Hi.so I have to tell you about this man named Jacob at Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia. This man was amazing in every way he helped me with so many things I am computer illiterate and he put everything on my phone for me, went above and beyond I had just a great experience with him. Please buy a car from him. Just a good guy. And the financial guy Adam was amazing too. I am a bartender so I work with a lot of people. But these two guys treated me like family from the first time I walked through the door. Just so good to know that they're still good people that you can trust. Thanks again Jacob.

Can I do 10 out of 5 stars, please? I know how nerve-wracking it can be to buy/lease/finance a vehicle these days, but Y ALL . that s right, I said y all I live in TEXAS, and I flew up to this dealership to pickup my vehicle I wanted. THAT is nerve-wracking coming from out-of-state. HOWEVER, Jimmy Haddad and Adam Parker are AMAZING!!!!! They both went out of their way to make this such an easy and stress-free experience. That s what you want when you go in to buy a new vehicle, right?? Y all, I m telling you .. these guys are where it s at. You hear about Texans having southern hospitality why do you think I went up north to find a vehicle? Jimmy and Adam were more hospitable then anyone I ve ever met here in Texas (and I was born here). A HUGE thank you to Jimmy for taking pictures of my Jeep Gladiator before purchasing, dealing with all my questions, and for helping me feel more comfortable in my decision with the vehicle choice. And another HUGE thank you to Adam for being super awesome with all the finance part of things along with making the transition of the title, plates, etc SO much easier for me!!! I had been looking and agonizing over a car purchase for months since one of our family vehicles gave up on us. After looking for a long time I found one on the Feldman website late one evening, and decided to click the get pre-approved and within probably 60 seconds a salesperson called me, despite them being closed at that time. The next day I met Jacob, and he walked me through the entire process, and was very patient with me and my wife with how picky we were being. I landed on a Chrysler, and since this is a Chevy dealership, the sales team wasn t quite as well-versed in these vehicles. But he took a lot of time to research, and even called the manufacturer to get answers to all my questions. I had to drive probably 40 minutes each way to get to the dealership, but it was well worth battling rush hour traffic to be so well taken care of by Jacob, Adam, and the whole Feldman team!

Jacob was great to work with and made the buying process as simple as it can be. Communication was great along with being very knowledgeable. He was always available to reach out to even after hours and made sure everything was done when buying a vehicle from out of state. Would highly recommend Jacob!

I had a good experience. The Feldman team was friendly and helpful. Brandon was my service manager and he was very nice and helpful. I had a scheduled appointment and was greeted promptly upon arrival. The service was performed in the quoted time. I got text message updates during the whole process and was notified when the work was done. When I came to pick up my vehicle it was ready and washed out front. Rated 4 of 5 stars only because there was grease/grime on the door by the window that I had to clean up at home. Other than that it was a good experience. I will return for my future service needs.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Feldman! My mom and I went in and leased 2 new vehicles, and Brandon was great to work with when we were getting the quotes for everything. He was quick to respond, and answered all questions thoroughly. Michael was the salesman that assisted with delivering the vehicles when we went to pick them up, and he was courteous as well. Huge shout out to Marc as well, thanks for keeping us entertained while we waited to complete the paperwork! Super fantastic staff at this dealership, I'll definitely be back in the future for my next lease

I brought an 2020 TRAVERSE November 21,2023.. took back numerous time for noise in engine took video of the noise still they said my car was fine ..I worked from home so I want to know how do my ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND THE CAR DRIVING SLUGGISH THE SERVICE MANAGER JUST LOOK AT ME AND SAID SORRY NOTHING I CAN DO MY SALESPERSON TOLD ME I HAD GOOD WARRANTY I cried took my car ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON .. how do I need an exhaust flang an ROTORS AND BRAKES I don t even drive to my JOB I WORKED FRM HOME . Also I got my son a BLAZER 5 MONTHS AGO IN JULY HOW CAN HIS WHEEL BEARING ARE BAD HOW CAN THEY SELL BAD CARS I DONT UNDERSTAND BUT I WILL NOT LAY DOWN ON THIS TERRIBLE FELDMAN TERRIBLE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT I HAVE A SICK MOM TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO DOCTORS AND IM TREATED LIKE THIS AND MY SON HIS SON HAVE SICKLE CELL BREAK OUTS HOW DARE YOU THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

My wife and I bought a '21 Pacifica Hybrid on 3/1. Our salesman, Jose Villarreal, was outstanding throughout. I felt that he was looking out for our best interest and wanted us to receive a quality vehicle.Evidence of this was when he offered to personally reimburse myself for the cost of the key fob that was damaged prior to taking over the vehicle. (A personal cost to him of $290 after I went to a Chrysler dealership near my home in Warren to buy a new key fob and sent him the bill, which he immediately paid) I greatly hope that this amount will be compensated back to him by the dealership.Highly recommend working with Jose as he will look out for his customers with honesty and value!

