I've had multiple members in my family bring in a vehicle and every time they get the job done in a timely manner. They both are informative about the issues, straight to the point and don't try to upsell you on anything, just the necessary items. It's hard nowadays to find a reliable, trustworthy place but think I've found a diamond in the rough here.

unprofessional. the owner is rude, unorganized and doesn't deserve your business.Apparently the owner has enough time to write an essay in response to my honest review., Could have done a few oil changes in the amount of time.Here's the real story..I've been going to Direct for years, Loyal customer., Never once dealt with this owner., Only dealt with Don.Came in, asked about getting an oil change, owner said nope. I asked about an appointment., the owner laughed when I suggested a date 2 weeks away, wouldn't let me make an appointment like I've done time and time again when dealing with Don.I then stopped by again 2 weeks later right at 8am. Asked about an oil change.. The owner said nope. I said that is not right.. The owner started crying about how I need to understand that he doesn't hire anyone and that the owner does all the work.You put a huge oil change sign out front, I was just trying to support you even more by getting an oil change, I thought you needed the business that's why people use signs.Take a look at your records, you'll see I was a loyal customer. Doesn't seem to matter to you, I hurt your feelings by asking twice about an oil change. SMH

Had a few services here until I ran into problems here, the service done to the throttle body of my vehicle wasn t properly installed by these guys, seriously I had this vehicle in 3-4 times for the same throttle codes, after getting it fixed for the second time here for the same problem, the car leaves me stranded and it s the same issue, no problem though, had jacks auto repair down the street find out you botched the wiring and installed a faulty throttle body and throttle wiring, fixed and no problems after your botched attempt.You can also change the opening hours with how late you guys are to come to your own job seriously for people to have to wait for you to be late to work is hillarious, no one should spend money here seriously, minimum standards for showing up, minimum effort into fixing cars seriously wouldn t even trust you guys to fill my wiper fluid

I have used their shop a few times. Excellent worka and fair prices. They also own Memory Lane Drive In in Monroe. Great family atmosphere.

Took our minivan there on Thursday. Todd tells me that he's the only one there and might not get to it until Monday. Come Friday I get a call and gives me an estimate on repairs. Two hours later he calls and says it's ready. Todd is a great guy and very friendly. This is the second time he's had the van and no complaint here. I will continue to take our vehicles to him.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

First time here and was recommended by a friend and the owners Todd or Don are outstanding! They are thee most honest mechanics that I have ever met. They went above and beyond for my step kids SUV. If anyone ever needs a reliable mechanic shop, this is your to go shop!!!! Thank you Don and Todd for all the hard work you guy's did to her car!!! Very much appreciated.....

Me and my husband have each taken our cars here a couple times. Todd and his guys have always been very helpful. We have always been happy with the work. He even caught some things on my car that the dealership didn't. One of the things I really like is I am not treated badly or price gouged because I'm a woman. I have had many shops try to do this in the past. They also get the work done timely so I'm not without a car longer than necessary. I now won't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Direct Car Care to anyone looking to have auto repairs done.

I recently thought my clutch went out and called around to get estimates from many local shops. When I called Direct Car Care he not only gave me the best price but took the time to ask me what was happening and why I thought I needed a clutch. He told me that he didn't believe that was my problem but explained what my issue probably was. I decided to have my car towed there for repair. While waiting in the lobby and listening to customers ahead of me I felt very glad I came here. Todd the owner was very detailed in the repairs he did for them and I could tell that the other customer really liked going there. They were busy but said they would get to mine very soon. Hours later Todd called me and told me that the issue was the clutch cylinder he thought it was and it saved me hundreds of dollars. Had my car back the same day. Honestly say it's the best customer service I ever had. Great job

Todd earned my trust instantly over the phone by knowing a common problem with my truck and ended up saving me $600 by him fixing a small problem and the other place wanted to replace a bunch of other stuff that there was nothing wrong with. I've been taking all my vehicles to him since and he's always been very honest and affordable. Great guy!!

