Was ready to pull out to camp and our camper had a flat. Tim's was on our road service and showed up in about 10 minutes! The driver was super friendly and got the job done quick and even checked our other tires and the ones on my sisters camper. Appreciated their service! Great place to call in Linwood Michigan!

I was more than pleased, good communication, Tim was on top of his game, went the extra mile calling in a sub tow truck when his was delayed at 3 am in morning. Absolutely the best towing company. My tire blew out late Saturday night on Northbound I-75 in Bay City and Scott came right away to assist me with my tire. I am a woman who was traveling with my Dog Jax trying to get back home Up North before the Heavy Snowstorm hit. I was so scared. He was very professional and friendly. He smiled when he introduced himself when he got out of his truck and that had a calming effect on me immediately. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much Scott!

These guys towed my car early in the am after hitting a deer. They were very friendly fast patient and good to me and my family. I came and got my car a few days later and they helped me understand what I could and couldn't do as far as insurance goes they gave me numbers to call for things I needed. I had allot going on at that time aside from just crashing my car and they made me feel welcome almost like family. There prices r very affordable. Better than ive ever seen there body guy even stopped on the way back from somewhere and let me know some places I could call for the parts I needed. I was broke down on the side of a major highway on my way to visit my father in the hospital 4 hours away from home. Not only did they pick me up and get me safely off the road, the kind driver went out of his way to take me to the hospital to see my dad. My car was stranded on I-75, I needed a 45 mile Tow. Not only were they the most fair on price, but they also had excellent customer service. I would definitely refer this company's towing to a friend. Good job fellas!

Do not recomend shady business practice! This is a family owned businesses that needs better policies. My son rolled his car, the commission driver told us on the spot the total would be around 300 cash. The next day I call thier office and some how the price jumped to over 500 cash only (no check no cc). I went to sign the title over and all I could get off the car was the plate. The driver even tho I was scraping the car busted up the rear bumper by backing it into another car.Service: Car towing

When traveling up north with my wife and two children (1 and 3 years old), our car broke down on the highway. We called this place to have them tow it to a dealer to get fixed. We also called a taxi company to come pick us up as we were stranded and the closest family members were 2.5 hours away. The guy was not empathetic to our situation at all and almost made us walk in 95 degree heat down the expressway as opposed to just waiting around 15 minutes until the taxi arrived. This was a nightmare experience for us being stranded with no one close and it was only made worse by this company - seriously consider another company before calling.

Not reliable or professional. Would not recommend to family or friends. Came to pick up our truck for service and employee stated could not do the job after being at our home for 2 minutes. H&R Towing in Standish MI arrived in 20 minutes, towed our truck to Bay City in time for service needed. Call them if you want prompt professional service.

Car slide of the road into the median due to the snowy road conditions, the tow truck was already helping someone half a mile up the road then they came to get my car. It took just about 10 minutes to get my car unstuck and fill out paperwork and I get charged 95$ for 10 minutes of work. This is the definition of price gouging, you re better off trying to help yourself.

Friendly staff . Any time I was in position were I depended on there services I was treated like a priority and not another payday. Excellent service over all .The perfect example of how a business should operate and the proof is in how many years it's been operating and keeping people employed in the community

Got in bad accident on 75 had to leave in ambulance had money in my center counsel 200 dollars and Bunch of change in my door and went to retrieve My belongings and it was locked in gate but when I was walked back to get my belongings there was no money in my center counsel and no change in my door dis honest people and thieves do not recommend if you get in accident hope you are able to remove everything or they will have it THIEVES
