Excellent service, great prices. Had large wheels, needed some tires mounted with a bit of stretch. No one else could do it, I went to hot wheel, they had it done in half hour. All four wheels, and it was cheaper than the other 7 shops I went to first. My bad. I'll be only be going to hit wheel city in the future. Absolute pros.

Great place to deal with. They offer financing if you don't have the funds available. They take pride in their work aswell. Never left me feeling cheated!

Bought a tire and they didn't balance it had to find out when I left for a trip and had to stop on 75 to have it balanced at a different shop

Called on Thursday to get our front brakes done, and got an appointment the next day for very reasonable price. Great to have a friendly and honest mechanic in the neighborhood. Glad we gave this place a try, will definitely be using them for any future auto repair needs in the future. Thanks George!

I've dealt with many different garages/collision, oil and tire shops. I can say for sure this place is unique, stylish and although anybody of any age can go here and be as satisfied as I am; I'd say its a great place for younger people to get their rides upgraded and fixed.Called around 9am when they opened said I needed help after a tire blow out the night before that I didn't notice had happened. They said bring it in and 3 hours later I had 4 new and upgraded (in size and style) tires. I didnt catch the name of the big guy with the beard and glasses at the front desk but he did all the leg work for me, got me what I feel was an AWESOME price for what I was looking for and made me feel welcomed. I wasn't sure just how happy this small upgrade would make me but I smiled all the way home and I'm definitely setting up another visit to see what else this place has to offer. I'd recommend this to anybody who's fed up with other local places ripping you off.

I took my 2008 Jeep commander and the work was done that was less than reputable. I had a simple level kit put on. Which when I picked it up they didn t inform me on anything needed to be replaced. Same day I picked it up is the same day I ended up having to get my axels replaced. Now it s 2 weeks later and my truck breaks down on the side of 75. The mechanic shop I took it to showed me they left the axel locking pins off my axels. Thank for over charging and not helping with the problem. Don t go here don t waste your money or time

Got new tires for my 4x4 and no problem. Ordered a lift for my truck and had nothing BUT problems. We understand that things are backed up for covid but we never got a straight answer for the order, no invoice number. Called Rough Country and they confirmed they even have the kits in. Ended up paying over $1100 in financing for nothing. Canceled order. SNAP gave us a credit and we went to Arandas in Detroit.

Got overcharged for a set of 4 new tires and a wheel Alignment they told me it was done never was they gave me my $100 back then I start googling the prices of the tire and way over Priced I recommend nobody to go there or do your homework

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They blatantly lied to me and told me that a mechanic would arrive in 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I asked again what time the mechanic would be there and some kid came out and told me that he needed another 2 hours! I was also there yesterday and the same thing happened with them being this honest about when the mechanic Would come. Horrible way to do business to keep lying and changing times while wasting customers time!

I bought new tires and rims, and a leveling kit for my truck. Got the tires and rims installed but they never put the leveling kit on. It s been months and they won t refund my money!!! (I paid in cash) and every time I try to get my refund, I m told they don t have that much cash there. Have gone back multiple times and still can t get my money back!!! Stay away!!!

Great experience with Hot wheel city.Roxana help me get financing for my new lift kit, wheels, and also to fix my suspension problem.Great mechanic did a good job and over all good experience defiantly comming back for future business. Love the upgrade.Thanks alot guy

My experience of this place was word of mouth my Sister took her car here for some minor front end work and to replace and rotate her tires. Certain things were done on her car that she did Not request to be done so that made her have to take her car back to be fixed again they ended up making things right but it's alot of hassle when you think your car is fixed the first time it goes into the shop but you have to return it for other repairs who wants the hassle working people need their cars. I use her car at times also so it was like we were sharing a car. But you take the good with the bad.

Very shady place to do business at. Purchased rims and tires from them and new wheel sensor's. All 4 tires have hobbles in them have been calling and showing up to have them replaced for 2 months and just keep getting the run around. Would not recommend using any of the hot wheel city or wheel city at all. And all the 5 star reviews they have are fake done by employees who work there and at other locations. Dislike the fact that I cant give them a zero star rating. Hopefully you guys will see this on the news soon. Save your money go else where

Update : So I had it rated 5 stars yesterday because of how well it went, but we noticed when we left that the car was shaking and couldnt figure out why. Took it to Firestone today 3/28/19 and found out that they didnt balance the tires and put the tires on backwards. It also caused the alignment to be off. So now we are paying more money to fix the alignment and balance the tires otherwise within a week it would have worn out $400 worth of 4 brand new tires. They could have done right if they weren't in so much of hurry. Granted it was near closing when they started doing the tires but this is ridiculous.3/27/19 -Roxana was very helpful and patient with us especially when she had other customers she was able to multitask very well. Thank you again (:

Went in after a Facebook advertisement and bought four new tires. The next day I drove over a curb and my front tire got really messed up. Got a free replacement the next day because they were covered by free road hazard warranty. These guys rock !

I was referred here by the HWC on Plymouth. I was greeted by Jason. On may 14th, He quoted me on everything and told me that the work Would be done by my birthday, May 29. I paid him $2000 upfront. Long story short, I picked my truck up on June 25th, with no results! No work whatsoever was done to my truck, and they refuse to give me my $2000 back. I wish I could give Jason and HWC Lincoln Park, 0 stars!!,

Everything was cool from start to finish got my wife new rims and tires for an anniversary gift they have great customer service unlike Gardner white but thats neither here nor there lol but now she has 20 inch veleen rims and the lexani tires and red powder coated brake calibers I'll definitely continue to do business with them from here on out

People beware if your thinking of having them do a lift on your truck DO NOT go here their so called certified mechanic does not even know that stacking lift blocks on trucks is very unsafe and it's also ILLEGAL in Michigan dont believe me look up MCL 257-710c I wouldn't trust them for anything other than wheels and tires if that like others have said very shady business going on here//////////////////_______///////_________________________////////EDIT::: I received a call 2 days after posting this review from roxana or shawna who knows from the posts she has on Facebook marketplace with the same photo she said that I forgot my license when I was inquiring about a lift and wheels and tires I said I would come get it everything was fine on the phone when I showed up she held my license ransom while she was asking me to delete my review I said no she then became violent and threw my license at me and said BEST BELIEVE ME WE ARE COMING TO YOUR HOUSE pretty sad when you cant speak the truth about a business without being threatened guess they are even shadier than I thought everything in the response from owner is complete lies

Had a flat tire & I was right by this shop. I stopped in & asked for a plug. I was told Can t get you in til 2morrow it was not close to closing time, there wasn t any customers. Unbelievable
