Today was my first time going to your oil change facilities. Justin helped me and he was the most polite and knowledgeable technician that I ve dealt with in a long time. I usually go to the dealership due to the price cost. However, I will definitely pay for the convenience of such fast and reliable service and such a Friendly staff. Once again, Justin was amazing.

Tim got me right in and checked everything he could imagine to make sure my new car was up to where it should be! Suggested the perfect oil and let me know that next time I will need a filter and to stop in anytime between now and my next change if I need a thing. I was out of there in 15 minutes! Amazing service! You have a forever costumer!!

Always fast, awesome, honest and friendly! Even when I went there prematurely they were truthful and said I don t want to do unnecessary work and charge you for something you don t need, yet. I will always go here for that reason alone.Thank you again!

I go to Magpie for oil changes and other questions or issues I might have. Every time I ve been there the staff/technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Magpie in Lapeer.

I ve got a 2015 Chevy 2500 diesel and I ve been taking it to Magpies exclusively since I bought it in 2020. The men and woman at Magpies have always taken great care of me and my truck every time I go in. The GM himself dives in and gets his hands dirty as well. Each time my truck is due for a fuel filter he jumps in and has taken care of it and it s not an easy job. If you care about your vehicle and want to make sure it s taken care of make sure to go to Magpies.

Last time we had our oil changed he they did not put enough oil in my Tahoe and almost blew my engine. 1 week after the oil change my low oil pressure light came. I immediately pulled over and called my husband who came and checked my oil. It was 2 quarts low. When and bought oil and put it in. Have not had a single issue since. Then the technician lied and said it was a oil leak. I have never had an oil leak in my truck. Buyer be ware.

I don't like to complain and have been using Magpie for awhile but after today I will be going elsewhere. While the young kid was takin the oil filter off he freaked out because the oil came out and splashed him,him and the kid below were conversating back and forth "WOW did you see that and kept going on about it and how hot it was then another kid comes in front of my car with a oily rag he proceeds to put it down by the engine not once but twice commenting on how hot it was and I could clearly see and smell the rag(as it was smoking to) the other kid said that could start a fire in which I called out my window "Whats going on??" The kid with the rag comes to my window and says it's so hot it almost started the rag on fire in which I said " Would you stop putting the rag down there then!! Then the young kid that originally started my oil change came to my window and repeatedly told me how hot the engine was running and says the coolant is way to full not supposed to be like that. Mean while I got my mechanic on the phone and he asked me to bring the car out as soon as their done when I told him what was going on. At this point I asked the kid how much longer he said he was going to fill it with oil,check tires and I'd be on my way. Then he grabs a jug of soapy water and pours it all over under the hood when I asked what that was he explained it was soapy water to clean the bay. Upon leaving I could smell the oil that had been splattered under the hood when I got to my mechanic he couldn't believe what I was telling him so he checked everything out and said it happens alot when takin the oil filter off,he checked and it was about half a quart over then he took something and sprayed where the oil that had splashed(don't know why the kid didn't do this) and when I left there was no smell of oil and as far as the coolent being to full my mechanic said it was just fine. This is the 2nd time I have felt leary of using your facility because the kids act like they don't know what their doing or like they know more then they really do. Maybe they need more training or are just to young??

I Brought my husband's car in after the oil change the car would not start. I had six or seven gentlemen trying to help me get it started I can't thank them enough one of them gave me a ride home. Thank you all so very much for your help. !!

I visited the location in Lapeer today, the staff was incredibly and helpful. They made the whole experience stress free and genuinely were so positive and up beat that it made my day. They put pride into their work and go above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back in the future!! Thank you to those who were working today around 1:25 ! The man who helped me was Justin and he was the most kind and respectful person, made the whole experience positive!Also the prices were very fair!!!

Lapeer Magpie Disappointed that some services were no longer provided unless I asked for them ie.tire pressure check, door lube, lights check, etc Kia oil filter and antifreeze are not keptin stock waited for filter to bedelivered antifreeze was notprovided .

Huge thanks to Tim and the guys at Magpie! They ve done all the heavy maintenance on my 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 and I couldn t be happier with both the service and the prices. I even had an idle issue that they jumped right in to fix. Don t assume that just because the sign says instant oil change that they aren t pretty close to full service. Car making a funny noise? Check engine light? Take it to Magpie. No wait, instant service and super reasonable prices.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Magpie Pennzoil oil change in Lapeer is outstanding. No high-pressure sales tactics just professional and friendly technicians managed by professionals. There is not usually much of a wait, but to have a tech run out to your car (because they see you are in a long line) and estimate how long your wait might be . Priceless.True Customer Service. I drive out of my way to go there.
