Independently owned, and they have a great staff who are autheticly happy with their jobs or at least satisfied enough that they are not shuffling through employees. This makes it easy to establish and relate to the awesome employees who care about their regulars. This is also is a trucking station with showers for the truckers.Restrooms are spotless, as is the product floor. They sell many varieties of self-serve coffee and donuts for your morning fix. And as for lunch, they have a deli located within the facility that makes fresh subs and sandwiches.Unique products that are unfindable at other convenience stores and even at supermarkets such as Traverse City cherry jerkey, which I gave a try and was blown away. Expect to pay around 10 cents more for gas than other gas stations in the area. The product selection prices are very reasonably priced as well, not too high, not too low.I had considered working there because of flexible shift scheduling and the higher than average pay rate ($13-$14 per hour and more in some cases). The owner is a cigar aficionado and has a small humidor of top shelf cigars. Overall, the only station in lapeer that can compete with Clark gas station in cleanliness, product organization, and variety.It is also in a good location, next to the highway entrance ramp and a popular station for morning and evening commute. However, the only drawback like the Clark station is that it is very near the railroad, but I won't knock off a star for its only downside.Remember to support independently owned local buisness to support the local economy.

Overnight truck parking (10 spots)showers, fresh made pizza and sandwiches for a quick bite to eat on the go. Great coffee bar, An extensive beer selection with many unique craft beer selections, store is clean and well kept by a courteous and friendly staff...i always make a point to stop here and give them my Buisiness when I'm traveling through

This is a really cool place and everyone is so nice. Everything is clean, including the showers and restrooms. The only thing I didn't like was how they had all the muffins sitting out in the open with flies just bouncing from muffin to muffin. But I'm on a muffin free diet, so I'll still give 5 stars.

One of the best truck stops I've ever been to. Very clean, great selection of products, and I am so grateful for the nice lady who works the night shift. Will come back again for sure!

Bad services at front desk, cigarettes are stale most of the time. Owner of place needs a box of tissues sent to him completely rude man wouldn't recommend anyone here. Doesn't treat customers right!!! I would give a zero star if I could.

Horrible service! Line to the side door. The guy was incredibly slow. Girl opens another register. I move over to that line. She starts counting out 125 pennies. After watching her for 5 minutes I left. Prices are highest for 20 miles.

This little mini truck stop has about anything you might like. From craft beer to oil. Nice employees, clean bathrooms, and store. The Sheriff's department is around the corner on John Connolly Dr. So there isn't any funny business going on. Has a mom and pop feel. The staff and owner will order you any craft beer that you want if they do not have it. My favorite gas station.

I always stop here when visiting family in town. Clean, convenient off the eway, and the variety of food and drinks is awesome.

Sent a fax and they printed it out and only half came through. Still charged $8 for half printed page. Restrooms are gross. Would advise to stop somewhere else.

Nice little truck stop except for one toilet for about twenty trucks who would want to stand in line in the morning waiting on their turn I think that's funny one toilet for 20 trucks

Expired Starbucks drinks on two occasions! This is a health concern. The one I saw today expired in September.

Has Rec gas and kerosene along with the normal fuel you expect at a gas station.