I ve taken my charger here a couple times and they ve always done great work at an affordable price. I ve had shocks, struts, brake pads and rotors, oil change, tire rotation, and front-end alignment with wheel balance. Always courteous! I ll bring my car here for years to come.

Great customer services! Todd will not RIP anyone off. My son purchased a 2003 focus he wanted his Air recharged took it there he charged it after he confirmed it would hold a vacuum. The compressor wasn't kicking on took him 10 minutes to find out it was the fuse. 67.4 is what it cost Bell tire wanted 125 to 165 just to charge the ac. I recomend everyone I talk to go to Direct Car Care.

Direct Car Care is a great place to take your vehicles.. Todd is a good honest man here to help you today and for the many years to come! I've been going to him for years now and I will continue to! Ive recommended many people to him! Direct Car Care is a stand up place that isn't out to rip off one time customers like many other shops that are here today and gone tomarro! Give them a opportunity to handle your car needs they will not let you down!

Direct Car Care has taken care of my wife's care and also my car twice now. All four instances were great customer service, professional, honest and jobs were done quick for the work that had to be done. Todd and Don make a great team! I refer all of my friends and family to come here

Direct Car Care is a very good place to take your vehicle if you want great service and people who treat you with respect. Todd is a hands on owner, and his staff is highly qualified. I only use them to work on my vehicle for they are very good at what they do.

After a rough couple of months dealing with a mystery problem with my car, and blowing $600 at Clint's Auto Repair in Lincoln Park, because Clint lied to us the whole time(that place will rip you off), My father finally recommended DCC. Myself and everyone I know who have worked with Todd and Don have had nothing but excellent service. The problem that I dealt with, wasted 2 months and over $600 on, Todd found within hours of dropping my car off, and had it fixed for a fraction of the cost that other garages wanted to charge me. They truly take their time and do the due diligence to make sure you're taken care of.

This was my first experience with this repair facility and I am definitely satisfied with the work they did. Auto repair is the #1 RIP-OFF in the State of Michigan and has been for many years. I have been its victim many times and I can honestly say that good mechanics are few and far. Give them a try and judge for yourself.

Tod and Don are mechanic's that take Pride in their work and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. When they work on a car it's like they are working on their own and use quality parts on every job. I highly recommend this repair shop for anyone looking for a shop you can depend on always. Even though I can only rate this shop at 5 stars I myself give them 10 stars.

Today, I was told by the Alignment Shop that handles Cars as old as Mine that, I needed a Center Link on my 1965 Fastback Mustang, due to its possible damage from it not being tightened properly by the previous installer. Prices for the part locally were anywhere from $120 to $200. I took the car over to Direct Car Care as I trust Todd, the owners opinion! Upon his inspection, he found no damage determining that, if, it was tightened carefully with the correct torque the part would be fine for the required alignment. They corrected the problem by adjusting the part that was improperly installed. Now, I am up, the $120+ for the part, and, another $120+ in labor, to of had that part installed! Saved me over $240! YES!Thank You to the Guys at Direct Car Care!When you drive older cars like mine, honest service only supports the enjoyment of owning a collectable!

The technicians at Direct Care Care are knowledgeable and efficient! They diagnosis the problem correctly so that your not paying for repairs that you don't need, saving you time, money and labor costs. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else and recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks Todd, Don, and Mike.

This is the first time i have actually felt comfortable taking my car to the shop. The owner actually showed me the problem and explained it to me so i understood . Alot of other mechanics dont do that. He was honest and has great customer service. Also decent prices.

I have had my Suburban rear air conditioner unit fixed by Todd, the cost was affordable and the results great, he also worked on my vw Passat diesel with the same results. now he just identified the problem with my 2010 f150 steering, ordered the part and fixed it but most all I wanted to leave town Monday morning and he told me not to go it was not safe to drive and made time to fix my vehicle. Direct Car Care is just as it sounds he CARES for your safety.

I went there because my steering wheel started wobbling. It was the closest place to me. It turns out it was my tire. They didn't even charge me for looking at it. They were so friendly. Hands down the best experience I have ever had dealing with repair shops!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!
