Quick, friendly and professional service! They made fixing my broken down lawn mower become operational again really smoothly and fast! Towing services, summer lawn mower maintenance, golf cart tire repair, and other small engine repairs. We've had really good service with our smaller tractor repairs too in the past. Would definitely use their services again!

I can't even go into how dissatisfied I was with this business. The first time (Yes I had to turn around and go back) I went, I took my own part, because it was recommended I do so. While they didn't try to rip me off on the labor charge, I understood why after leaving. The young man who did the repair, while very nice, was VERY NEW, and had to keep stopping and go inside to "Borrow" tools, because he didn't have his own. At least that's what he said. I had to have the trailer light assembly replaced, because I was trying to pick up a U-Haul trailer, and I couldn't get it until the trailer lights were working. So I went back to get the U-Haul and my trailer lights still weren't working. Clark's never tested the new assembly lights to see if the problem was resolved. SO BACK TO CLARK'S I WENT. I explained the lights still weren't working, and was told by Matt(?) that they "Really didn't do that kind of work", but he'd check the fuses. Once he found the fuse and pulled it, he handed it off to another guy and told him to check it to see if it was any good. The other guy took the fuse, and immediately started to place it back where it was taken out of. I stopped him and asked him if it was good or not, and he looked at me as if I had 3 head's. Then proceeded to tell me he thought it was. So I went and found Matt(?), and asked him if the fuse was good, and he told me, my best bet was to take my vehicle to Hitches and More in Jackson, and tell them that he sent me there. That they would take care of me. I thought to myself, if you don't know what you are doing, and you are going to recommend me to a place and tell me to tell them you sent me??????? YEAAAAAAAAA NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!!!!! I took my vehicle to Ultimate Auto Repair and got the job done, by a REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF AS IF I WAS FAMILY!!!!CAN NOT, WILL NOT RECOMMEND CLARK'S

I recently had my Troybuilt lawnmower repaired by Joel and his team. I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome. They are very caring and understanding of the conversation on the phone as to what is needed to be done and I find Clark's to be a great go to for the help I need on my lawn tractor. Thank you all so much for my much needed help! I gave you 5 stars!!

I took my riding lawn mower to Clark's as it wouldn't start. They were able to fix the electrical wiring issue and recommended other needed repairs which I approved. The work was done well and timely.

I took my John Deere 4200 in for basic hydraulic fluid change and right axile seal replacement. On changing the hydraulic fluid found a piece of metal on the magnet that was from the PTO (a L shaped metal finger ) that needed repair. Matt called me to discuss and stated total cost would be around $2700 -$2800 . So I agreed and he said he would need $1800 down and then I'd owe $900 at pickup. Of course when I came to pick it up price had escalated $500.00- total at pickup was now $1400.00. I discussed this with Matt- who now said he didn't include the price for the hydraulic change - and said that I had talked to another individual there about that. Interesting in that he was involved at the beginning given the hydraulic fluid was drained when they noted the "metal finger" issue and I asked him specifically what the total price would be over the phone. He then admitted to the fact that there was lack of communication although additional $500 he could not do anything about. Next on the bill I noted they charge 3.5% for credit card use- they also don't let you know about until you come in to pay the bill. He did agree to waive the credit card cost. In my opinion- beware of this place and make sure you get a price in writing because of obvious experience I had.I am also a business man and if I make a mistake as such I would at least go half way to make it right. Customers always spread the word and business can change quickly when legitimate negative experiences impact us..Interesting note- this place is not accredited through the BBB which holds businesses to high standards so no one really to complain to. I did speak to my friend who recommended Clark to me- he was shocked and I think when you treat a customer as such- word gets around. If you own a tractor it is wise to make sure the mechanics working on your equipment are certified and know what they are doing- Im not sure about this place in that regard. Ill stick with D and G at this point!

Took my mower in last year. They had it over 2 months. Called.... they had not even started work on it! Dragged their feet in fixing. Over $1000 later, and 3 months in the shop it STILL DID NOT WORK. Will never go there again. Poor customer service. Got ripped off, they never made it right .... and was not able to get any type of refund.

My delivery van broke down in the parking lot there, Matt, Morgan and the rest of the team couldn t have been more helpful, the guys in the back stopped eating their lunch to try to help me out. Ultimately it had to be left there, needed to order parts,, they made sure I got back to work and within 2 hour got a text stating the van was fixed. Great prices , great location and great service.

I ve been waiting in the parking lot of a repair shop for over an hour because they said that Our motorcycle was ready yesterday, if obviously wasn t since we showed up today at 4:30 and didn t drive away until 6. This would only be mildly inconvenient except for the fact that we gave them the motorcycle in June of last year for a simple repair after calling and they confirmed that they could have it done in two weeks but instead of having it done in two weeks they returned none of our phone calls dodged every phone call they could when we did get a hold of them and every time We came out they said that it would be ready soon it ll be ready soon it ll be ready soon. Turns out they didn t even start working on it till January of this year. It s been here for 11 months we have called and called and visited. This is ridiculous. We specifically chose them because they said they could do it quick as we used it daily as a commuting vehicle. I am so very disappointed and angry.

if I could give them half a star or negative Stars I would they took my money they didn't fix my vehicle they wouldn't stand behind their work or help me out with what they assumed the new or continuing problem was do not go there. almost $900 for them to fix allegedly then when the same problem recurred they wanted another $2,800.

Never had a bad experience with Clarks. Used them for years from fixing a flat tire to overhauling my skidsteer. Just recently had my generator rebuilt and a tune up on the zero turn. There isn't much these guys can't fix

I brought a lawn mower to be repaired and was told it needed a rubber o-ring to stop gas from leaking but they didn't fix it. If they didn't have one ( and you would think they would) there's a hardware store about a block away. Very poor service is the bottom line.

Best place to get the small engines fixed. I had my lawnmower with damaged engine, although they are very busy but they really turned the things quicker.

These guys shouldn't be working on anything... took them my bobcat to get hydraulic leak fixed, turned around and took it right back. Still leaking. Have a independent guy fixing it this time. He just called and said they tightened fittings. Problay will end up in court

Was given an estimate of $900 to fix my backhoe. Actual bill was more than double that. Transport (contracted) accounted for some of that but I could have been advised of this exposure prior to committing. I was told that the transporter was in my neighborhood and would have believed this meant that exposure to transport cost would be reduced. $500 was cost to pickup and deliver to Jackson.

Took my tractor to dem there tractor repair guys and gals, in the big city of leslie!!! They did one hell of a job, on that there tractor, runs like a 1918 Waterloo boy should. They even put a spit shine on that ole girl. That there was my first trip to that big city of leslie, looks to be a good place to visit on our next vacation with the kin folks, the only thing is I think it's the head quarters for them little people, that's all they gots over there, little people and they keep yelling at a " squirrel " out back. Strange but a great place to take your ole girl for a tune up!!!
