I called Auto House looking for a place nearby to fix my A/C in my 96' Lexus and they referred me to Pro Tec. I'm so glad they did! Pro Tec fit my into their schedule and got me fixed up that day! Which worked great cuz I was working close by. When I got the bill I was shocked. Thought it would have been a lot more! The next day I had them fix a wiring issue in one of our trucks and had them give full service to my car. Low$ and low$ again with professional service. What a great experience. Thanks Pro Tec! Randy and the group are always fair, non-pressured. Had an issue a year ago also where a part went bad a couple months after installation, and they made it right at no charge (even for the additional labor) - No questions asked Most recent repairs (electrical sensors) replaced quickly and at a fair cost. . Ethical business, and seemingly nice folks.

I would highly recommend these guys. Both Randy s are very professional in their approach to quality workmanship being completed in a timely manner. I put my wife s car into a guard rail in the snow, which caused quite a bit of damage. It was returned better than it was prior to the accident. Wonderful experience with Pro tec. Honest fair pricing and a crew who stands behind their work. They will do whatever they can to get you in as soon as possible. They view my urgency with urgency to help. And you don't get that everywhere. I'll travel from Saginaw (if possible) anytime I need ANYTHING.

Went in with battery light not shutting off. Randy took me immediately and after plugs and new belt I had car back next day. They are the best!!

I took my 2008 GMC Envoy to them for my brakes pulsing when I was braking ( after getting my brakes replaced somewhere else) and a check engine light that would come on. The same day that I dropped my vehicle off they called with what they found to be the problem and what it would cost to fix. I okayed the repair and the next day they called to let me know it was done. Picked it up that same day and haven't had a problem since. Excellent service and friendly staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spent $2000 at this company to get work done. First put faulty parts on and took months to finally get my car in to replace them. This put wear and tear on the new parts. Asked for tires to be rotated for the inconvenience of riding on bad struts for 3 months and they didn t even do that. Will tell you they will do something but won t.
