First of all very horrible customer service off the rip. I bought 4 brand new uniroyal tires from Belle tire. Six months later I took it in because my car was swaying very badly and they said it s because the tires are new. Fast forward 4 months and my tire blew and I had to pay 50$ for the warranty of the tire that blew up and could ve cost me or someone my life. Never again shopping here.

I m only giving them a two star rating because they were courteous, BUT THEIR LOWEST PRICE MOTTO IS UTTER NONSENSE AND RATHER INSULTING. I was in the market for a new set of tires for my truck and being a savvy consumer I did some price comparison. The first price I got was from Discount Tire and Taylor it was $1,560.63. Next Bell-tire quotes me $1,518.13, about 2.6% cheaper than Discount Tire. I head back to Discount Tire and they quote me $1,401.63, about 7.5% cheaper than Bell-tire. At that point I email the Discount Tire quote to Bell-tire Bell-tire calls me and says they ll do it for $1,398 and some change. That equates to about 3/10 of a percent cheaper. Three dollars and some change less than Discount Tire. I FIND THE BELL-TIRE QUOTE EXTREMELY INSULTING ON MANY LEVELS. For example, I would ve had more personal respect for Bell-tire if they would ve just called me and said, they couldn t beat the Discount Tire price in any significant way. In my opinion, that s what a mature person would have done; rather than, calling to insult me with a savings of less than $4.00 on a $1,400.00 purchase. As a consumer, it s my responsibility to get the most value for my hard earned dollar. Perhaps Bell Tire should change their lowest price period MOTTO to lowest price period, BUT DON T EXPECT ANY SUFFICIENT SAVINGS. In the past three years or so, I ve spent between $2500 & $3000 with Bell-tire on new tires, this insulting experience has swayed me away from purchasing anything from BELL-tire in the future.

Dropped my vehicle off at 9 am to have them fix and or replace any suspension work. Told them to just call me with a price, and any heavy duty suspension options, I was going to have them do it regardless. He said "No problem if anything we would have to order the parts." Called at 6pm that night and said no one had called me with a price or talk about upgrading the suspension that I had asked for. The answer I got was "OH, we haven't brought it in the shop yet." At 9 am they could get it in, at 6 pm I was told that they could possibly get me a quote in the morning. So basically they would have tied my vehicle up for 3 to 4 days 2 days to just quote me a price, a day to get the parts then another day to install said parts.No communication from them whatsoever. Would definitely not recommend going to Lincoln Park Belle Tire for vehicle service. Definitely look at a different Belle Tire if your dead set on Belle Tire.

If you value your car don't take it here. I've taken my car to this establishment twice and both appointments have had everlasting damage on my car. The first time I took it in for a flat tire, thought everything was okay until I realized my hub cap was missing. They either didn't put it on at all or put it on incorrectly and it fell off within 2 hours of driving. They claimed they didn't have it and couldn't do anything about it. A week later a "Tire Pressure Monitor System Failure" alert popped up on my car. This has been coming on and off for months now.Fast forward a few months driving on the highway feels like I'm bouncing on a gravel road, so I bring my car in a month ago. First they charged me $400 for a "broken tire rod" that I couldn't even tell you if it was replaced or had anything to do my car troubles because nothing changed. They then told me my back two wheels are bent and "they don't fix that" which the cashier later questioned why the worker would say that on the phone. The cashier then told me he can't find any match wheels to mine and needs me to find replacements at a junkyard. They never did anything about my tire pressure monitor system when I clearly wrote that when I dropped of my car. Two days after I finally got my car back, one of my new hub caps came flying off on the highway. I don't know how it's so complicated to put on hub caps, but the workers at this store can't seem to figure it out. I finally got the chance to do grab some wheels week, and when I went to change mine I found that I have a bunch of the wrong size lug nuts on my car, and most of them have been striped.So much has gone wrong in two appointments that I can't even put it all into words. I'll never trust this place again after hiring and allowing a neanderthal to work on my car.

DO NOT get oil change from this place J.Chippa did oil change left oil lipstick half way out of engine.DID NOT put cap back my winshild solution container back on have oil all over my engine from this and I'm half quarter low from this .if I didn't see smoke coming out would have blowing engine..this man need to be fired..

Free estimate then I got struts ball joint and alignment they had it fixed in less than 4 hours my jeep drives a nice and all parts r warranty happy

Had an appointment to get tire looked at had to wait a hour. Said the tire was fixable but they can t fix it have to take it somewhere else and they can t give a new tire even though had insurance for the tires. Would give 0 stars if I could

I always get good service when I go to this Belle Tire. I love the protection plan they offer for the tires, rotating them every 6,000 miles for free. The time it takes to rotate tires is worth it in the end, extending their usefulness. If you can, I do recommend you go when they open to get the rotation done because they get so busy. I ve been told Mondays are busier so choose a different day if you can. Thanks, Belle Tire for the great service!

came for an alignment.. he told me he d be able to get me done in 2 hrs.. 130$ waited 5 hrs just to be told he couldn t preform it unless I fixed something else. Trust me these people aren t the real deal. Ended up going to tire mall and got it done in 2 hrs and it was 60$

You cannot put a price on true professionalism and honesty, which this Shop has! Kenny (the shop manager I believe) and his team provided me with great service and saved me lots of money when compared to another mechanic shop that said I needed all type of things for my vehicle. These guys were honest and will always get my business.