Lana and Ben were a pleasure to work with. The time spent at the dealership was much shorter than anticipated and it was clear they were very conscious and respectful of my time. My vehicle delivery had to be coordinated and went smoothly. It was delivered on time with no difficulties at all. In regards to both the service and sales departments. I had an initially frustrating situation that ended up revealing a lot about the good character of the organization in my opinion.Here's what happened:I bought a used car and the service vehicle light came on en route home from the dealership. I took the car in asap of course. I was frustrated when I took the car in because the service department worker I worked with didn't seem to take the issue seriously at the time. Not to sound too entitled, but I expected same day service given the situation, but I was told that it would be two days just to get a diagnosis.Naturally, I was frustrated, and scared that I had just bought a lemon. I ended up leaving a bad review and the manager reached out to me directly the next morning. They explained that I was correct in my expectation of same day service. He escalated the issue, and I got the vehicle back quickly free of charge (as one might expect for the situation).The actual sales experience was good: not too pushy, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, patient with all my questions. Thanks Hussein, I'd go back.TLDR: I had an unlucky and slightly frustrating situation, but management made things right. Looking back at the situation, I trust the organization and would go back.

I bought a car here and worked with Jacob Walls. I couldn t have gotten a better deal, and I know, because I went to 3 other dealerships and nobody could beat the deal I got from Jacob at Feldman s.It was also a great experience working through the purchase process here. Jacob was friendly, professional, and never made me feel uncomfortable in anyway about the purchase process.I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends, and if you go there, ask for Jacob. He s great.

Down to earth people. Brendan, Chuck, and Todd in service were great. Chuck and Todd were very nice and got the process started for me, always communicating along the way with a check engine diagnosis recently. Chuck even helped me when I needed to get my truck before they finished and bring it back soon after. Brendan sealed the deal though - he was one of the only guys there today (two days after Thanksgiving) and he got my truck checked out and pulled around on short notice. Really appreciated his selfless spirit. Recommend this place.

My experience at Feldman s Chevrolet was incredibly smooth, organized and stress free. The credit in this very successful experience undoubtedly belong to the most professional car salesman I encountered, Mr. Jacob Walls. From the very first inquiry I made and the first telephone encounter to days and weeks after the sale transaction was completed, Mr. Walls was exemplary in his understanding of my needs, his respect, knowledge, availability, thoughtfulness, honesty, and above all, his kindness. Dealing with real human beings like Mr. Walls makes a car shopping experience, typically stressful, a very enjoyable and memorable experience and most spontaneously results in a genuine desire from any customer and me in particular to highly recommend this talented salesman and this unique dealership without any reservation.

Took my truck in for the cruise control turning off. They could not find a problem.It happened to my on the highway during a 360 mile trip and it shut off 4 times.When I picked up my truck a day later, all of the adjustments on my seat, steering wheel, mirrors and air were changed. Not just a little, but a lot. That has NEVER happened before after a test drive.It's going to take me awhile to get everything back to where I like it.

I highly recommend without any reservation Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia for your car purchase! From start to finish the staff were phenomenal. Jacob Walls is exceptional. Communication was easy and thorough. My situation was unique in that I am purchasing out of state and was picking up Suburban to attend a funeral. Mr Walls understood my situation with empathy and went above and beyond. I couldn t have asked for a more professional, personal seamless experience. He made it possible for my Mom to attend the funeral which would not have happened otherwise. I am so appreciative of Mr Jacob Walls and Fred Sakakini. I highly recommend this team for your future car purchase!

Twice now I've been forced to schedule a service appointment online (usually over a week out), only to be told by the technician on the day of service that they can't actually service my vehicle that day, that I need to drop it off. Whenever I try to call and make an appointment to get a human on the line, I'm usually on hold for approximately an hour. And of course there's no loaner vehicles. It's really cruddy that you guys wait until the last possible moment to tell people this. You send multiple texts, emails, and phone calls to remind me of my service appointment, but during none of those opportunities do you mention that I need to leave my vehicle for multiple days. I will no longer be coming here for anything beyond an oil change, since that's the one thing I've been able to have successfully done here.

