Very good experience. Bought tires online and scheduled installation appointment. Got a call about coming in (days) earlier than scheduled. Dropped off my car, staff were helpful and courteous and overall a great experience. Will be back.

My GF bought some tires from the AA Costco - They had to replace a TPMS sensor but never programmed it to the car. She been rolling around for 6 mo with the light on but I noticed two of the tires had slow bead leaks... Sooooo, I read the mismatched TPMS ID out of the car, marked the leaks with chalk and wrote instructions a monkey could understand, including a rotation since it was due... So what happened? They didn't fix the leaks, didn't reprogram their TPMS sensor... Just balanced and rotated the tires and sent her on her way with leaky tires and a disabled TPMS system. When she has a blow out due to low tire pressure and rolls her car, I'mma have my lawyer reference this post as evidence of their negligence.

Purchased tires from Costco's website that they listed as compatible with my car. Drove up there to get them installed and they tell me they can't install them because they are not run-flat. The OEM tires aren't even run-flat. Wasted 2 hours of my time and then tried to get me to buy more expensive tires.

I bought my tires in Costco not too long ago. One of tires started losing pressure. I took my var repair and was told that there was a small puncture, which was fixed.Less than two weeks later, the same tire lost pressure again. This time I was told that it required a valve replacement and was fixed. When I sat in the car, the low-pressure sensor was on. I got back to the shop. The technician assured me that everything was ok, and I need to drive for 20 minutes at 15+ mph.I got home and measured the tire pressure. It was 13 psi!!! Instead of 35 psi. And you told me to drive like that. Are you kidding me?!Will never go to that place ago. Freaking joke.

Normally I love Costco but this tire center is the worst! Take your car anywhere else if you have any other plans for the day. I needed a simple tire patch I tried walking in, I was the first person in the door of the day, they had my car for 4 hours and was unable to get to it. Made an appointment for the following week they told me it should take about 45 min. I brought it in at my scheduled time and waited for an hour and a half went and talked to them to see what the status was and told me it would be another 20 to 30 minutes that they hadn't even gotten my car up yet, so I asked for a refund and my keys and I left. This team does not respect the clients time. I will never try to use this service in the future. I was also talking to another customer who had been waiting for 3 hours with an appointment to switch out his tires.

Thia place is not worth your time if you have older tires. I brought my car here twice to get my tires repaired and both time I got charged for them to just take the wheel of and tell me they can't repair it. I was told the second time that I wouldn't be charged if they couldn't repair the tire but I was still charged for them telling me they can't repair the tire. I won't be coming to the tire center anymore and recommend you do the same.

Complete BS service today. Was placed on hold for 10mins. Hung up and called back and placed again on hold for 10mins. Hire another person! It took 4hrs to get 4 new tires installed. Didn't even give a discount for this headache experience even though the guy wanted to but it was conveniently out of his control! I've always gotten my own-bought TPMS sensors replaced here. Today they say there's a new management and now we can only replace costco bought sensors! I get better quality for half the price online! What BS..another way to squeeze a few more dollars from their customers...i highly recommend choosing another store over costco who cant even afford to have wifi at their stores! Its freakin 2021! I hope they change management at this store. We have sams membership too I'm just going to take all my business there for now.

Employees do not know what they are doing, tried to charge me full tire price although i had warranty. Leah who assumed being the manger insisted on charging full price although i explained the situation after arguing for 15 min and disrespecting me she was able to understand what going on and i was charged 1/8 the price and to make things rude she disappeared and had some one else ring me and never apologized even . I am a loyal costco member for years and always had great customer service expect this time at the tire shop.

The worst service in the tire shop .they always come up with excuses. They never think of your time or your loyalty when you are spending thousands of dollars .my advice is not to buy tires there.

Thought/think I got the best deal. Comes with excellent warranty. An absolute nightmare getting repairs. Rarely even answer phone. Was told my tire wasn't there, 4 days later someone else told me it had been there. Tried to schedule an appointment was told to come in between 12 and 2 on a Tuesday. But, they said they were full till next Monday. Absolutely unexpected consumer service from Costco.

They do good job when I bought 4 tires and spend money. Finished in 2hours.But when I use my warranty to get replace one tire takes more than 9 hours.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT! Not sure what the young ladies names are that work here but THANK YOU! Everyone at the place is extremely helpful and pleasant!! Everytime my tire light comes on I will be coming back
