FAST. The whole process was quick. I went in Monday just to get a quote, they gave me 2 options for a windshield replacement quote and had me scheduled for Tuesday. They drove to my apartment to fix the windshield and everything was done in about 30 minutes. Price was the best I found. No complaints.

The work itself was great and exceptional but but the receptionist has no business in retail. Worst attitude ever. Rude and obnoxious to give me details on my warranty. That attitude will not get you more than 25 years in business. I read the same response for every customer who complains about poor service. Let s pay more attention to the customer and address the problem

I came here to get my car window fix and it was broken into. They were amazing , they were so easy to set up an appointment with and was easy to go through my insurance. Staff was very nice and accommodating while I waited for my car to be done. Will did an amazing job fixing my window and even went above and beyond to vacuum out my entire car. Wonderful service and I know if I ever need to get a window fix that I m coming here.Service: Auto side window replacement

Just picked up our SUV after having the windshield replaced from a stone chip. What a wonderful surprise when I took in our vehicle this afternoon and Paulann informed me they could do the job now! (Saved me a day without transportation as windshield was on site). What an impressive business with customer satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone needing this service. Definitely will utilize this National Auto Glass branch again if needed, and will highly promote their employees/workmanship to friends/family. Thank you again Paulann Davis-Brown! THE WORST OF THE WORSE AUTO GLASS SHOP EVER!!SCAM ARTISTS WORKS HERE.RUDE lady at front desk!(like people said in other reviews)Kids working there with no experience on vehicles.They destroyed my car door during window replacement that was not even done.Door didt close after they tried to work on my car, they blamed me the door was not working before lolIt's brand new vehicle maybe too advanced for them to work on....100% disappointed with them.Complete waste of time.VOID THIS SHOP.

Googled their location and drove there. They are very accommodating and provided great service. Looked at my windshield told me the price and was able to complete in total of 20 minutes. I was impressed! They are no non sense kind of repair shop. Thank you for your help! I appreciate it and my dog loved your place to hang around while waiting for my car repair. My pregnant wife broke down here and parked the car over night and I explained I couldn't get it towed that night had to be following day and was told I have until 4pm or else they would have my vehicle removed which I thought was very unprofessional my vehicle was not in the way of any other vehicles and I had it towed within a couple hours which took me long enough because I was at work which I only work right down the street

Highly recommend! I initially called to gather some information about a windshield replacement and Paulann was able to help me file a claim with my insurance as well as get my replacement scheduled. On the day of my appointment, the technicians stayed true to their word and had the job completed within the time frame provided at drop off. Every person I encountered at drop off and pick up were pleasant, courteous and professional. Had my windshield replaced for my daughters 2016 Jeep Wrangler. They use quality PGW glass( Pittsburgh Glass Works is the #1 supplier of OEM automotive glass) I had to pay out of pocket because I had high comprehensive coverage. I called around and they had the best price plus had my windshield in stock. Professional installed and great customer service. I would highly recommend them.Service: Installation

I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced! The service was fast & convenient. I was also given a one year warranty. Barb was very sweet & knowledgeable about the adhesive & procedure & the price was reasonable. I had my windshield replaced earlier this year. After the installation I was not happy there was mud on inside of my vehicle. About 6 months later the windshield just split down the driver s side on its own. I called to speak with someone and there was no answer. Left a voicemail with my contact info and received no call back. I went down in person to be told there is no warranty on the windshield. Nobody bothered to look to see what caused it. It would have been more acceptable if someone took the time to look, but it goes to show what kind of place this is. I will not be doing business again nor would I recommend anyone coming here.Service: Auto windshield replacement

First of all they never made it my car there was absolutely no one in their parking lot i thought they were closed and there's a dog that barks at you as soon as you walk in the lady behind the counter is kinda rude and comes across kinda nasty. The only worker I seen couldn't of been no older then 20 so how much experience could he possibly have dealing with glass but you never know I didn't get that far after the rude lady I went the down the street to Auto One much nicer and way better prices.

Barbara in their office was great. Responded to my e-mail with a no hassle quote and made everything super easy. She even helped me with my insurance company. The price was better than anywhere else I looked. They got it done on time and the windshield looks great. Horrible customer service!!!!! I went for a windshield replacement they did a terrible job, went back and got an attitude from the lady at the front desk. Very rude!! Do not recommend this place.

I cannot say enough great things about Barb. She is knowledgeable, friendly, offers the best rates, makes sure to schedule ASAP, make sure to follow up, and her professionalism is amazing. I haves used this specific National Auto Glass several times for personal windshield replacements, always refer folks for glass needs, and have always been pleased. As a licensed insurance representative for over 17 years I have dealt with several glass companies and there was a 50/50 shot if I was going to be satisfied with the results. I was referred here from the downriver and friends fb group by alot of people. I called a few places but these guys got me an appointment quick and 50 dollars cheaper than other places I have talked to. Dropped the car off and got a call within 2 hours that it's ready to be picked up. Super sweet receptionist and great service. Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Barb was very kind the receptionist, Austin was my technician he did a bang-up job! When he started and finished in 45 minutes.. very efficient. I recommend them all the time to my friends and relatives. If you paying out of pocket they're very reasonable, they also do insurance work. Great job National auto glass!

I got a quarter size chip in my windshield. No appointment needed. I just showed up when they do these fixes (normally in between 8.00 AM - 11.00 AM). It took ~20 minutes to get it fixed. I was very happy with the service I received here. Barbara was always polite, kind, and understanding even when she had to call and reschedule my appointment because they didn't have my glass on hand and was waiting to receive it. Jim and John were the best to replace my window, they called to let me know they were 25 min. away. When they arrived they began the work right away and had the job done in 30 minutes. It also cost me less then other glass places that I called. I would recommend National Glass to anyone needing help with broken or cracked windows. Quick service..I had a front windshield replaced in under 45 mins. Great price. The installation guys left it cleaner then they received it. The young lady at the desk gave multi tasking a new meaning. She made my time there fly by. National has all my future business. They also do chip repairs. The Best windshield replacement in town by far! Was in out under a hour.Barb (receptionist I hope the name is correct) was cheerful and very pleasant to work with. She handled all the insurance stuff for me. A very pain free event.I highly recommend them .I will definitely be back, for any auto glass work. Very easy to work with. Process took 15 minutes to set up an appointment and reach out to my insurance provider for coverage. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m., got it back by 1 p.m, and I'm happy with the job done. I would recommend going to them for vehicle window replacements. They will also come out to you if the weather is warm enough, which is awesome.

Great service!Got my F-150 in for new windshield next day just ahead of bad winter storm and Got back early next morning!Sales lady worked it out and got NEW Factory windshield from another store.THANK YOU!WILL RETURN !

Pricing was very competitive, although I was very impressed with client/ people relationship. All employees, especially the woman at the desk, were very professional, courtesy with questions and concerns as well as the time in the waiting room was short and sweet so I would highly recommend this establishment for a number of reasons.

Update 11-27-19: 2nd visit different car (03 focus Mom's car) with Barb and the staff and they did it again! Thank you guys.... awesome work. And a 3rd visit coming next week with my truck for a sliding rear window, can't wait!. If your not coming here your missing out but time!!Original post : no issues or complaints from us while getting the windshield replaced in our 07 Ford Focus. Excellent , Fast and Courteous Service from the minute I arrived. They had my vehicle in the garage within 10 minutes and completed and ready for me to go with a new Windshield in my Ram Truck in about 30 minutes total! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank You National Auto Glass!
