Always my go to parts store! They have excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Service is great, from general parts to custom hydraulic hoses etc. the guys at Ross get me taken care quickly every time.

Not smart enough to turn rotors, took it to the kids at O'Reilly and they did a fantastic job and it was 5.00 less, they used to be the go to place but seem to not care or was just lazy,

This place tried to rip me off. They tried to sell me over $280 of paint for repainting parts of my car. The same paint was less than $50 dollars most other places. If you aren't well versed in all things automotive then beware them telling you to buy overpriced things. a golden toilet brush cleans just as well as a plastic one. Also beware if you are a young adult as I felt ignored and shunned as if I was going to steal something when I entered.

Needed a part for the White Thunder , (96 Dodge pickup) Called all around to the different auto parts stores in Lapeer. No one seemed to want to get it or even try. Called Ross s John called back with the part ordered in a hour. This is what home town service is all about!!!
