Got my oil changed very affordable semi synthetic at 39.99. They were quick, friendly, and efficient. The only complaint I have is that I asked them not to put washer fluid in because I use rainx, but they put it in anyway.

Always a pleasant experience when they service our vehicles. Downriver Springs recommended them for oil changes, which I thought was super cool. I take the company vehicle here as well.

I ve been to Lube Cube twice and I ll definitely be returning when it s time. The customer service is great and they re just really friendly folks! The service and staff is amazing!! These guys redefine customer service! They go above and beyond. I ve been a loyal customer for years and through several different vehicles. You can tell they enjoy what they do, are sincere and don t try to haggle and sell you things you don t necessarily need. I ve recommended them to so many people that now all my friends and family are customers too!! I will be a customer for life!!

The people working are some of the most friendly, honest, and informative people around. I had gone in to get an oil change for someone else and they informed me the oil was still good to go and didn't need to be changed yet. I believe when a business is willing to be honest at the expense of a sale it shows the true nature of it and because of that when I do need one I'll go back. I'll also recommend anyone who needs anything done to go here as well.

They do everything right in front of you other places never show you them putting the oil right in front of you they really open the new oil right there in put it in right in front of you great job guys

I come here because I always get excellent service and don't get pushed into buying things. They're really personable, and I appreciate that after their inspection, they let you know what might be a good idea to get checked out/fixed. I've never felt pressured once, and the things they check out and fix, they show and clearly explain why it needs to be done. No mechanical jargon that I wouldn't understand. Fair prices, but I honestly come here even if it was a little more expensive. You just can't get that level of service elsewhere. And that peace of mind is something that you can't put a price on. Thanks all, you have a customer for life!!

Very fair prices, been here several times with several vehicles I've owned. Never any high pressure sales techniques. Would cost about the same to do it yourself but what to do with old oil? Will definitely be returning for my next service, thanks

Straight forward oil change no bells and whistles. Stopping going right before the pandemic just recently went back. Go place to go get a basic oil change.

It s great that so many other people had great reviews with this place, but not our experience. Just don t go there if you usually take care of your own car and just needed to save some time. If you re happy to sit in the car and not ask questions it sounds like a great place to go.

These guys are awesome! My car overheated on my way home, a ways away from home, and lucky I wound up in their parking lot! They were awesome to help, let me use their phone to call for a ride, let me sit inside and got me something to drink. 3 of them even stayed passed closing time until my ride and the tow truck got there, so I wouldn't have to wait outside in the dark by myself. I don't know about their work, but based on them personally and their willingness to help, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Great people here!!!Thank you guys again for all of your help! You guys rock!

As a salesman myself, I know what its like to be sold rather than serviced. Its not the experience you want when looking to get your oil changed. They come across nice enough and trust worthy but, they messed up assuming, just because I came in to get my oil changed I was with out the knowledge of what it takes or the ability to do it myself. I know what a standard oil change is and it took far too long for them to admit there was such an option. Trying to stick me with the highest price point while saying I'll knock off a few bucks. Like they're sweeting the deal for me and doing me a favor. When I wouldn't budge then all of a sudden they had the "normal" price. Which was $25 cheaper than what was quoted originally. I will make sure all I know will not go there. Especially my loved ones. Just because you smile and seem nice enough, doesn't mean you're giving good service. Don't be fooled and my recommendation is for you not to go here.

Brian gave exceptional service!! even went the extra mile and cleaned the engine cover for us. He made sure everything was topped off which made me feel great about my purchase. I would recommend anyone in the downriver Detroit area to stop in at lube cube to get a full oil chance service.

I got charged $70 for an oil change and an air filter for my Ford Flex. Seems high. Service was good, but I won t go back. I feel embarrassed to have paid $70.

Always a good experience at this family owned business with great staff. They never try to add extras just because and its reassuring that I can go without needing hubby. Other than the dealership, this is the only place we trust.

Only place I go to get all 4 of my vehicles serviced for oil change. They treat you rite. Everyone is always nice and they don't push services on you like some other places I have gone too. Prices are good also

Just left up there today and what a beautiful visit. The customer service was very friendly, and they even offered my daughter a sucker and talked with her seeing that she was scared of the noises. They told me the prices for everything up front, and I was in and out with no problems, with a discount at that. Very satisfied.

Great service, the workers are knowledgeable besides oil changes, they don't try to get one pass you. Very genuine bunch of guys. Oh and the discounts! Been a customer for 3 years and no complain from me so far.

Amazing. I love coming here for my oil changes. Friendly service, and Brian, Steve and Johnny are awesome! Great at their jobs. I trust them fully. And wouldn't go anywhere else for my oil change.

AWESOME! I'm 50+ years old, and this is the best oil place I've ever been! I've only been there 3 times, I'm new to the area, and with oil places every other block, I recommend this one. They actually sent me home today, saying I didn't yet need my first oil change on my brand new car (5k miles) that manufacturer recommends waiting till more milage before first change. Then proceeded to fill my wiper fluid and check tires. Best place ever!

Great staff. Always take good care of my autos.Can't trust a lot of oil change places to work on my cars. Something is always wrong when I get home.
