Took my jeep mojave on the 15th the tail light was torn off and housing cracked Employee took picture and gave part back to me. Said someone would call. Never heard anything. Their phone mailbox is full. Tried contacting the owner Russell Arnold no response. This is Not one of their We are not responsible for items on their sign. Very disappointed as I had to pay to get fixed. I wish the owner would be a responsible business man and respond.

It was pretty busy but very easy. New automation and gates make it easy to pay with cash or credit card. Workers are nice and car wash does a fantastic job.

Got the best car wash $17 got home 1 block away, wheels still dirty. Took it right back car still wet had receipt and have to argue with the attendant what Time where you here? It says on the receipt, and the cars still wet! He says I guess I have to give you a free wash! No you just need to do it over. Get home still wheels Not Clean. To be honest they were more excited about a $20 tip the person in front of me gave, I also gave a tip, it used to be a great place. Not so much now and By the way my car is brand new was just dusty don't understand why they couldn't brush the wheels.

These guys do a really nice job cleaning my vehicles. Please make sure you tip them . It is not easy working at a car wash in all the seasons.

today I went to wash my carthe people so nice but I feel this time with new style the wash so quickly than before I even paid $13 before I just paid $8 alot longer than that.before they already start wash from outside before go the track but this time the track close to outside and I didn't see they wash my under caridge

Continue to charge a compromised card everyday . Tried calling no answer to explain the problem but guess they need legal action taken against them to stop and get recompensated for the hassle

I am not blaming the young kids that work there, but with there new electronic pay system the owner put in there it's a real pain ,it used to be a person that took money would write on the window what wash you are getting and with lines of cars how do the kids keep track of it.for that reason alone ,I'm not even sure I'm getting what I paid for, I also do tip.that electronic system is annoying and in my opinion not needed and takes longer.

Good wash and finish! Guys are friendly scrubbing off the windows and sides prewash . Fast today without many in line . That is always a plus!!

Best carwash in Lapeer county. Line (when there is one) always moves fast. Workers are always polite.Never have a dirty spot after.Really like the new automated payment system.So the automated system is F'ing up lately, but still the best place in Lapeer.

They weren't paying attention while guiding me into the car wash, the guy even yelled at the workers to pay attention. Their money machine was glitchy. Took so long to get help with the transaction while there were no cars in line. Never going back. Sincerely, first time customer.

Great place to get a car wash. They thoroughly power wash your vehicle before they send you thru. Also has new equipment in the wash.

Got the $13 car wash. Really good and the staff did a great job in prewash. After being washed, we went to use the vacuums. At .50 per use, it was a good deal.

Did a great job spraying down and brushing on soap before sending thru the actual wash... which also did a great job. I'll definitely be coming here more often.

Very friendly people, amazing service. I got economy was which is $8 . And even before going into the automatic carwash he scrubbed my car and rinsed it. Hands down the best around. Hard working guys. Always do an excellent job. Even if there's a line they keep them moving. New computerized system is great. We bought the unlimited economy wash for around $20/mo.

First time ever going through a car wash, no clue what to expect or how the process goes, but I knew I had to get it done. Began going through, but then I saw some guy get out of his car on the side of the building and go in. Panicked, I started backing out of the line (no one behind me) to park where the other car was, thinking I had to go inside and pay first. The attendant motioned for me to keep coming forward and was very understanding and polite about my naivety, and explained the guy I saw going through the doors to the inside was the boss and not a customer, lol. He took my card and ran the transaction through, and I positioned my car to go through the wash. Five minutes later, my car was sparkling clean for the first time since I got it three weeks ago, save for maybe ONE small spot near the handle of the hatch, but that was easily gotten with a paper towel at home. Highly recommend this car wash, and thank you to the two attendants that were on duty today!

Went on 11-1-2019 had a free voucher for a car wash . Gave me the top of the line car wash these guys did an awesome job . My car was very dirty they scrubbed it 3 times also put my mirrors back out at the end ! Best car wash ever ! Been going here for years they did the best job out of all my times going here. They always do a great job but they where over the top that day !Sorry didn't have any cash to give them a tip ! When i go back next time make sure i have tip money !
