Took me in and got installed completely approx 2 hours for new full set of Michelin tires. All very friendly. They Said 1 of tire sensors broke during installation, so they replaced it , as long as pressure monitor on that one returns, all will be excellent. Says need to drive for while for it to reset, driven about 15 miles, still hadn't yet, but assuming it will soon. Update, took car back this am, they reset the tire pressure monitor and all excellent. Pleased with all.

Came to get a flat repair. Guy told me my tire was too bald to repair. I need a little more life out of my current tires (30k miles on them).This was the worst tire on the car and it s almost at the point of being too bald. I think you should have fixed it for me. And for that you get 1 star for sending a 15 year customer who s bought countless amounts of tires from discount on his way with a hole in his tire. (Photo attached)

Came in this morning with a low tire pressure light on. I didn't have an appointment, but was still greeted with a smile and treated well. They got me in and out quickly. Much appreciated, team!

Always willing to answer questions to the best of their abilities and guide you in the right direction. Always friendly always welcoming always fasting on time.

Bought four new tires. Took one back for a slow leak. They said it could not be repaired. Wanted to sell me a new tire. Went to tire repair shop. Was repaired for 25 dollars. Discount tire did not even attempt to repair it. They can not be trusted.

This is the second time we have had to take my car in for slow leak. Discount Tire staff (this time Erick A. G) are not only curteous and professional --- but skilled. They identified the problem and patched my tire. Thank You! If I have future issues, I will definitely seek their expertise. Thanks again!

There was a miscommunication regarding my initial appointment, which was super annoying because I drove all the way there thinking my appointment was confirmed, but they never called to let me know that they canceled my appointment due to the wheels I ordered not showing up. After they'd been delivered, they made me an appointment the following week. The wheels I ordered were for my A4, they were gloss black, so the guys were really careful not to scratch them up or drop them or anything. They even went to the store to go get a different key for my lugs so they didn't scratch up the area around the lugs when they were putting them on. I was there for a pretty long time, probably about 3 hours, but they look exactly how I want them to, so I guess you can't rush perfection.

First experience at Discount Tire and it was great! I had made a reservation ahead of time but they didn t have my tires in stock, so instead they offered me a free upgrade. Trey s customer service was awesome, even remembering my name and face when I was stood at the back of the line waiting to get my keys. It s the little things in customer service that go a long way.

I bought 2 new tires from this store in May of 2023. November 7th i got a flat tire and needed my tire replaced. Thank god I bought the warranty! Tire was quickly changed at the canton location and my husband was charged for only the replacement tires warranty. Cool! I had an appointment for 1:30 today to have the other tire checked because I realized it had no tread left and with snow possibly coming that's a problem. They came out and checked my tires and the tire I just had replaced a month ago is already completely bald. The service worker told me it's covered under insurance but then tried to charge me for one of the tires...then magically the cost of that tire disappeared and now I just owe for the new warranty and instalation. Charged 60 dollars for what? If it's covered under warranty then there should be no charge. There wasn't the last time. I think it's horrible this place is trying to rip people off on money right before the holidays. And it's probably because I'm a woman and I have no clue. I used to love this place now I won't be back. You have been warned.

I had a flat tire from running over a screw that required a replacement. My car came with a tire warranty but I had issues finding a place that would honor it. I went to two other tire shops first who didn't want to bother with it. Discount Tire was very friendly and took the time to call the warranty company without any problem. Other places said it would take a couple hours to replace the tire but Discount Tire did it in less than 30 mins. They also had the same kind of tire in stock. Next time I'll just come straight here!

What is the point of setting up an appointment when they just take whoever comes in front of you. I was on my lunch hour so I set up a time. 50 minutes later they still hadn't got to my car, and when I complained they didn't look too concerned. I've always gone here for the best prices and great service.

Started out by leaving my wallet on the counter and Matthew came out and handed it back to me as if it was nothing. Oh did I mention there was over $1k cash in there! Words can t describe how appreciative I am I got it back. Couldn t ask for a better store manager. His staff was flawless as well from the start to finish. Fast service and quality work. Highly recommend

I've come to this Discount Tire location a number of times for replacements and for routine repairs. This week, I had an issue with a slow leak...something that was bugging me for quite some time. Making an appointment online is suggested for fast service and I did just that (very easy). When I arrived, I checked in outside and Sean greeted me and I told him about the slow leak and his tech found a screw that was apparently the cause. One of the best things about Discount Tire are a number of their repairs are free of charge and they make a point of not upselling you on products. Sean was great to work with. Also, all of their staff follow COVID protocols and there is open spacing with the seating.I had no issues driving home, but the following day I noticed that I was still getting a bit of leakage. It didn't irk me since I've had small leaks before. Their shop sent a customer follow-up survey and I mentioned I still had a small leak, but that I also thought the staff and crew at that location were some of the friendliest and most helpful. I was surprised the next day Matt (I think one of supervisors/managers) called me and asked if I could come in so they could look at the problem more -- great customer service!I came back that day and they looked over the wheel again. He and the shop technician showed me (I wish I had taken a picture) that I had corrosion eating away at the edge bead and it's one of the downsides of chrome wheels (I had recently read that, too, when I was looking into leak causes). Of course, no promises could be made with that type of corrosion but they did the best job they could with sealing it and Matt and the shop technicians were generous with their time.I waited a couple days to write this review and I'm happy to say the pressure is staying nicely...but even if the leak continues, I now know the cause and that short of getting a new wheel/rim, I'll probably have a reoccurring issue.� I'm more than satisfied and happy with the level of service and honest follow-up and will continue to return here for new tires and service when needed.A+

