I am extremely happy with Ray C's from sales to service. The service department has been beyond exceptional! Rob from the service department does an excellent job with his customers, and the mechanics are great! Sales is great from when we originally purchased to just shopping. Or the parts department has always taken their time when we're looking at upgrades to getting exactly what were looking for. All i can say is Ray you have a great staff!And we appreciate how you all take care of us whenever we're there.

My sister needed help with her motorcycle and some maintenance issues. She is a new rider and this was her first motorcycle. Not only did this dealership overcharge her (assuming because she was a girl that admitted to not knowing much about motorcycles) but they also completely destroyed her motorcycle. She brought them a running a bike that needed a tune up and after multiple months and thousands of dollars, they returned her bike broken. The oil was empty (which she just did an oil change), the coolant was empty, multiple wires were either cut or disconnected, and the engine head was removed and not replaced correctly with a visible gap. I could move the gasket. They stole thousands of dollars to destroy her motorcycle and stole her oil and coolant without replacing it. This dealership is not only a horrible place full of scammers and thieves but they will lie and leave you with nothing at the end. We will NEVER do any business with dealership again in any capacity. We will also tell every single family, friend, or even stranger to never, under any circumstances do any business with these thieves and scammers. You should all be ashamed and if you think you re an honest person who works here, you might be want to reconsider who you work for.

The customer service here is 100/10!! The employees here are so so nice and incredibly helpful. As someone who worked the parts counter at another HD, these guys hit it out of the park on their hospitality. Beautifully set up and clean store as well.

Rays was great to work with, they went above and beyond finding the bike I wanted. I live out of state and it was nice to come in and have everything ready to go. Ryan my sales guy was great with communication and Steve in finance was on top of everything, answered all my questions. Great selection of riding gear and apparel as well. Ended up picking up a new helmet, jacket, and gloves when I picked up the bike. I would absolutely come back to see them for the next bike. Thanks again!

I want to start off by saying that everyone I spoke with and worked with in the service department was incredibly friendly and kind. My experiences with them were great!My issue is not with them!It is with the shop itself. Long story short (believe it or not), I had a pretty messed up 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250r. Ray C's did about $1,500 of work on it in 2022. "3 weeks" in the shop turned into 3 Months... Missed a good section of riding time and feel like my bike may have been put on the back burner a bit. I wasn't called to be informed that it would take longer. I only found out when I did call the day prior to when they said it would be done, only to be told "2-3 more weeks". I was told that several times.End of summer 2023, it started acting up. Took it in again. I was told they "diagnosed it to the point that the issue was coming from the engine but didn't investigate further". Rough estimate of $3,500 to fix. Of course I'm not putting that kind of money into that kind of bike, big bummer, but is what it is.Went to pick it up, they didn't charge me for the diagnosis which was very kind of them.But now I know why.Fast forward to today, I go to sell the bike as is. Didn't take a good look at it when I picked it up from the dealership last August (my mistake).Wow am I disappointed... Several wires were just cut that werent before and hanging there, the head wasnt on all the way, numerous bolts missing, oil empty (did an oil change right before I took it in) spark plugs pulled out. Coolant container just hanging in a bag off the handlebar (I did see this when I picked it up and was not too happy about it). It looked like they took my bike apart and threw it back together in the worst way possible. Had to drop the sale price a couple hundred. My brother took a look at it who happened to be in town and told me they pretty much screwed me. So, I would recommend not taking anything but a Harley there. I don't trust their mechanics to work on a different type of bike.I just wanted to share my experience so people with different type of bikes can be prepared. Which I should have known taking my sports bike to a Harley Dealership. Really disappointed and feel taken advantage of a bit.Won't be back to them unfortunately myself, but they have really great reviews for people who do have Harley bikes. So if you have one, looks like they will be great for you. If not, I recommend to go somewhere else. The people there are very nice.

