Friendly and knowledgeable. The two times I have had my truck in Rob's has done a good job finding and fixing the problem. Not pushy to do anything that doesn't need to be done.

Gone to these guys multiple times over the years and haven't been disappointed. Friendly guy at the desk, repairs always done in timely manner. They take the time to point out other things that need attention but aren't pushy to get you to spend the money. Just picked up my truck after having clutch replaced today and happy with service once again. I've referred a few other people there and they've been satisfied as well.

Called ahead to schedule an appointment and get estimate of work. Dropped car the night before and they had it ready early the next morning. Very happy. The mechanic also checked and told me everything else looked fine. Hopefully I'm good for another 60000 miles.

Scammers they charged me 95 dollars to tell me my frame is rusty then threw in extre cost I wouldn't recommend these guys my old mechanic he would diagnose it and give you a price thes guys said 2000 then he said it would be 350 + 12000 it didn't add up to two thousandService: BrakesService: Brakes

I had a GREAT experience at Rob's Service, inc. I recently moved to this area and had no idea where to go to get good service..however I definitely picked the right place!! The gentleman that helped me was very nice and comical!! Which I have to say is so nice to see that some people still actually enjoy there jobs! Definitely makes a better atmosphere when u can have a good laugh!! Not to mention they got my vehicle much quicker then I expected and definitely cheaper as well!!!! I will ABSOLUTELY be returning! Because of my FIRST experience I will with out a doubt be a forever lifelong customer!!!

Robs Service is always a pleasure. They offer friendly, knowledgeable, quality service at a reasonable price. He's been my mechanic for several years and I just cannot be more pleased with what he has to offer.

Dwayne and the team at Rob's were awesome to work with. Somehow you were able to get our vehicle in and out super fast. It was our second time at your shop.. Great parts, prices and people. Appreciate you guys doing great work and keeping our SUV on the road.

They were honest at the beginning but once you trust them they take advantage of you. They tried charging me $95 in labor to install a new battery and disguised it as diagnosing fees etc. when I brought that up they started lowering the price of repair and said they were a little off in their estimate which immediately told me they were overcharging me, I never even asked them to diagnose anything in the first place, just to replace the thermostat. There were other times I felt they took advantage of me but gave them the benefit of doubt. They have always done good work on my vehicles though. I just don't trust them anymore.

The only guys I trust to work on my car other than myself is Rob's Service. Very trustworthy and honest business. Rob is a great guy and so are his mechanics. They get the job done at a great rate in a great time frame. Can't ask any more than that out of a shop.

Great guys for sure.. Right job, right price.. delivered Right on time.Dwayne/front desk is well organized and very knowledgeable about what goes wrong with cars.. Rob /Master mechanic... outstanding work .. with other certified mechanics working too... I have bought two vehicles from them as well.. 5 stars and my families trustChuck J....

We have an old farm truck that I hate want it to just die but,the hubby loves it. These guys can do anything it takes to get that old girl back on the road. They have a great attitude and treat me right which I really appreciate being a women from the auto repair service.Great attitude, Good work and fair prices.

Duane and Rob are the best! Been going to Robs since the day he opened. They were amazing to my elderly father and NEVER took advantage of him. I would highly recommend Robs Service!

They did two transmissions for me one on a Envoy and one on a Sierra pickup, both have gone bad. one at about 50,000 miles and one at 10,500 mile and both out of the 12 month warranty. I dropped the pan on the 10,500 mile one and two bolts that hold up the manual Valve Position Switch were laying in the bottom of the pan, we replace the bolts and replaced filter and fluid, this seemed to make it shift better for a month but the damage is done it is slipping again. Don't take it hereTrans guys can charge what ever they want and once they have your car on their lift you are stuck.

I am from South Texas and I own a repair shop in Rockport Texas these guys are decent and fair and provide a wonderful service I have three children in Michigan and these are the guys I call when they need something

TLDR: brought a vehicle in, couldn't drive it away after it was "done".Brought a vehicle in that had a leak; they fixed the cause, but didn't identify related items. Seemed like they only looked at what I'd pointed out.I might go back there again, but this wasn't the best experience.Friendly guy at counter.
