My car died and I just so happened to pull into the parking lot next to Darby s I was so flustered by the event but they took the best care of my car! They were nice enough to get my dead car from the parking lot next store and into their shop, fixed it up at amazing speed, and at a reasonable price! As someone who doesn t know anything about cars, I love the honesty and they never tried to pressure me into extra stuff I didn t need. Thank you!!

Darbys has always been my family's go to place to get our cars fixed since I was a kid. I've now had to take my own vehicle in. Due to what was happening he recomened going to get my tires checked first instead of trying to sell me on repairs that may not fix it the issue.It is a trust worthy place that cares about their customers.

Darby's has been taking care of my vehicles, as well as my husband's, kid's, co-worker's and friend's vehicles for over 25 years. They've always provided excellent, reliable, quality care and been straightforward and reasonably priced!

Had my AC worked on here. I'm pretty car illiterate but the owner was able to explain everything to me, gave me some options, and helped me pick what made sense for my old beat down van. Work was quick and as far as I can tell has held up just fine and dandy.

The WORST customer service I have ever received !! I called to see if I could bring my car in for service. The mechanic who answered the phone said he didn t have time for any questions at this time, he couldn t give any quotes at this time and he didn t know when or if he could get to me at all. I wanted to call back and ask for the manager but why? If ever your TOO busy for new customers then I knew that s not where I needed to go.

Gary Darby i met dropping a vehicle off to be repaired some 26 years ago. Gary is hard working, honest and make repairs at a resonable rate in a timely manner. Ive been going to Darbys Auto Service for a long time and will continue to do so.

These guys are great. I have been taking my vehicles there since 2000 and I have never had a reason not to trust them with my next car problem.

I call to see If i could have brake work done on my car. Right away the person that answered said i wouldn't be able to anything like that today. I said no it doesn't necessarily need to be done today. He said oh I dont know right now the best thing to do is call next week because I'm in the middle of something. Wow!! So much for customer service. I guess I won't be getting my brakes done here.

When my tie rod broke on the freeway, Gary's team towed my car to their shop and fixed for a very reasonable amount... Very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable staff!
