Burrus Auto was able to fix my exhaust manifold and do a tune up on my 2016 F150 for $500 less than what was quoted to me by another shop just for the exhaust manifold. Rod & Nikki were fast, honest and very reasonably priced. Burrus Auto is always my number one for auto repair. Old Bessy, my 1937 Dodge had her differential fully rebuilt. Good as new.

My kids live in Kalamazoo, and I moved 3 hours away a few years ago. I rely on Rod and Nicki to get my kids cars repaired honestly and at a fair price. We (family, extended family, etc) have been customers of Burrus Auto for years. I recommend everyone to them. They are very honest and straight up with what they find is causing your car issues. There prices are more than fair and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

This family is wonderful... hard working, honest and accurate! I had a caliper leaking brake fluid and Rod fixed it quickly and at the best price in town! You won't find a better or more HONEST mechanic, thank you so much to Rod and his wife for restoring my trust in mechanic shops. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Relatively new to Burrus Auto, but very pleased with their diagnostic and preventive mtn services that accurately reflect vehicle condition and service needs at a very fair price and they do not try to up sell unneeded parts or services. Recently, they repaired my AC compressor at a fraction of the OEM cost quoted by local dealer - highly recommended!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rod's service is always exceptional. We've never had a mechanic who's so genuinely concerned about the well-being of his customers. Our latest interaction with Burrus involved Rod catching a leaking valve cover during a used car inspection on a vehicle we were considering buying. This is just one example of phenomenal service from Rod & Burrus Auto. Cannot thank them enough for catching this issue and all the other help they've given us over the years!

Rodney is fantastic! Not only did he make time in his day to fit me in, but he also let me know at 5:50pm that if I wanted to pick up my car I could. Knowing that my wife was expecting any day having the car back was a HUGE deal and I appreciate how quickly he got us back up and running. I will definitely be back.

Took my son's car in to be repaired. After picking it up we had to take it back the next day for another unexpected item. Rod was awesome to work with. He made sure my son's car was safe to be back on the road. We will definitely be back when needed.

My wife and I stopped in because I was having a problem with a tire. After speaking with Rod and him looking at my car, I told him that I was suppose to have a warranty on the tires but that a large retail chain had refused to warranty a prior tire. He showed me where on the tire there was a broken belt which had caused a flat spot and a exposed belt. He told me that I should go back to the big box retailer and have them fix it. He did not charge me for the visit, I went back to the big box and this time they fixed it.I went back and had an alignment done about a month later and he did great work.This business is located in the former Merlin 200,000 Mile shop location across from McDonalds on South Westnedge Ave.

Took a little longer then expected but it's a walk to the mall to pass the time, they fixed a stripped bolt and put on one of my tires for free. Very family friendly and family owned. Great people. Friendly service.

I take my vehicles there. My coworkers and their families take their vehicles there. A talented mechanic who genuinely knows his stuff and will keep your cars running like a clock. Some people go their whole lives wishing they could find a trustworthy "they do it all" shop like this.

They were straight shooters, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with.I hope my cars work forever and I never need to come back, but I know who I'm calling if it doesn't work out like that.