I love doing business with them let just say i wasnt confident about the last service i received from them!! Not in their work!! They has always done a awesome job however not so much about the price.I have a 2013 ford explorer and my steering shaft went out they charged me five something alone. They go on to say my sway link needed to be replaced along with a wheel alignment. They say it was going to be 1,500 when i told them i didn't have it they said the total will be 1,050.After seeing what work was done I looked up the part prices, let's just say it would've been few hundred cheaper had i brought my own parts

I am starting to wonder. Bell Tire has worked on my SUV for the 6 years I owned it. Never had a major issue. 6 months after I give it to my adult daughter she takes it in to have the breaks done...$1500 into it and another call something else is wrong and the price is going up.

Stopped in last night after work to see if I could get my car looked at the following day for some issues, the guy said no problem just come in tomorrow. Following morning which is today go in around 8:15 to drop off my car and the guy behind the counter said no one is here that can perform the task for the issues I was in for because those guys were off today. What the hell really? Very unorganized I will say

Save yourself money and get better service at DISCOUNT TIRE. But If you prefer poor customer service and don't mind being manipulated then definitely go to a belle tire. I've been coming to this location for all my vehicle repairs for about 10 years now. I will no longer go to any Belle Tire location because of how poorly this place handles business. I caught them charging me double for a part 2 months after I got the same repair, my bill went from $415, to $915 for the same repair. They blamed inflation & told me the previous bill must have been dicounted for no reason at all. And the even more unprofessional issue I ran into was when the main manager, Josh, threw a $40 wheel alignment warranty into my base repair bill, on the phone and in person, without mentioning any seperate price. Until I gave the main manager, my card to pay. Then he said "oh and your wheel alignments are covered with that year warranty".. i said "What warrany? That comes with my repair price?" He said, "No, it was an extra $40, but definitely worth it"... I said, "so it's $875 without?" Shouldn't you tell a customer the base price, before warranties, before they hand you their card to pay? Very disappointed, I was the last 1 bringing them business in my family and I finally see why. Belle Tire lost my business and definitely plenty more.I reached out to corporate as well and haven't heard anything back. They only have a voicemail line, not a direct line, and they don't respond back to voicemails.

Quoted me a crazy amount then bent my frame to where I couldn't drive it I had to get it towed! I drove it there!!! They broke my car more than when it got there and didn't offer to fix or rectify the situation at all!! Never go to this place!

Haven't been here in a while, had a bad tire they patched it at no cost to me. I'm thankful for the courtesy and my tire is performing well. Great place to buy tires but I stand behind my intial assessment of this establishment. Take away two things from my experience please, always find a establishment where you can talk to the person actually working on your car. Unless your schedule won't allow, wait for your car to be serviced.

Very quick service for me.Went in with low tire pressure Sean was quick to get me signed in. Brandon was quick to pickup the car and have it checked.They found a nail on one tire that I suspected. Fixed real fast.Instant service, out in 30 mins or so.No charges!

So I spent well over a thousand dollars for brand new tires with a warranty!!! I go back today for a tire repair (very 1st time) and was told car had to be left no time given no ride home no appointment allowed to be set, was told I was welcome to wait but it wouldn t be ready until sometime in the afternoon still no time and they take on a first come first serve basis This ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never do business with Belle Tire again!!! And the guy that waited on me was not very nice about it he looked as if he enjoyed telling this poor customer service information! The location in Lincoln Park really sucks!!! After my warranty is up I m done with Belle Tire!!!

The employees are disrespectful beyond disrespectful. However they get away with talking to customers like they do is beyond me. They failed to replace service packs on my tires, when that eventually made my tire leak, I looked at the website and the work they had done according to the invoice and what I had seen. Not a single service pack was done, then when confronted, lied, and got argumentive.Southgate bell tire is much more considerate and fixed the mistake at no cost. When they did, I was told this is a normal practice for LP to do this to people...Careful where you take your car.

Be careful the Lincoln park location has side agendas, they will attempt to do work to your car that it doesn t need. They will tamper with your vehicle to try and get more money out of you. I brought my car in for a simple front end alignment and after a few hours of them having my car I get a call saying I was all set and my car was ready for pick up so I went to get my car and the guy says to me you don t owe us nothing because we didn t do any work to car. I never received a call saying we was unable to do the work needed, no update, just a call saying I was all set. This place will rob you and tamper with you vehicle DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION!!! My car after picking it back up from them had an extremely loose steering wheel which it did not have before!

Service Advisor Sean was able to have our vehicle serviced on short notice on a Saturday following an unexpected low tire warning light, returning the vehicle to my family in time for our daughter to drive to work on time. The technicians were thorough in diagnosing and solving the issue. We consistently receive prompt, courteous, and professional service from the team at this location for both of our vehicles.

I was helped by Kevin in the front today. Despite my appointment not being properly scheduled, he managed to fit me in and get two of my tires replaced in about three hours. He was very professional and understanding, and got me the best deal possible. Will definitely be recommending this location in the future! Thanks, Kevin!