These guys rock! I had bought a tire and wheel package online from somewhere else and had a scheduled appointment at said location to have everything mounted and balanced. I get there and they say they can't do the job. I immediately head to discount tire as a walk in customer and within the hour they had everything assembled and installed without scratching my new wheels. Had a valve stem leak the following day and they got me in super quick to fix the problem. They are professional and super helpful! You won't regret being a customer.

The guys who helped me were so kind, professional, and really put me at ease. Excellent fast service! As a woman I always dread going in and dealing with mechanics and am always on guard that I m going to get ripped off. This place was the opposite of that. I really felt I was in good hands! Highly recommend this place.Edited to add- you can make an online appointment which was so easy and convenient knowing I d be helped and was so thankful to not be waiting forever when I got there. Was able to deal with everything during my workday.

Did exactly what I asked of them and got me out of there fast. They are so much better then Belle Tire. Never try to price gouge me or sell me things I don t have to have. When they say I need it they mean it! I sincerely mean it when I say Thank you to them! From the Customer support to the repair men... Everybody is kind and courteous!

MIZE L CHAMBERS is the best! I came to discount tires having an idea of what rims and tires I wanted and MIZE L knew exactly what I was looking for and made it happen! He eased my mind and I am so happy I went to Discount Tire. The service is awesome and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The service department takes care of your rims and lug nuts without scratching them up unlike the Jeep Dealer I used to go to. I would highly recommend MIZE L and this Discount Tire location!

I had originally called them to get information about warranty on the tires that I purchased in November of 2022. Had a difficult time speaking with the young man on the phone because other lines were ringing and he was trying to help a customer at the same time. When I told him that I had a low tire pressure light that kept coming on he first said well if it's the rim there's nothing we can do. So I said well what if it's not the rim, could it be something else? He said possibly and if you want to make an appointment to bring it in you can. So I scheduled an appointment for a tire inspection. When I took the car in he asked me what was going on and I explained to him that the front passenger side Tire seemed to go low but I wasn't sure if it was that exact tire. He took the car in after about a half hour wait and then they took off the one tire that I told them was the problem, correction, that I thought was the problem and they came back about a half an hour later from that to tell me that it was a valve leak and that they replaced the valve and they cleaned out all the metal. So when I got in the car I realized that the low tire pressure light was still on and I called the young man over that was standing there and told him that the sensor was still on and he told me, oh it'll go off. To in which I said it goes off when you put air in the tires because it does that when I put air in the tire. He says to drive it for a few minutes and the light should go off but if it doesn't to bring it back. I said I don't have time to come up and spend another hour and a half on my lunch hour for that, is there any way we could look at it now and he said I'm sorry they're pulling another car in. So I left and the light stayed on. I just checked the other pressure in the tires just to see and all of them were low. Not sure why you wouldn't check all the other tires during a tire inspection and make sure that they all have air. Considering I purchased four brand new tires less than a year ago from your store. Just really disappointed in the service at this location won't be going back there

Just got home with my new wheels and tires and am so beyond satisfied!! Not only are they gorgeous to look at, but they didn't take as long to order as was told! Trevor and his coworkers were super helpful and knowledgeable to get me exactly what I didn't know I wanted!! There was zero pressure sales or upgrades that I did not already want.. I imagine the bad review about not rotating the tires is for a good reason, as they are extremely thorough in explaining everything! I even seen a lady come in and was going to think about her purchase and an employee referred her to the online order option. They did not try to sell her something she wasn't ready to buy yet! As a woman, I can honestly say this is the first upgrade to my car, where I didn't feel brushed off or talked down to! These guys are awesome!

They lost my wheel and did not apologize. When I finally spoke with Eric, he assured me that they would make it right. He at least made me feel a lil better seeing as how I can't drive my car for another week.

Tried to have some chevy rims & tires mounted on my 21 chevy tahoe. I was told the rim was grinding on the caliber so they couldn't be mounted, no problem. Go pick up my truck drive off and the traction,brake,engine light all came on. I was told to bring the truck back when i arrived I talked to Billy, and this is where my problem lie. Billy proceeded to say that they only tried mounting one tire ( lie) 2 of the tires had a deep groove on the inside of the rim.(pics below) He said the truck was never driven with the rims on (lie). Then he says these new chevy truck all have electrical issues u couldn't pay me to buy one. Last thing and I'm done, he said just take it to the dealer it's still under warranty
