I absolutely love this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tools are good quality and fairly low priced. I have bought everything from boot socks and gloves to automotive repair tools. 10 of 10 would definitely recommend. Mechanics and tradesmen would love this store. (Diesel mechanic 20+ years)

Jake Helpled me out of a Jam, Had a broken down Truck/Trailer in the area and he lended a hand with repairs with Forklift when no one would! Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I finally stopped in here after years of driving by it, thinking they were a high priced, specialty tool shop. I couldn't have been more wrong!They have a HUGE selection of tools and accessories, ranging in price. Some of the cheaper stuff you should expect to get what you pay for, but most of I like that way.I walked in looking for one small tool and walked out with my arms full. I'll def be returning and stocking up on a number of things I already have my eye on.

I own a small fabrication shop in lapeer county, and these guys are who I get ALL of my abrasives, cutoff wheels, drillbits ect from and they are second to none!! Friendly fair pricing and always a good conversation before leaving !!

I love this place. Been buying tools here for years and never been disappointed. There's a lot of cheap stuff that I wouldn't trust for some things, but if cheap is what you want for basic projects, they've got it. Just go in with realistic expectations and you'll be happy. It's all good enough to do the job 90% of the time, and cheap enough to replace if you are too hard on it. It's not like Craftsman is any better quality anymore...

I absolutely love going into this place. Be careful though, you will find a bunch of things you didn t know you needed but will buy. Awesome selection for how small the store is and the people who work there are truly great. They have tools for the backyard mechanic all the way to the hardened professional. I ve never had a bad experience there. Just a great hometown tool store!

I went to the palace to buy a very nice 2020 big horn. The salesperson Sherry Hart, helped me with the exact truck I was looking for. She worked very hard to find it. If your looking for a great sales person, she will work very hard to find the truck your looking for. Sherry Hart, thank you for all that you did for me. Love My Truck!!?

Got excellent service at Sam and Jake's today. I was running late, but they stayed open a few extra minutes for me. They were very friendly and carried a drill bit I couldn't find anywhere else. Will be back here for sure.

Sam and Jake's had a huge choice of tools to buy and at prices that are fantastic. I have never needed a tool that they didn't have. Great service and well. 5 business.

This place has got a lot of different tools in stock and quality brands, the workers are polite and helpful. They warranty products that they sell. Will shop here when i need to.
