Got my muffler replaced, no way will be coming back.Whoever welded the top of the exhaust pipe did a good job, but whoever they handed it off to did terrible job. Welding wire sticking out everywhere with overall bad welds. They ended up forgetting to completely weld the exhaust pipe to the muffler.I came back in to get the exhaust pipe competely welded since it sounded like nothing was done. They completed the job with the same level of low quality welding.This muffler man location I will not return to.Not 1 star since the muffler is good and they did "fix" my issue.

I had the bestvexperience with the entire staff! I was able to drop off my vehicle at 1pm and had it fixed and done by 5pm when I needed it to drive back home from work. Price was not bad either. No price gouging or anything like I've experienced with other shops. Great work and with great speed and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and my vehicle was done same day, unfortunately grease/dirt was left on my fenders paint with little to no attempt to clean it, my protective under tray was reinstalled incorrectly and the vehicle was parked in a puddle. It appeared there were plenty of other spots available that I would not have had to step into muddy water to enter my vehicle. Fortunately this vehicle is just my beater but I wouldn t consider bringing nicer vehicles here.Service: Air conditioning

Please beware they are charging double what the parts would cost at a local parts store. I had done plenty of business in the past but will never go back. I was charged over $900 for 2 strut assemblies that should cost $500 at a local parts store. When I picked up the price was much higher than I expected and asked about the parts being so high and was told that this is just what it costs them. Please get quotes from other places and get your quote from this place in writing first.

Recommend by another shop that does not handle exhaust, this is 5he go to place in the Fenton/Linden area for exhaust repairs.The service was excellent. Very friendly and extremely fast. Once the vehicle was dropped off, it was looked at and we received an estimate very quickly. Once the go ahead was given, the repairs were fast and the price was extremely good. Much less than we expected.Many thanks to the mechanics and staff! We are very pleased with the repairs.

Chuck and Mike are top notch! Always friendly and reasonably priced. Never a disappointment in years of patronage. Work completed on several years, makes, and models of vehicles - no issue. Won't waste your time if they can't do the job - great referrals elsewhere. Reasonable time frames for repair and never been scammed by up charging. Fully explain in a simple way what needs to be completed. Easy drop off. Clean waiting area.

Price other muffler man s . Then price this place. You ll find that they are way more expensive. I had my lady drop our car off to have rear brakes done on a very common car. We paid for more than what it would cost to have all 4 brakes done (including rotors, calipers and pads). They do fast work, but they also empty your wallet faster than their same name competitors.

Chuck and his team have always been incredibly honest and fair when giving pricing and diagnostics. I often stop in after work around 4 PM to get an oil change and they always are ready to accommodate and get me out the door quickly and for a fair price! This is my first stop when it comes to vehicle issues. They don't hassle you and they give you the honest rundown when it comes to issues.Great place to have work done on your vehicle.Brendan

First come first serve and I love it. Fast fast fast . Had a water pump and things to do with that replaced with an oil change. I had my truck back in like 2.5 hours. Before that I had my fuel pump replaced and because it is fcfs I got in a d out in about 1 hour.

You can call sun up sun down and never get an answer or a call back, if you don t drive all the way up there you can t get customer service.

A family-owned business they are hard working. Available 6 days a week to help you resolve your automotive issues. My family has been taking our vehicles here since 2015. Chuck and Mike are good guys as well as mechanics.

Went in for A/C repair. Was told they found leak and they ordered part. Wrong part came in so had to make 3rd trip up there. Two days after I picked up my jeep it leaked out again. I was told they couldn't find leak and suggested I put in a stop leak product. How about you do your job and diagnose problem. $340.00 later my A/C is still not working. They didn't offer any refund, should at least give me the labor cost back. Will not return to this Muffler man.Service: Air conditioning

Took my husbands car in late monday afternoon to have the exhaust welded. We were quoted a fair price but told we had to leave it overnight cuz it was so late. It was ready by 11am the following morning. & we were charged cheaper than the original quote. Chuck was honest with us about the problem. & did exactly what I would have done if I was able to do the work myself. But due to having surgery I was unable to. Very satisfied with the service, work, & price

Finally, a place that I can trust to take my vehicles into for repairs and maintenance! I have been here 3-4 times and each time has been a pleasure. They are friendly, upfront, and informative. They have not once tried to take advantage of me with unnecessary repairs or added things. Your in good hands here!

Extremely dishonest and rude. Went in to have a repair done, was informed that it would be around 150 to get my Speedometer back to functioning and letting me know how fast I am going. Only after they told me it was ready to be picked up they told me the speedometer still was not functioning and they charged full price and it s still not working. I would avoid this store at all costs. They would not offer any partial refund. They showed no remorse and called me a liar.

wonderful customer service, I felt like I wasn't getting taken advantage of, they pulled my car in very quick and then took me in the back as my car was on the lift, showed me everything that was wrong, showed me what I should do now and what I could wait to get done. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends
