The service was exceptional, and the staff was friendly. I got 4 new tires and an alignment with a speedy turnaround. Although the building is slightly hidden off Plymouth, it's just a 1/4 mile west of Plymouth road. They made the whole process incredibly convenient, and their prices surprisingly beat Discount Tire. Truly appreciate the outstanding service provided.

I needed a tire repair and I came in without an appointment first thing on a Monday holiday. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. $30 for a plug is a great price. Ashley at the front desk is super nice! All the guys there conveyed a pride-of-workmanship. Great shop.

I love this Auto Care! Ashley (Office Associate) is very friendly and has been helping me get the best deal. The mechanics have been taking care of my wheels and tires all winter. They are quick, efficient, and kind! Very safe place.

Guys at elite tire and auto care were awesome had all four of my rotors and pads replaced on my 2018 terrain for $680. Quality parts painted rotors with ceramic pads. Techs showed me everything. Other shops in the area wanted 900+. Work was completed same day. Very fair highly recommend

More than one visit to this shop and I can say with confidence that they are the best around. Took my car in for service on Wednesday afternoon and was able to pick it up the same day. Very efficient and super nice people overall. Happy to have a place I can rely on and trust for quality work.

recently had the pleasure of experiencing service at Elite Tire & Auto Care, and I couldn't be more satisfied. My wife's SUV was experiencing significant issues, including pulling left and rattling noises, which had been misdiagnosed elsewhere with a hefty quote for suspension work and more. Elites diagnosed the issues and provided a solid . The cost of the service was reasonable andbthe turnaround was quick The service efficient and friendly , we highly recommend Elite Tire & Auto Care to anyone seeking great service on their vehicles. Ray was able to get me a new tire on a 15 minute turnaround when all the other tire places I called had a 5 - 6 hour wait.He was friendly, professional, and to the point. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I just moved to the city and came here to drop off my car and figure out what was going wrong with it, the staff was very friendly from the first moment and helped me with everything I needed. Very quickly they made a diagnosis and called me back to discuss the fixes that were needed, Mike was very knowledgeable, the prices were fair and left my car looking like brand new. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable mechanic who knows what he is doing. 10/10!! I d definitely be coming back here for anything i need on my car.

Beware of this business. Overcharged on my exhaust manifold repair, when I inspected the work I found a broken post still in the engine block and some type of JB weld for a gasket. Will not be taking it back in to be "repaired" by them.Don't let this business rip you off too!

This is the worst auto shop around I've been very patient with them fixing my jeep but after $5000 worth of work I've had to take it back to them several times everything that they have repaired I have to take it back more than once they repaired a tired sensor on my Jeep and my tire lost air pressure on the freeway and almost rolled my Jeep they repaired a radiator that the next day was still leaking and they had to replace the cap and it's supposed to been a brand new radiator everything that they have repaired has not been functioning right I took it back today because it had a sensor problem going on that they supposed to have repaired I'll take it today and now it's kicking off the air suspension won't raise or lower I don't know it's because they keep lifting it and raising it on the lift so many times or what but every time I take it back after $5,000 worth of repairs it has not been repaired today I spoke with the manager Mike who is absolutely rude should not be managing anything terrible manager terrible mechanics shawty work constantly want to charge you and never complete repairs

Calling for a tow... i knew would cost 'an arm & a leg' supprisingly, this wasn't even a toe. Hah! Sam, the driver, was great. He gave me a quick (short) ride home afterwards. I'll keep these guys' # saved for next time.

I ve taken my car there a few times without any issues (usually for a quick tire repair due to a leak). Yesterday I took it there for the same reason. They told me they couldn t find a leak, but I need all new rotors, break pads, and a new tire. Weird as I have had all those things done 4 months prior at Livonia Garage on Middlebelt. I picked it up and took it to Livonia garage as I had a warranty on all the work. Livonia Garage took a look and didn t see any reason for ANY of those things and they found the leak in the tire!Bottom line- Elite auto repair wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for absolutely unneeded work. I will never return and never recommend them as they tried to screw me over.

I took my car here after I noticed my car was leaking fluid. They gave me a very fair price. They even provided me with a ride to work! They could tell I was in distress, and made the whole process alot easier.

I have had the worst luck with auto work shops, and dealerships, but from the moment I called all nite/elite auto my luck turned around. The receptionist was responsive, kind, and flexible! She actually showed compassion for the bind I was in with my vehicle and offered every option to get my car seen as soon as possible. They were willing to use my extended warranty, instead of most places rolling their eyes at the thought of it. Mike took a look at my issue, and pointed out things I was unaware of, and didn t let me take his word for it. He took me under the car and showed me in detail! I was given a fair price, with honesty and commitment to a time frame that they met easily. I will be back with all future vehicles!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Be wary of getting electrical done here. We took our 2010 Dodge Journey in there and they wanted to charged us $1100 to replace the battery and alternator, which is way too high for that. And when my wife went to pay they wanted to negotiate, and to be fair they brought the price down to about $800 (but even that's a little high). In the end the car keeps doing what we took it in there for and they didn't fix it. We're too scared to take it back. We've seen these places before and they just keep fixing stuff and they keep charging you. We can't afford that.

I was referred to this company by my landlord and im so happy that I called the receptionist Ashley made me feel so comfortable she stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the process the feeling was authentic, warming and she treated me like family she also stayed at the shop until I showed up to pick up my vehicle she is so sweet i am so grateful for this company the towing was fast and affordable I highly recommend them to anyone I already gave their information to my sister this company will be fixing on my car from now on oh and I forgot to mention they also have a finance company that is really affordable.

I was just teaching my god-son how to drive and we decided to go to Procam in Livonia and as we were leaving I realized that we had not gotten any gas. Fortunately we ran out of gas right in front of Elite Tire & Auto. I went inside and told Mike (the owner) what happened & he didn t hesitate to help me - No charge! This is the kind of kind person that I will be buying my next set of tires from. Thanks Mike Service: General repairs

I can't say enough good things about All Night Auto. I was traveling with my son from Chicago and my Jeep broke down in Livonia. Needless to say, that was more than a hassle but Sam and Shawn saved my day. Sam first came to where I was broken down with the part he had already ordered and had delivered from the time I first called. Then it was not something that could be done easily on the spot so he arranged a tow and Shawn installed the new part that night, and got me and my son going again. Great work ethic, fair price, and can highly recommend. A great customer experience!

Staff is very friendly they fixed my suspension on my Silverado also took care of me with the price I recommend this place to all I will be using them again in the future
