

Man, do I regret it coming to this..... On Thursday, August 17 2023 I took my 2009 JEEP LIBERTY to this location to get two tires on the passenger side of my car and an oil change. After an hour the guy who was working the desk came out to tell me they broke a lug stud taking the nut off with an impact and asked if I wanted him to continue. He then came out to tell me they broke another which is where I asked them to stop and just do the FRONT tire. About 30 minutes later he said he had priced out repairs for the part of my car THEY BROKE and it was almost $300. I called corporate immediately and made a complaint. After waiting about 2 and a half hours they finished my car and it turns out they put the new tire on my driver side rear, even though I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM NOT TO ROTATE THEM. So I left with broken studs and no new tires on the passenger side like I paid for. I havent heard anything back from anyone regarding my broken vehicle, or any kind of compensation to make up for the complete lack of customer service, professionalism and consideration for their customers safety and time. I took my car in for an alignment, and after 2 hours I got the car back with all the dashboard lights on. I was then told that in order to get rid of these lights it would be an extra charge and would take even more time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I completely felt like I was taken advantage of. I took my vehicle in because I was concerned about a noise it was making, they ended charging me $600. I was waiting there all day. They said they were going to do an entire diagnostic to see what was wrong. The thing is that even when it was 'fixed' I STILL heard the noise. I went back and they said I had to schedule an appointment. I really had to get it fixed because this is my vehicle I use everyday. So, I contacted a local mechanic. He ended up finding out more stuff that needed to get repaired. I was completely unaware of this because obviously I don't know much about cars. But, that just means I paid $600 for NOTHINGG. I'm so upset it had to be like that.

I am only coming on The Firestorm on Plymouth and Middlebelt. Again! I am only given a survey and comments for The Firestone at the corner of Plymouth and Middlebelt. The guy in there by the name of Mr Reginald Sharp has the utmost customer service I've ever seen. This man know the business, this man is on his job he get your car right back there to get service, he knows how to talk to you he just give a great customer service across the board black and white. The only thing I noticed about this Firestone on Plymouth and Middlebelt, they never have any Refreshments or coffee brewing while customers wait. That's the only negative thing I can say about this Firestone. I if customers are going to come and patronize your business the least you can do is have Donuts or coffee to accommodate them while they wait. Other than that my car was clean, no grease things or none of that on the inside of my car, and Mr Sharp is an all-around Good Guy full of customer experience

I've been a Firestone fan for years, and grew up a mile from this location. Sadly, can never go back to this location again. While the majority of my experience was positive, the positive was negated by the fact that when I picked up my car, a handful of change in my cupholder was missing. No, a few bucks in change is not putting me in poverty, but the principle of the matter ...

I went in for an oil change, during the inspection a leak was found in one of my tires due to a nail, I told them I d have my dad deal with it. Stevie filled the ONE tire up to 50 psi! My tired recommend 32! I m lucky it didnt explode on my way home! I will NOT be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very unprofessional. Just had a front end alignment done here recently after having new parts put on, the tech sped off through the parking lot reving my truck up while doing the "test drive".. weird when most shops tell me they dont test drive after an alignment as there isnt a need to as it is done by the machine to specifications. These people just felt like hot rodding my truck. They offered nothing but "sorry" after seeing the tech driving what seemed to be over 30mph in a parking lot in my truck. This shop is another joke.

Will NOT go there again. They replaced my starter and when I picked my vehicle up my engine light was on (was NOT on when brought to them). Found out it was my knock sensor. Was told I needed to have it scanned by them and be charged $113. Took it somewhere else only to find out that the knock sensor was broke, more than likely done while putting starter in. Took it to the Allen Park store and was told I needed to pay $113 for it to scanned and that they didn't want to fix someone else's (affiliated store) mistake. And that I would have to pay for it to be replaced. So, now my car is at a different shop (NOT Firestone) being repaired.The prices at Firestone are ridiculous. I was charged $650.58 for a remanufactured starter. Belle Tire would of charged me have of that. Only reason I didn't go to Belle Tire was that I broke down at my job in Livonia.

Had an 8am appointment on Saturday for brakes & tires. Slow, slow, slow. And did I mention SLOW? Then they still didn't get started before they closed. So they kept car til Tuesday because Monday was holiday (Memorial day).

First time I've been in Firestone in many years I had a flat tire in 20 minutes it was completely finished and back in my car. A very big thank you to the person at the service desk helped me and all the work himself.

They gave me a price. I had to give them deposit to order the parts. After I did that the bill went up 30%. I canceled the work got my deposit back. Never really could speak to a manager they were never available. I don't know who owns this business? But you may want to open your eyes before it's too late.
