Great service at the Linwood store, I had an vehicle issue and they took prompt and courteous care of my vehicle needs. I will continue to take all of my vehicle needs to Garber Linwood!I should add the whole staff in the service department makes things go smoothly, from Laura (Gary's daughter) to Mike, who is on leave, and Ryan, you need ear plugs when he talks. Great staff and they are one of the reasons we will be purchasing our next vehicles from them in the near future.

I had just bought a used car a few months ago and the check engine light came on. I was a little disappointed on that but I feel they did a very good job at making things somewhat better and it wasn't as expensive to fix as I was worried about. Thanks for good service. Keep up the good work and you maybe gaining a guy that leases a new truck every few years.

It was a very busy day they were giving out free oil changes to veterans I had a 11:30 appointment and I was out by noon. They was very friendly and professional. Ryan was very pleasant getting me in and out I also got to talk to the mechanic that worked on my car and he also was very kind and professional. I feel they went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you very much to Garber Chevrolet of Linwood. A pleasure doing business with you.

Garber Linwood service department is the best. They did a fantastic job on my car repairs. All employees at Garber Linwood are very friendly and go out of their way to provide great customer service.

Great place for an oil change! Their oil change technician Josh is very experienced and thorough ensuring your vehicle gets the proper fluids and filters ensuring the long life of your vehicle as well as informing you of any problems he notices including abnormal wear or upcoming services that may be needed. The service advisors are very friendly and will ensure you're comfortable while your wait. The Service Manager Nathan was very friendly also, he was assisting filling in for another employee that was out to ensure customers are taken care of the same even with staff shortages.I had a couple short experiences with the stores General Manager David made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable which is unfortunate being a previous employee there for nearly 7 years and never doing anything negative to the company as well as still knowing most of the staff purchasing multiple new Chevrolets from this store and trying to continue to service my new Chevrolet I purchased at that store. I hope he was just too busy to stop and say hi and welcome a returning customer. In the end it was a great experience with mostly friendly people and a great service experience.

What a great place to purchase a vehicle. The staff is always welcoming, smiling, friendly and attentive to any questions or issues I ve had. They go above and beyond to take care of anything I ask. Highly recommend!

I have two separate reviews here I have all good things to say about the service department at garber Chevrolet they were very very helpful with my situation. however because of the circumstances that I am going through with my vehicle that I purchased through Garber I will no longer purchase any Chevy products. when I purchased my current vehicle there was a lawsuit against Chevy because of the defective engine they put in the 2013 Chevy equinoxes. the fix for this problem they only covered vehicles to $120,000 miles .so of course the dealership sold me the car knowing it had engine problems they can't say they did not know about the engine problems after all they are a Chevy dealer and have access to all recalls and whether the car had been sufficiently repaired before they took it into their stock. I spent $10,000 on this vehicle I have an only been able to drive this vehicle for 2 years and it now needs a new engine I am not going to put six or $7,000 into a car only to have something go wrong later. so I have really done my research and I have found a Ford that has an excellent engine low miles and will be an excellent car for me to drive in the future. even though I have a family member that works for this dealership I will no longer purchase a Chevy product until they revamped their product line and start putting quality over profit.

I've had my car into this place about three times. I had a reccurring air conditioning problem that two other places had not been able to resolve. On the first pass they did not find any leak. I was to let them know if it showed up again. So it did and I did. Want to take a back they did a deeper diagnosis by taking apart the undercarriage tubing and found that there was a connector that had corroded. We scheduled repair time and I went back and they fixed it. Again they said keep an eye on it so I stuck a thermometer in the vent and kept an eye on the temperature. The next week as part of the system had blown out with the increased pressure that the first leaked didn't allow to happen. While I was down there I discovered the leak from the engine block so I had to schedule a time to go in for that. Everything is been repaired now and I hoping that there's another not another weak spot that blows out in the meantime. The service manager called me several times to let me know about the progress. What really impressed me was the mechanic came out and gave me more details than the manager knew about because he had been under the car.

I appreciate how they accommodated my schedule when needing an O2 censor replaced in my vehicle. It was quick and they delivered the car to my house when it was done because I wasn t able to get there before they closed for the day to get my keys.