I have been here a couple of times looking for merchandise. The ladies working in clothing acted like angry tired house wives & was to busy tasking to help anyone. When I ask questions no eye contact was made & I was made feel like I was bothering them & still No one Not a single person offered to help me! Even the sales people had an attitude. I have never been in a Harley Davidson store where everyone wasn t upbeat; smiling & glad to see you. NOT THIS ONE. Even the vibe of the entire place feels unhappy, like a room full of tension. I recommend a trip to the CITY Arsenal in Waterford is fantastic specially the ladies in apparel, Motor City in Detroit is nice but the sales people try to hard to push a new bike on you. But with that being said, they are still way friendlier & happier than the Lapeer bunch! As a fellow Harley Davidson customer we spend a lot of money not only on bikes but the apparel as well! When you shop a luxury brand you expect Luxury service!

"I have bought several cars trucks and motorcycles over the last 50 years. I ended up at Ray-Cs after walking out of a different Harley Davidson dealership, Nate McKenzie was the sales associate that was helping me, he answered all my questions then he found one for me to test ride, I made the decision to purchase the street bob over the Indian chief I can honestly say this was the most pleasurable buying experience I ever encountered. if it wasn't for Nate I would probably be riding the Indian chief instead of the street Bob thank you Nate if I live long enough for another one I will come and see you Thank You Nate. When I bought the my pre-owned ultra limited back in June. It went so smooth, the whole team was an amazing group of people to work with during the process. Since then I have been back to purchase upgrades and yet again they are very professional yet treat you like family. I will be back to by all of my bikes through RayC's. They are not like any of the other dealerships!

This Dealership goes over and above what they say they say they will do and there Service Department, Matt there Service Manager with Zach in the service are always so polite. Great Selection with a Great Staff. Check them out for your next Bike or to just have Service Done you won't be disappointed i brought my bike in for a new part and they did more then they were asked and my bike sounds perfect. My wife purchased my bike from there as a bday present. Had a great experience with Big Mike. The ladies handling the gear area are wonderful. Helped me pick out a jacket and helmet. The delivered the bike and helped my wife get it into the garage as my surprise. Great people and staff

The the people that help you here are nice and are great to talk to. Although, I m not happy at all with the service technician who I had replace my rear tire for my Harley motorcycle. My first issue with their service was a tube that got pinched when the tire was put on. I understand a mistake can happen especially since they have a lot of work at the moment. They were happy to fix the issue and did it within a timely manner. But now the tube has the same issue once again. I would change the tires myself along with the tube, but I don t have the time or tools. That is why I go to have it done. But I will have to do it myself or take it somewhere farther away since I can t trust a technician here to do a simple task such as change a tire. If a technician can not do a task such changing a tire, I definitely would not trust them working on an engine for a repair.

Can t say enough good things about the staff at this dealership. While on our way to Stugis, my girlfriends cruise control stopped working. Dealership took us in immediately taking a bike off the lift to help us (we were traveling from Florida). They replaced the parts and got us going. While her bike was being serviced another staff member walked us through the designs and operation of the new CVO Road Glide. Extra thanks to our tech Carl, awesome person and he deserves a raise. Just bought my 3rd bike from this dealership. Customer service is always a great experience here. They want to sell bikes but don't pressure you into buying something you don't want. They had extreme patience with this last deal with me. Mike always greets us when we come in the door and will answer any questions and concerns you have. Great job to the entire Ray C's employees! Thanks for making us feel like family instead of just another customer.

I wouldn't trust this place to replace a reflector on a petal bike. After waiting two months for three simple parts. A foot peg, shift lever and mirror they tell me there's a computer error and parts got shipped back and we'll have a manager call you back. The manager calls to tell me my parts are fine and they have them it will be done tomorrow. Like the entire two months they never contact me. Two days later I contact them so they can tell me they don't have the right parts again. Never once in over two months have I heard from anyone other than when they needed me to get the insurance money. Nobody can apparently do a simple job including the managers. It's not over two months to replace simple parts and they don't even have them.

Nate at Ray C s is probably the best salesman I ve ever had. Got me a motorcycle that wasn t even on the website that was the best fit for me. He went above and beyond for me I will definitely be back for my next one.
