The service and professionalism of this company is second to none. I have been fortunate to have the same high level experience with two separate teams now. From Katelyn in the office who patiently worked with me on scheduling and followed up when she committed. To todays service call where Matt and Calvin patiently answered all of my questions and completed an exceptional job.I highly recommend them if you are in need any of their services.Thank you -

Tyler replaced our rooftop air conditioner. Excellent work, and very knowledgeable. Our a/c is now ice cold. Tyler has great people skills and works hard. My wife and I will get Michigan Mobile RV Repair again.

They traveled to the site where we met as well as the seller. They spent 2 hours on the inspection and d/t the weekend we had to wait. They gave us a price for repairs, could have been worse. Will be taking it there in another week and will update after final shed. They were prompt getting to the place were the trailer was and other then the wheel bearings which we will have done also at the same time as a roof leak without interior damage. damage. Will update after that! Well we had to wait a couple weeks. The repairs were done well and on time. The estimate was right on. Very professional and fixed a couple things that were my fault. Plan to stick with them. Thank all of you, Linda

Michigan Mobile Repair came to our campsite in Brighton and replaced our roof AC unit. They worked hard to see if they could repair it first, then returned promptly to replace it. Took four days total, communication was good, very pleased with the service. They also gave us some tips on RV care while there, and spot sealed our roof.

I would recommend this company to anyone very professional and responded to fix my furnace within 3 hours of the call had the part on the van and they dealt with the warranty company . Kudos!!

On May 27th I reached out to Michigan Mobile RV Repair and asked them if I could schedule a full day for them to fix multiple issues we were having with our fifth wheel. I received a call from Tyler the same day to set up an appointment. He assured me they would only need a couple hours. I explained all the issues we were having, and he insisted it wouldn t take all day. The appointment was scheduled for July 18. On July 18 Matt was the tech that showed up around 11:30AM. One of our main issues was the water pump would never shut off. Matt struggled to find what the issue was and decided to replace the pump. The new pump did not fix the issue. He thought it may be the outside faucet, while messing with that, he broke the handle completely off. This was about 2 hours in, he decided to give Tyler a call for assistance. Matt left to go find a new faucet and was gone almost 2 hours. Once Tyler arrived, he determined that the main water valve was bad. He determined this by bypassing it with temporary shut off valves. This now puts us at about 5PM and Tyler tells me he doesn t have a valve on hand, he would have to order it and come back. Matt returned and replaced the faucet he broke but in doing so, broke the quick disconnect. There were multiple other issues that didn t get resolved because they ran out of time.Since July 18th, I have sent multiple text messages, called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. Today is August 3 and we have not heard back from anyone at Michigan Mobile RV Repair. I have no idea if they ordered parts. I have no idea if they plan on coming back, we are left with a temporary repair and no communication. I understand this is an extremely busy time for RV repair companies, but it only takes 2 seconds to send a text message to keep your customers updated. With no response from Michigan Mobile RV Repair, we are forced to find someone else or try and finish the job that Michigan Mobile RV Repair didn t finish.We are very disappointed and left with no other choice than to write a negative review and share our experience on ALL the social media networks and Michigan camping forums.

Tyler was absolutely amazing!! Very professional, efficient and informative. The furnace in my 5th wheel had been giving me problems and found Tyler's information online and figured I would give him a call. Making an appointment was easy and the price was well worth it. He even helped me understand my issues with my battery. Really appreciated his professionalism. Will definitely be calling back out if we have any other issues.

I had two issues with my RV recently, one was a manufacturer electrical recall & the other was a regulator on my LP gas tank. Tyler was very responsive & did a great job fixing my problems. We had several issues with our travel trailer. Tyler arrived on time equipped with everything needed for our repairs. He was extremely knowledgeable. Very respectful. Repairs completed in a timely manner & the bill was very reasonable. He also has an associate that is a plumber. Very efficient & cost reasonable.We will recommend Tyler & Josh for any RV repair. We are very pleased.

We were in a bind with our Little Blue Nucamp teardrop, with water coming out the bottom of our Camper after dewinterizing and sanitizing. We were driving through Bay City on our way to Lake Huron and Matthew was an amazing repairman. He had a full day of work, but squeezed us in on an emergency call, meeting us at a gas station right off the highway! He was fast, efficient and knew what he was doing. He didn t have our flow valve on the truck, and could have used a less sturdy substitute, but wanted to do it right so he quickly located the correct part. Highly recommend!

May 4, 2023First want to give a HUGE shout out to Matt for all his help getting my 5th wheel open for the summer . Matt went above and beyond and took care of a few extra things for me while he was here. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my question. I am beyond so thankful and great full for Matt and MMRR and the services they provide . From winterizing my 5th wheel and opening it up in the summer to all other services I may need. I feel confident I can always rely on them to help me maintain my RVI have been a satisfied customer for 3 years now . I Highly recommend Matt and MMRR for any of you Rv needs Bridget Stam

Called & talked to Tyler today our black tank froze up. Artic pack not working & hubby was using torpedo heater which wasn't really worker. Called Tyler he saved us $$$ with his advise. Thank you Tyler very much appreciated

Love having hot water again. These folks took on a 1974 Airstream trailer with a water heating system that had failed. Traveling from their offices to Cass City in the Thumb area. Quickly sorted out what had gone wrong, replaced some parts while cleaning other parts and all done within one hour. They show up as promised and do professionally experienced work. Note that two other providers were afraid to tackle this beautiful old Land Yacht camper.

I am a service manager at a dealership on the west side of the state and Tyler helped us out with a customer who had issues with his hydraulic jack system and could not drive his motor home. The customer was very happy and so was I. Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price. I will definitely call again for future needs.

Pulled into Midland, Michigan with my 5er. Had an issue leveling up. Was provided Michigan Mobile RV Repair as a recommendation. Tyler was responsive to my needs in getting the leveling corrected. He was punctual on his appointment and corrected the problem quickly. He also conducted a roof inspection and did a complete wash and roof conditioning. Tyler's prices are fair and his work was excellent. If you need any rv repairs in the state of Michigan, I highly recommend you contact Tyler!

I'm a new RV owner. Tyler has worked on my RV several times. He is an EXCELLENT businessman and is very efficient at his craft. I have referred him to several people in our park on Eight Point Lake. He does great work and knows the ins and outs of business. A+ all the way.

Tyler is my go to guy for all my RV repairs, he is fast and conscientious. He comes to you, makes his diagnosis, orders the parts and comes back when they arrive and fixes it, he stands behind his work. No need for me to call anyone else. Recommended.

I called up Tyler 7:30 in the evening hoping someone would answer because my 5th wheel furnace died. He ask if he wanted him to come out that night. That's service, especially from a late night call!I had him come out the next day (I had temperary heat to help me), he dug in to it and the fix came pretty easy for him and the bill was definitly fair for my furnace work. And It is working great again

Tyler did a great job fixing refrigerator and motor home trailer relay. Florida mechanics were unable to diagnose problems. Service done quickly and at reasonable cost. I highly recommend.

We were really disappointed in this company. We called in early July and they made an appointment for us on August 24th. They never showed up to the appointment or bothered to call us to let us know what was going on. We took vacation time to have our RV repaired and it was a no show. As of this posting, l have yet to hear from this company. Pretty sad when we were referred to this company by a good source. If l could give them a zero rating l would.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, no curiosity call, no show. Then told me he couldn t guarantee an arrival time or would not give a rescheduled make up day. I would highly recommend staying away from this company
