I had my daughter stop and get windshield wipers and told her to ask if they would do it for her because she didn t know how to do it. We needed one asap!The gentleman helped her get the right pair and he asked if she needed help putting them on. He also showed her how to do it so she knows now.She was so nervous to go in there and after she was happy he was so nice. Thank you!

I have always had good experiences here and today was no exception. The guys were all friendly especially the one who helped me. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could recognize him. He was extremely helpful and he even helped me carry my purchases out to my vehicle.

They helped me with finding air caps for my tires on my car. And i am greatful because you dont need air coming out of your tires as you drive your car, the balance on your vechicle is a no no. Auto zone very helpful and right answers for my questions. Thankyou.

Highly recommend! I had to buy a light bulb for my brake lights and had no clue how to change it so I asked the salesperson if he could tell me how and he did it for me in the parking lot in the cold!! Wow. Won't go anywhere else for my car needs!

My daughter's car needed to be jump started. We took it to AutoZone to have the battery checked, and replaced if needed. Ron came out and checked it (it was definitely reading "weak"), Ron generously offered to help us two women take the old battery out. After going inside first to make sure he had what we needed in stock, he invited us to remain in the warm store rather than stand outside in the blustery cold while he put the new battery in. Ron was quick, polite, and thoughtful. Thank you for all of your help Ron; you are appreciated! We will return for our future auto needs.

I go here for the service: needed new windshield wiper blades on my 22 compass and couldn t figure out how to change them and the guy didn t make me feel stupid while he taught me how to change them out.

One of the managers seen me standing at the front waiting to get cashed out with my product and just sat there and didn t do anything. I asked if he d help and he laughed at me and then walked to the back.I then asked some of the other workers and they said hold on, then 5 mins passed and no one cashed me out.Horrible customer service.

I was stranded with a bad battery on Sunday morning and I called the other place in town and they wouldn't even look at it. I called auto zone in Lapeer and they said bring it in. Justin had me back on the road with new battery installed. Will never go any place else for my car needs!

Every time I come in I walk up to the counter, tell them my car and what I'm looking for, and whoever is helping me immediately looks up and helps me find the parts I need. They also attached my wipers for me without even being asked (I understand that's the standard but it was a very nice touch!)

They always help me find what I need. Always courteous and always a lot of employees ready and willing to help. Even as a woman not knowing much about cars, I feel comfortable going there and knowing I'll get the knowledgeable help I need when I'm often unsure about what exactly I need. I've been there many times and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience.

I have been going to this Autozone since I was 14 or 15 years old. Always fantastic staff and customer service. Tonight, at 10:30pm I had an emergency and had no way to grab a battery or anything. Matt and Lucas came out and installed a brand new battery and made sure it worked before they left. Fantastic and such a help!

I visited here on the advice of another parts store. A gentleman by the name of Benjamin was outstanding in helping me when I arrived. Unfortunately, the part I needed was not available through a parts store. That not stop Benjamin, he called around until he a part for me. What a wonderful thing for him to do. I now feel much safer in my vehicle. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

EASILY one of the best places I ve been to here in Lapeer. I received the best customer service from the Sales Manager! I had a car battery issue and was in and out with a new one in minutes. Went to Muffler man up the street and actually got kicked out for not agreeing with the mechanic. Check their most recent reviews, (it s the location with over 200 reviews) anyway the Sales Manager once again came to the rescue and installed the battery, and got our car working like a charm again! I ll gladly come here again!! Thanks guys!

Best auto parts store in Lapeer. IMO Always accommodating, good inventory. Make sure you double check when you get brake lines. The 3/8" and the mm are very close. Caused an extra trip. But they were very helpful making it right.Easy shopping, good service.

There is a popular chain of retail stores that sell parts for your automobile they have a lot in stock and they can order things that you don't or are not able to get because they do not have in stock although I went to buy some initial gloves and for some reason they're $41 there what the hell and there's obviously no shortage of my truck loads because they have plenty of them everywhere does but for some reason the price went up like three times what's going on with this country

I'm a single parent who had car trouble earlier in the day, I brought my grand Prix to this auto zone and was greeted right away by the friendly staff here, employee(Jeff) began helping me testing my battery which was bad he helped me getting me the best price doing a price match saving me money and giving me a sense of security for my 6yr old son And I. These guys are the greatest also needed a brake cap they had it all and happy to help, then Jeff installed my battery and my brake cap...I love this place thank you guys I will be back... Melissa

Made parts replacement easy. Went to isle brought replacement turn signal lights to register. Also ran diagnostics on check engine light. And provided printout of concerns at no charge. Always quality parts. Provides specialized tools for auto repair. Deposit required but returned when tools are returned. Covid precautions taken by store personal.
