This place is awesome! Best and friendliest customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I called for a used tire and not only did they have my right size, it was the same exact brand and model. Upon arrival I was greeted and my car was taken in immediately. I was there less than 30 minutes. I found this place after being denied service at one of the big box "Discount" tire stores because tread was too low. Needless to say next set of tires I buy will be from Park Tire. Keep up the good work guys!

Wow, wow, wow! the BEST in customer service! I walked in and was greeted with warmth and compassion, Jake made sure all my tires were fixed, and at a reasonable price! In the afternoon, I had an out-of-the-ordinary crazy tire snafu, and Jake actually drove over to my location to troubleshoot, and helped me get back to the shoppe for further diagnostics! Park Tire went above and beyond for my safety and customer service! I recommend Park Tire for everyone who has tire needs ! This is a Downriver family-run business, and they can take care of your needs for all things tire

From management to the people working inside, every step of any process here goes smoothly and pleasantly. They are very communicative, affordable and pretty quick! Would highly recommend for a quick patch or anything else they provide!

Used to come here all of the time. Tried to take a tire off so I coukd do a brake job. They were the last ones to work on it. ALL 5 lug nuts were impossible to remove they were so tight!! Tried 4way, ratchet and they wouldnt budge. Used breaker bar, jumped on and sledge hammered 4way and nothing. Damaged my one of a kind wheel in the process. Called them at 3pm on a sat and closed already! Will not be back. Prices arent that good anyway.

What a fantastic experience at Park Tire! I came in with a leaking tire to find the sidewall had a cut so it couldn't be repaired. I was afraid I was going to have to buy all new tires in order to have them match but the team at Park found the exact same tire in their used stock at a fair price. I will definitely be back in 10k miles or so and will buy new tires from them! I felt the team was honest and trustworthy and saved me some money today!

Had an emergency on my way to work where my tire was flat due to a faulty air pump at another store, these guys had me pull my car around and filled my tire up for me and wouldn't accept anything in return. Good people good service thank you

Best place in Michigan to get tires and alignment/front end repairs done! Jim and the family there will get you rolling right at the BEST deals around! Top notch service too! Love this place!

This place is a true family owner business. This is a third generation shop. They are honest, hard working and truly care about what they do. They were able to find my tires when most places said the tire was on a nationwide back order. They also had a great price for my tires. These tires were for my motorhome so it is a very large tire and they were able to get them in one day. The price was great and the date codes on the tires were very recent. I highly recommend Park Tire - you cannot go wrong and they will not rip you off. Thank you Jimmy and Jimmy Jr!

For years now I've been a patron of Park Tire and realized it's very easy to take something amazing for granted, so I've decided a review is long overdue. The service and environment provided by Jim and his team are unchallenged. If you want the very best price delivered quickly with a smile look no further. That aside, the relationship with local municipalities is impressive. Every time I've been there Park Tire was engaged in servicing our local organizations to keep our infrastructure moving forward. I can't say enough about this company except that any business model should be mirrored by the great folks at Park Tire. I'd say keep up the great work but they don't know any other way.

Jim and his brother Jake are so incredible! Every time I ve needed tires or a flat repaired they ve always been ready to help with very fair prices, no questions asked! I would definitely recommend them! Great service!

I have always found Park Tire to be more than fair on there prices for tires and services Julia needs to realize that everything has gone up recently and it s harder for every business owner to make a profit today. $75 was a very fair price for the services she received!

I tried to get tires rotated and aligned a few weeks ago but they told me it would be a 3 hour wait. They operate on a first come first served basis and don't reserve any spots. They recommended I come early for quick service.I came by this morning and was able to get in right away. They took a look at my vehicle and told me it wasn't necessary to rotate tires and so they saved me a few bucks. Turns out the tires desperately needed to be balanced though, and now the car rides so much smoother. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes and the guys were very easy to work with.

Best tire shop around, usually in and out pretty quick each time I've gone! Excellent, Honest service! 10/10 would Recommend! Update: after many years of being a customer, they still hold up to their amazing credibility. They don't try to "upsale" you, they get you what you need and get you back on the road.

I ve been using this tire shop for years. Today they charged me $75 to mount two tires on the front of my minivan. I paid it without batting an eye. I might have to find somewhere else to go from now on, though.

Definitely Park Tire is the place to go to. Very friendly and appreciative. I pulled up my 2007 jeep grand Cherokee to see if they could loosen the lug nuts. The owner himself removed the old rusted lugs. Very kind man. I bough 4 new tires from them ..... What a difference in the way my vehicle runs. Prices are affordable , and no pressure sales.. I didn't not feel buyers remorse at all when I left... I felt great. The owner has classic vehicle's in his garage... I tried buying the 1966 lincoln continental... Iol . I told him that I will drop by every month to see if he will sell it to me. He's reply was , it was his dad's , it's been in the family for 45 years and dad made him promise never to sell it. Very kind man and a very kind son that works at the shop also. The workers too are kind .. I will definitely recommend park tire. Thank you
