I have been riding with them for about a year now multiple times a week. They are fantastic, funny, and very good. All the office staff are very professional and keep track of trips constantly changing. The drivers are all very socialable and great to talk to. The vans are clean and offer a wide array of accessibility for their riders. From wheelchairs to walkers, they will get you there.I have taken rides with other companies and had drivers ask for money, smoke cigarettes,and other things while I was in the car.. NEVER have I had things happen like this with mid valley.Definitely ride with them! Overall great company and great ride service. I would recommend highly to anyone.

Used this service on a recommendation from a friend, needed transportation to Bishop airport on September 28th,made the reservation several weeks in advance they were extremely helpful and assured me a long the way,I also can't say enough about the driver, friendly, helpful,funny and very personable, will definitely be using them again.

I'll give a 1 star only because the driver was very prompt with picking and dropping my client and I to and from a scheduled appointment.On, Wednesday, April 17, 2019 a really old van pulled up to my client's home to take us to an appointment. The white paint was peeling off the front of the bumper, the back bumper was slightly hanging off on the right rear side, and it was really low to the ground. When my client entered the van while sitting in his power wheel chair, the van went extremely lower which made the ride a bumpy nightmare on wheels. We thought at any moment the van would somehow fall apart, and not to mention that we had a little over an hour drive each way from my client's home to the therapy appointment.As we commenced on our journey, we discovered the speedometer was out of order, the check engine light stayed on the entire trip, the van had over 250,000 miles, and the car smelled like smoke. The tires were amazingly worn out, the car definitely could have used a new set of breaks. After we arrived at the appointment, we called the company to see if we could get another ride home, they said that no one has ever complained, all of their vehicles go through inspections, and unfortunately, they were not able to send us another van.I've taken many rides in several transporting vechicles with different clients, but Midway Valley Transportation was for sure a nightmare from hell. I was astounded that Northwood Providers, a AAA insurance affiliate, would select a company that utilizes a vechicle of such a poorly oriented nature.The liability of anyone riding in this vechicle would be catastrophic if something were to happen to a rider. Having this van on the road does not make good business sense. I challenge your company, to please reconsider the type of vechicles that you utilize to service the community, in particular, if the client that you are transporting has already suffered from a car injury. Riders should not have to wonder if their safety will be compromised while in the course of their destination. I really hope you do the right thing and replace the vechicle before someone is seriously injured!

This company is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I was stuck out in Lapeer and had to call them to get back home. They charged me $147 to drive to Macomb county. But when we got into the van and said we only had $142 they wouldn't accept that and I had to get five more dollars out of the atm. By far the worst customer service ever. They are way overpriced and the van was shaking and had a cracked windshield.

Amazing ppl from there drivers to there dispatcher's!! Very friendly and understanding.. They are mainly medical transportation but they do there best (they truly do) when they have availability to do taxi runs!! I always feel comfortable with anyone of there drivers rather I'm riding alone and or with my kids.. I have been riding with them for almost 3 yrs now.. I'm Epileptic so I don't drive and I am so glad I have found these guys.. There's not one bad thing I could nor would say about these guys.. I would however recommend maybe a bigger taxi and them to hireon more drivers and have taxi service one or two days during the week and on the weekends or every other weekends.. But I do understand that they are EXTREMELY BUSY already as is..

I would not hesitate to use this service again. The driver was very kind and knowledgeable. He arrived a bit early to make sure he wasn't late.He drove the speed limit and made sure i had safely entered the facility before driving away. He made this rode very enjoyable. Thank you Mid Valley Transportation!

Cant give less then 1 unfortunately. My bank was charged 3 times so my $15 ride "5$ tip cuz I'm awsome" turned into $45. I called them they say they will transfer me to get it fixed but just hung up. Hope my bank don't get charged again. Last time I use these guys!

Their driver in a dark blue minivan is a very angry and rude person and I hope they give him some vacation time so he can go to church or therapy or something. Calling people names because he's having a bad day is a very poor way to represent the company.

No longer a cab service, but they will take you where you want to go. Very nice driver who made the drive very pleasant with good conversation. Thanks for being there.

I had Jim drive me to get my prescriptions he came early and was really a nice guy. So I really recommend especially since there's nothing else in Lapeer...

Dispatcher is super helpful, friendly and professional. Have gotten me out of a bind many times when I need to go to work and ALWAYS on time. Thanks for everything you guys do!!

Put me on hold for a hour then when they answered I politely told them how long I was on hold and I needed a ride to the doctors and they hung up on me..Try to call them back no answer started at 230pm and they are open till 5..