Just finished the process of buying a new car from here and I have to say that Dustin Collingridge was an absolute super star salesman. We had a very specific set of options we were looking for on a short time table and Dustin went above and beyond to get us the vehicle that we wanted and never pushed for anything we didn't want. It was my first time going to a dealership mechanic. I just bought my 2023 blazer back in June of this year. It was time for my oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled in, I was greeted right away. The guy that helped me was named John. He was very nice and explained everything I would be getting done. I also bought my blazer from that same location as well. That experience was very pleasant and they helped me a lot. I would recommend this location to anyone!! I will definitely be going there for my next service!

When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by several workers and told welcome into Feldman. Then my sales rep, Lana came and called me by name and welcomed in also. This initial feeling made me feel really good and I appreciated the acknowledgement as a potential customer. Lana was very pleasant and bubbly and made me feel comfortable working with her. She walked me through each step and once the purchase was complete and I had the keys to my new 2024 Chevy Blazer. Lana sat in the car with me and showed me all of the features of the vehicle and showed me how to set up the features in the vehicle. I was happy with the customer service and the overall experience and feel like I have found a new Chevy dealer in Feldman Chevrolet. Thanks Lana Evans!!

My wife, her friend, and our two young children (3 years old and 6 months old) went to Feldman Chevrolet in Livonia to test drive a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica PHEV we had our eyes on. I was at work. During the test drive, my wife liked the car and wanted to show me. The salesman let her take the car home to show me when I got out of work. My wife was driving home on I-96 when the vehicle ran out of gas in the middle lane with absolutely no warning indicator beforehand. Semi-trucks and vehicles were speeding past her motionless vehicle, desperately attempting to merge out of the lanes they were in to avoid hitting the vehicle that my wife, her friend, AND OUR TWO YOUNG CHILDREN occupied. My wife, with our children in the backseat, PANICKED and called 911 who sent two Troopers (thank you MSP) who were there within minutes. If God had not been looking out for my wife during this time and circumstances were only a little different, I could have lost my entire family today because the dealership couldn't bother to put more than seven miles worth of gasoline into a vehicle that we had scheduled a test drive on the night before. The salesman made sure to emphasize his difficult efforts to "get the keys ready" when we called the night before and scheduled the meeting/test drive. How about have the courtesy to fill up the gas tank if a customer calls ahead of time to schedule a test drive of a specific vehicle on the lot so they don't end up stranded and dead on the highway. But, that would require more effort than walking over to keys hanging on a wall and putting them on a desk!! While my wife was on the phone with 911 in the middle lane of the highway, my wifes friend was in the passenger seat calling the main line to Feldman of Livonia. Wifes friend also called the salesmans cell number on the business card provided and left a voicemail requesting an urgent call back. All attempts to reach literally anyone through the main line and salesman on his cellphone went unanswered. After the minivan was pushed to the side of the road by MSP Troopers, and Courtesy Patrol did the job of the dealership by filling the gas tank, my wife was on her way back home. Two hours later and still not a return call from dealership or salesman. Once my wife was home, she called Feldman Chevrolet in Woodhaven out of desperation to reach someone at Feldman in Livonia. At this point my wife was traumatized and furious with the dealership and just wanted her car (that was left at Feldman Livonia so they could appraise for trade in) delivered to our home and their minivan picked up. The sales manager of Feldman in Woodhaven tells her THEY were also having a hard time getting through to someone at Feldman in Livonia. My wife called Feldman Livonia back and miraculously someone answered. My wife immediately asked for a manager who she said seemed genuinely empathetic towards the situation and promised to have the salesman call back. The salesman calls my wife back and claims he was on lunch (for two hours!?!) when they called and left voicemail. When my wife told the salesman she only made it six miles from the dealership before she ran out of gas with no warning, he replied that, "we usually keep 10 miles worth of gas in the vehicles" and insinuates that my wife should be thankful they let her take car home, especially when he "didn't think there would be any transaction" and that she should just focus on whether she likes the car or not. My wife says she was shocked at his audacity and wished she could have recorded the conversation because it was so surprising. After reading other recent reviews of the vehicle and this dealership online, I'm really glad we dodged that transaction. Chrysler's quality control is lacking. If our experience with this specific dealership has taught us anything, is that we can't expect any form of after sales support, let alone, any form of "before sales support". The salesman is right, there absolutely won't be a transaction, EVER in our lifetimes with Feldman family of dealerships again. Just glad to still have my family!!

I had a very pleasant experience. I'm pleased that I selected Feldman to assist me with getting back into a great Chevrolet vehicle. Mr. Mike Gurney was my Sales Manager and he thoroughly discussed the vehicle options and best game plan for me with regard to obtaining my new lease vehicle with Feldman Chevrolet. I appreciated his patience and assistance throughout the process. He's a great Sales Manager. Knowledgeable and thorough as he wanted to ensure I selected the right vehicle for my specific situation.
