I've heard bad things about this place from multiple people. My brother had to take his car in twice and still charged full price with a horrible alignment that was later corrected at another shop but still charged over $400, and his friend had to take his Jeep Patriot back almost 5 times!!! If I knew that I wouldn't never gave them our business. Don't waste your time there is much better places with less issues

These guys were fast, friendly and very helpful. I got a new tire and my car battery died and they jumped it too. So nice the best price for tires too. Highly recommend. Thanks again and Merry Christmas to all of you guys.

I do not recommend this place to anyone for anything! They have completely screwed my front end up and won't even take the blame for it. I have had multiple places tell me they screwed up and now they want to charge extra for what they did wrong.

Update: I gave them a good review first time in. I brought my other truck back for an alignment and front end parts. They didn't finish at night but said if I was there at 8 am the next day they could do it. I was there at 8. I was told there was a line in front of me from last night. I asked how, I was the last one there the night before and first in the next morning. He said they'd put me in line and I'd have to wait since there were others in front of me. Again how is that possible? Very poor service and no regard for follow up. I guess that's what happens when kids run a place with no proper or professional adult supervision. That truck will need tires soon and I cannot bring myself to support a business that operates that way.Second update: if that wasn't enough, I changed oil on same truck the next weekend and I always grease my front end at the same time. Three of six grease fittings were missing on the parts they replaced. 2 on the passenger control arm bushings and one on the passenger upper ball joint. A fourth one on the driver side lower ball joint was turned toward the backing plate and would be impossible to get a grease gun on it in that position. The whole point is, not only was the repair not finished, nothing was greased. Nothing. I am capable of installing grease fittings and greasing it. Are you? What if you aren't and never checked their work? You'd be driving around with dry parts which would prematurely wear and cost you more in the future. Do not let them replace anything mechanical on your vehicle unless you are willing to double check it and fix some of it yourself. What's the point of paying them then? Horrible and unexcusable.First time there and service and price were good. Honest about wait time, offer an upsell with protection plan but not pushy. Only had 1 kind of tire in stock for my truck but it worked for me, and I was a walkin. My other truck needs an alignment so I'm thinking of taking it here.

Been to Budget Tire 3 times in the past few months & have had a top notch experience every time. Every member of the staff that I've encountered has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & professional (especially Dakota, he's our favorite). The prices for tires & an alignment are the cheapest in the area while still receiving great quality. I will continue to recommend this business to anyone in need of the services they offer & I will be a return customer for life!

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The prices are great, the service is great. I came in at a very busy time and decided to come back another day. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. Nicole has been very helpful and is very sweet. I recommend this place to anyone. I have been the other tire stores in town and the customer service doesn't even come close to here!

Went next door to Walmart and was told it was going to take 5 hours. Went to Budget and it took 45 minutes and was inexpensive.

Budget tire is great, they can get your tires next day most times IF they don't already have it in stock. Plus if you ever have any issues they will fix it on the house! Can't recommend them more!

Hit a nasty "sinkhole" on I75 during a snow storm. Took out my alignment on my truck. Went to the Chrysler dealership in Imlay City to get the truck aligned. Sat there for 2.5 hours. Truck was given back to me worse then when I took it in. Fed up with the STEALERship I went to Budget tire. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They brought me into the shop to show me 1st hand how bad of an alignment job the chrysler dealership did. They corrected the alignment and now the truck drives straight as an arrow. Very Satisfied and thank you Budget Tire.

Very disappointed with this place!I brought my car in this morning to have my summer tires put on and to have my brakes checked! I heard a little bit of grinding needless to say the mechanics never took the wheels off to properly check the brakes all they did was visually check them this is not the proper way to check brakes! Very I experienced mechanics working there! So I took my car to Belle tire and come to find out that my inboard pads in the rear are down to metal! I will never take my vehicles to budget tire for service again! There mechanics need to be retrained! I don't recommend this place too anyone!

Awesome. Highly highly recommend them to anyone needing tire or suspension services. Everyone from front of house to the technicians are kind, friendly, and efficient. The pricing cant be beat. Coming from another automotive business we use them EXCLUSIVELY for all tire services and highly recommend them to our customers as well.Its hard to go out on a limb and refer someone to a new business, but the crew at Budget Tire consistenly go above and beyond and are our go-to when it comes to tires. Theyre an asset to the Lapeer area and I genuinely enjoy giving business to them.

They are always nice, helpful and friendly. I recently purchased new tires and had a front end alignment. They found that I needed some repairs and gave me a quote. I returned the next day for the repairs, it was discovered that I didn't really need everything quoted. I was happy that they were honest about it and only repaired what needed to be done. They have earned my full respect!

Just stopped for a tire rotation of factory tires . Went to pay and they said it's free we don't charge for rotation he said .Got in and out in 30min very happy with the time ! I watched from inside the showroom it's a 65k truck . I don't think thy knew i was watching. Very happy they took care pulling in and out of bay very slowly. Also torqued lugs air tires to properly and set sensors.I been going to Bell tire they take forever sometimes also took a tire back 3 times for a rim leak . So i think i just found my new tire shop !

They did a Great job..took it in put four new tires on my vehicle in like 40 minutes and was half the price the place down the Rd. Wanted they said next day and over $1200.00I got it done for $617.00.Loved it

They always treat us awesome. We have their tires on all of our vehicles. They could not find me in their records today but I don't know why but they still honored and fixed the tires for us, At no charge. So yes they are always good to us.

Life Savers I m never going anywhere else. Nicole and the guys in the garage were beyond amazing helping me get my car back on the road.You can tell that their primary focus is on service and education.Nicole handled everything for me, she even called other companies to get the part I needed that day. The guys were on top of it so I barely had to wait.Other places seem to be focused on sales, always making the issues overly complex and complicated just to pull more pennies out of your pocket. I left Budget Tire feeling educated, comfortable and like I got an unbeatable deal. You definitely gained a lifelong customer, I ll be recommending your company to my family and friends. It s like real service for real people

The staff was very friendly and prompt. Although I just had a tire repaired, they wanted to make sure I was totally aware of there capabilities. Nicolle did a great job -- I gave her the rest of the day off with pay!

Been there before and got decent service, but not this time. This time was very trying.Went in at 10am for new front tires and an alignment.At 3pm they told me I was ready.I got home and found out they did the alignment but DIDN'T put new tires on.Went back at 4pm and waited till 6pm.On the way home it was clear the alignment was not right.Called the next morning and said I'd be in first thing Saturday morning when they opened. I got there and they told me they had two left over from the night before and it would be another 1&1/2 hours before they could look at the vehicle. This was after an 8 hour day spent earlier in the week.I said that was unacceptable, asked for the manager. He said there was nothing else he could do so I got the corporate address and am now writing them a letter.I'll be asking for the cost of the alignment back so I can go somewhere else.Just a very trying experience overall and not the most customer oriented service by any means.

So glad I purchased my tires here. They were honest and fairly priced. Staff was informed Use, helpful of their product. I Use to go to Bell Tire for all our tires and always left their feeling taken.Staff . Won't go back to bell ever.

Super clean, AC, and TV with lots of channels in the waiting room. Everyone very nice. Price was lower than everyone else to swap out a set of tires (I didn't purchase my tires there) but they were helpful and friendly. We went on Saturday and didn't have too long of a wait. In and out for a full set in under 45 minutes.
